作为本发明的一种优选方案,第一路与第三路的纱线纱长均为26.6cm/100针,第二路与第四路至第十二路的纱线纱长均为22.6cm/100针。
第一路至第十二路中所有采用纱线的材质均为涤纶材质,通过26.6cm/100针和22.6cm/100针,实现线圈有效覆盖效果,增加提高穿着的舒适度。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,两个分别设于远离透气层1一侧的上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3,透气层1、上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3均采用针织大圆机进行编织制作而成,透气层1、上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3均由分散环保染料经染色机,印染而成,两个分别设于两个下抗菌层3远离透气层1一侧的亲肤层4。
分散染料是一类分子比较小,结构上不带水溶性基团的染料,它在染色时必须借助于分散剂,将染料均匀地分散在染液中,才能对聚酯之类的纤维进行染色,分散染料分子较小,结构上不含水溶性基团,借助于分散剂的作用在染液中均一分散而进行染色,它能上染聚酯纤维,醋酯纤维及聚酰胺纤维,成为涤纶的专用染料。
上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3分别通过粘连与透气层1的表面相连接,同时通过针织大圆机的预设排针与相配合使用的工艺达到加工至指定需求的布料效果,同时分散环保染料经过染色机使透气层1、上抗菌层2、下抗菌层3和亲肤层4呈现的颜色达到指定需求。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,透气层1由上盘与下盘对应排针编织而成,上盘排针以六针为一循环,上盘排针的顺序为121212,下盘排针以六针为一循环,下盘排针的顺序为123213。
胚布花型是由不同针交织出来的,一般上针是两种分别为高板低板,下针为1/2/3/4跑道,而本技术方案中的上下盘排针顺序为1212/为上三角高低板针的交错排针。123213同理是下三角交错排针的顺序。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3均通过粘连与透气层1相连接。
上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3通过粘连与透气层1相连接,同样可通过纺织编织使上抗菌层2、下抗菌层3与透气层1一体成形。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3通过抗菌丝和复合线相互经纬编织形成,复合线由涤纶线、氨纶线和银离子线加捻而成。
上抗菌层2与下抗菌层3的材质均通过抗菌丝和复合线相互经纬编织,复合线有涤纶线、氨纶线和银离子线加捻而成,保证舒展性和抗菌性。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,透气层1材质为75D/72F的涤纶丝,涤纶丝的成分为100%聚酯纤维。
其材质为75D/72F,即粗细是75D,孔数是72F,透气层1的材质涤纶丝为100%聚酯纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,针织大圆机为34寸的针织大圆机且采用具有28针针头的针筒。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,亲肤层4由外亲肤层和内亲肤层制作而成,外亲肤层由棉质丝线和抗污丝线加捻制作而成,内亲肤层由抗静电丝线和雪纺纱丝线加捻制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述透气层1的克重145g/m²,成品门幅为175cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述上抗菌层2的表面形成有若干个网眼孔201,所述下抗菌层3的表面形成有若干个透气孔301,若干个所述透气孔301与若干个所述网眼孔201相互交错。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,S1、面料织造:利用抗菌丝、复合线、涤纶线、氨纶线和银离子线由针织大圆机进行经纬编织,得到相对应的面料。
S2、将S1中得到的布料下机并由分散环保染料由染色机进行染色,得到相对应的染色布料。
S3、将染色布料进行烘干预定型,同时通过轧车进行柔顺处理。
S4、通过将透气层1、上抗菌层2和下抗菌层3进行相对应的贴合,在温度为80-95℃且机速为25/min下贴合放置10-12小时。
S5、将S4步骤中得到的布料分别与两个亲肤层4相贴合,在温度80-90℃,机速为20m/min下进行贴合,即完成布料的制作。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过针织大圆机将75D/72F的涤纶丝即100%聚酯纤维材质,以十二路为一循环,第一路和第三路的纱线纱长为26.6cm/100针和第二路与第四路至第十二路的纱线纱长均为22.6cm/100针,上针盘与下针盘均根据列举十二路进行循环针织,从而将相对应的涤纶丝制作成所需要的透气针织网眼布,因浮线、成圈组织和集圈组织的比例合适,保证布料的舒适性同时布料形成网眼保证透气性与延展性,解决涤纶透气性不好的问题,使用效果更好。
通过上抗菌层2和下抗菌层3其通过经纬编织同样具有网孔,不会影响透气性,同时其内部编织时掺杂银离子线,银离子可以达到抗菌的效果,同时通过亲肤层4的设置保证使用体验舒适的同时亲肤层4的内部设置的抗静电丝,使用效果更好。
综上,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过针织大圆机将75D/72F的涤纶丝即100%聚酯纤维材质,以十二路为一循环,以及不同路的纱线纱长均不同,上针盘与下针盘均根据列举十二路进行循环针织,从而将相对应的涤纶丝制作成所需要的透气针织网眼布,因浮线、成圈组织和集圈组织的比例合适,保证布料的舒适性同时布料形成网眼保证透气性与延展性,解决涤纶透气性不好的问题,使用效果更好。

1.一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于,包括透气层(1),所述透气层(1)由两针道的上针盘和三针道的下针盘编织而成,所述透气层(1)编织的花型以十二路为一循环,其组织结构依次为:
第一路至第十二路的上针盘以两路为一循环,其组织结构依次为:
第一路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织;
第二路依次为浮线、浮线;
第一路至第十二路的下针盘的组织结构依次为;
第一路依次为浮线、浮线、集圈组织;
第二路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、成圈组织;
第三路依次为浮线、浮线、集圈组织;
第四路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、成圈组织;
第五路依次为浮线、浮线、浮线;
第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、成圈组织;
第七路依次为浮线、浮线、浮线;
第八路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、成圈组织;
第九路依次为浮线、浮线、浮线;
第十路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、成圈组织;
第十一路依次为浮线、浮线、浮线;

3.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:两个分别设于远离所述透气层(1)一侧的上抗菌层(2)与下抗菌层(3),所述透气层(1)、所述上抗菌层(2)与下抗菌层(3)均采用针织大圆机进行编织制作而成,所述透气层(1)、所述上抗菌层(2)与所述下抗菌层(3)均由分散环保染料经染色机,印染而成,两个分别设于两个所述下抗菌层(3)远离所述透气层(1)一侧的亲肤层(4)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述透气层(1)由上盘与下盘对应排针编织而成,所述上盘排针以六针为一循环,所述上盘排针的顺序为121212,所述下盘排针以六针为一循环,所述下盘排针的顺序为123213。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述上抗菌层(2)与所述下抗菌层(3)均通过粘连与所述透气层(1)相连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述上抗菌层(2)与所述下抗菌层(3)通过抗菌丝和复合线相互经纬编织形成,所述复合线由涤纶线、氨纶线和银离子线加捻而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述透气层(1)材质为75D/72F的涤纶丝,所述涤纶丝的成分为100%聚酯纤维。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述针织大圆机为34寸的针织大圆机且采用具有28针针头的针筒。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(4)由外亲肤层和内亲肤层制作而成,所述外亲肤层由棉质丝线和抗污丝线加捻制作而成,所述内亲肤层由抗静电丝线和雪纺纱丝线加捻制作而成。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种透气针织网眼布的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1、面料织造:利用抗菌丝、复合线、涤纶线、氨纶线和银离子线由针织大圆机进行经纬编织,得到相对应的面料;
S2、将S1中得到的布料下机并由分散环保染料由染色机进行染色,得到相对应的染色布料;
S3、将染色布料进行烘干预定型,同时通过轧车进行柔顺处理;
S4、通过将透气层(1)、上抗菌层(2)和下抗菌层(3)进行相对应的贴合,在温度为80-95℃且机速为25/min下贴合放置10-12小时;
S5、将S4步骤中得到的布料分别与两个亲肤层(4)相贴合,在温度80-90℃,机速为20m/min下进行贴合,即完成布料的制作。
