s2, crushing: the concrete waste in the recovery box 1 is firstly subjected to preliminary crushing by a coarse crushing roller 3 and matched with a side tooth 5, and then is subjected to fine crushing by a fine crushing roller 4;
s3, screening: the crushed concrete waste falls onto the sieve plate 6, the concrete waste reaching the crushing precision continuously moves downwards through the sieve plate 6, and the concrete waste not reaching the crushing precision enters the lifting frame 9 through the block outlet 8;
s4, material returning: the screw rod 11 rotates to convey the concrete waste which does not reach the crushing precision upwards, then the concrete waste falls into the conveying belt 15 through the block outlet pipe 12, and the conveying belt 15 conveys the concrete waste into the feed hopper 2 for cyclic crushing;
s5, material collection: the concrete waste material reaching the pulverizing precision is discharged out of the recovery tank 1 through the discharge port 34 and falls into the inside of the collection tank 35.
Working principle: the user puts the concrete waste into the feed hopper 2, the concrete waste enters the interior of the recovery box 1 through the feed hopper 2, the first guide plate 17 guides the concrete waste to flow towards the middle part of the recovery box 1, the concrete waste is firstly contacted with the coarse grinding roller 3, the first grinding motor 21 drives the first driving wheel 22 to rotate, the first driving wheel 22 drives the first driven wheel 20 to rotate through the first driving belt 23, the first driven wheel 20 drives the left coarse grinding roller 3 to rotate, the left coarse grinding roller 3 drives the left driving gear 24 to rotate, the left driving gear 24 drives the right driving gear 24 to rotate through meshing action, the right driving gear 24 drives the right coarse grinding roller 3 to rotate, the coarse grinding roller 3 rotates to primarily grind the concrete waste, so that large fragments in the concrete waste are crushed into small fragments, and then the concrete waste continuously moves downwards, and flows to the middle part of the recovery box 1 under the guidance of the guide plate II 18, the concrete waste is contacted with the fine grinding roller 4, the grinding motor II 26 drives the driving wheel II 27, the driving wheel II 27 drives the driven wheel II 25 to rotate through the driving belt II 28, the driven wheel II 25 drives the leftmost fine grinding roller 4 to rotate, the leftmost fine grinding roller 4 drives the leftmost driving gear II 29 to rotate, the leftmost driving gear II 29 drives other driving gears II to rotate through the meshing effect, the other driving gears II 29 drive the corresponding fine grinding roller 4 to rotate, the fine grinding roller 4 rotates to further finely grind the concrete waste, the crushed concrete waste falls onto the screen plate 6, the vibration motor 19 drives the screen plate 6 to vibrate, the concrete waste reaching grinding precision continuously moves downwards through the screen plate 6, then is discharged out of the recovery box 1 through the discharge hole 34 and then falls into the collection box 35, the concrete waste which does not reach the crushing precision is guided to the position of the block outlet 8 by the drainage plate 7 and enters the inside of the lifting frame 9 through the block outlet 8, the lifting motor 10 drives the screw rod 11 to rotate, the screw rod 11 rotates to convey the concrete waste which does not reach the crushing precision upwards, the concrete waste which does not reach the crushing precision falls into the conveying belt 15 through the block outlet pipe 12, the conveying motor 31 drives the driving wheel III 32 to rotate, the driving wheel III 32 drives the driven wheel III 30 to rotate through the driving belt III 33, the driven wheel III 30 drives the left conveying roller 14 to rotate, the left conveying roller 14 drives the right conveying roller 14 to rotate through the conveying belt 15, the conveying belt 15 drives the conveying belt 15 to anticlockwise rotate, and the conveying belt 15 conveys the concrete waste into the feed hopper 2 to circularly crush, so that the concrete waste can be thoroughly crushed to meet the construction use requirement of reutilization.

The device for recycling construction waste according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of first guide plates (17) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the recycling bin (1), and second guide plates (18) are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the two sides of the recycling bin (1).

The device for recycling construction waste according to claim 1, wherein a vibrating motor (19) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of one side of the recycling bin (1), and the output end of the vibrating motor (19) is in transmission connection with the outer wall of the bottom of the screen plate (6).

s2, crushing: the concrete waste in the recovery box (1) is firstly subjected to preliminary crushing by a coarse crushing roller (3) and matched with the edge teeth (5), and then is subjected to fine crushing by a fine crushing roller (4);
s3, screening: the crushed concrete waste falls on the sieve plate (6), the concrete waste reaching the crushing precision continuously moves downwards through the sieve plate (6), and the concrete waste not reaching the crushing precision enters the lifting frame (9) through the block outlet (8);
s4, material returning: the screw rod (11) rotates to convey the concrete waste which does not reach the crushing precision upwards, then the concrete waste falls into the conveying belt (15) through the block outlet pipe (12), and the conveying belt (15) conveys the concrete waste into the feed hopper (2) for cyclic crushing;
s5, material collection: the concrete waste reaching the crushing precision is discharged out of the recovery box (1) through the discharge hole (34) and falls into the inside of the collection box (35).
