The intelligent warehouse loading and unloading system comprises an intelligent loading and unloading truck crane system for loading and unloading cargos, a parking waiting area arranged outside a warehouse and used for queuing the cargos before the cargos enter the warehouse, and a warehouse loading and unloading area arranged in the warehouse and used for parking the cargos, and is characterized by also comprising a warehouse waiting area arranged between the parking waiting area and the warehouse loading and unloading area and used for identifying the cargos information on a truck by a large scene scanning device, a truck parking position correction area arranged in the warehouse loading and unloading area and used for trimming the position of a truck body by a driver, and intelligent loading and unloading equipment used for loading and unloading the cargos on the truck by the intelligent loading and unloading truck crane system after combining the truck parking position according to the cargos information;
the large-scene scanning device of the warehouse-in to-be-detected area comprises a machine vision recognition device, wherein the machine vision recognition device performs positioning vision scanning on cargoes and vehicle information within the range of 20m to 3m, a complete gray level diagram with scanning pixels of 0.73mm to 2mm per pixel is stored in an industrial personal computer, the generated complete gray level diagram is recognized and compared based on a Faster-rcnn intelligent vision recognition self-learning algorithm, the outline of the cargoes is extracted, the quantity of the cargoes, the placing angle of the cargoes and the cargo loading and unloading position coordinate information are recognized, the cargo loading and unloading position coordinate information is stored in the industrial personal computer again, and the intelligent loading and unloading device calculates the accurate positions of the cargoes and the cargo according to the relative position information of the cargoes and the cargo in the industrial personal computer by combining with the parking position coordinate, and then starts the intelligent loading and unloading crane system;
the machine vision recognition device converts the information of the shot vehicles and cargoes into image signals through the machine vision device, the image signals are transmitted to a special image processing system, the form information of the shot vehicles and cargoes is obtained, the image processing system converts the form information into digital signals according to pixel distribution, brightness and color information, and various operations are carried out on the signals by the image processing system to extract the characteristics of the vehicles and the cargoes; the machine vision device is one of a CMOS linear array camera and a CCD linear array camera of the image pickup device; the truck parking position correction area is provided with an infrared sensing device, and when the parking position of the truck is sensed to be irregular, an alarm controller is started to remind a driver to correct the position of the truck until the position of the truck is regular; the infrared sensing device consists of a transmitter and a receiver, wherein the transmitter transmits infrared rays, the receiver receives the infrared rays transmitted by the transmitter, converts optical signals into electric signals through a photoelectric sensor, and transmits the electric signals to the alarm controller through analysis and processing of a signal processor;
the transmitter is an infrared light emitting diode, and the alarm controller is a broadcast in a warehouse.
2. The control method of the intelligent warehouse loading and unloading system based on the above claim 1, characterized by comprising the following operation steps:
1. dividing a fixed area outside the warehouse, wherein the fixed area comprises the parking waiting area and the warehouse-in waiting area, and queuing the loading and unloading truck in the parking waiting area before entering the warehouse;
2. the trucks sequentially enter the warehouse-in to-be-detected area, a machine vision identification device of the large scene scanning device performs positioning vision scanning on the trucks within the range of 20m x 3m, a complete gray level diagram with scanning pixels of 0.73mm-2 mm/pixel is stored in an industrial personal computer, the generated complete gray level diagram is identified and compared with the pictures in the industrial personal computer through a master-rcnn intelligent vision identification self-learning algorithm, the outline of the goods is extracted, and information such as the number of the identified goods, the goods placement angle, the goods loading and unloading position coordinates and the like is stored in the industrial personal computer again;
3. the method comprises the steps that after detection of a warehouse-in to-be-detected area is completed, a truck parking position correction area enters a warehouse loading and unloading area, an infrared sensing device is arranged in the truck parking position correction area, the parking position of the truck is sensed, and when the parking position is irregular, an alarm controller is started to remind a driver to correct the position of a truck body until the position is regular;
4. after the truck is parked in the truck parking position correction area and is stable, the intelligent loading and unloading equipment starts the intelligent loading and unloading equipment to carry out automatic loading and unloading flow after the accurate positions of the vehicle and the goods are automatically calculated according to the associated information of the vehicle and the goods in the industrial personal computer and the parking position coordinates.
