Claims (10)

1. A food crutcher, the crutcher comprising:
the cylinder body (100), the cylinder body (100) is hollow in the inside and has an open top structure;
the upper cover (200) is detachably arranged on the cylinder body (100) and is used for sealing the open end of the cylinder body (100);
a mashing mechanism (300), said mashing mechanism (300) rotatably mounted within said barrel (100) for mashing food;
a stirring mechanism (400), the stirring mechanism (400) being rotatably mounted within the barrel (100) for stirring food; and
and the driving mechanism (500) is arranged on the cylinder body (100)/the upper cover (200) and is used for driving the stirring mechanism (400) and the stirring mechanism (300) to rotate.
2. The shredder according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism (400) comprises a stirring frame (410) having a U-shaped structure, rotating collars (420) are respectively fixed at two ends of the stirring frame (410), the stirring frame (410) rotates along an axis of the rotating collars (420), and the stirring frame (410) can be in contact with an inner side wall of the cylinder (100) and a bottom side wall of the upper cover (200).

The crutcher of claim 2, wherein the stirring frame (410) includes an upper cross bar (411), a vertical bar (412), and a lower cross bar (413), one end of the upper cross bar (411) is fixed to the rotating collar (420) at an upper side, the other end of the upper cross bar (411) is fixed to an upper end of the vertical bar (412), one end of the lower cross bar (413) is fixed to a lower end of the vertical bar (412), the other end of the lower cross bar (413) is fixed to the rotating collar (420) at a lower side, the upper cross bar (411) is in contact with a bottom side wall of the upper cover (200), the vertical bar (412) is in contact with a circumferential side wall in the barrel (100), and the lower cross bar (413) is in contact with a bottom side wall in the barrel (100).

A crutcher according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of first stirring rods (414) are fixed to a side of the upper cross bar (411) away from the bottom side wall of the upper cover (200), a plurality of second stirring rods (415) are fixed to a side of the vertical bar (412) away from the circumferential side wall of the barrel (100), and a plurality of third stirring rods (416) are fixed to a side of the lower cross bar (413) away from the bottom side wall of the barrel (100).

A pulper according to claim 3, characterized in that the side of the upper cross bar (411) facing the direction of rotation of the stirring frame (410) is provided with a first bevel (417), the side of the upright bar (412) facing the direction of rotation of the stirring frame (410) is provided with a second bevel (418), and the side of the lower cross bar (413) facing the direction of rotation of the stirring frame (410) is provided with a third bevel (419).

A crutcher according to claim 3, wherein the stirring mechanism (400) comprises a rotating lever (310) and a blade assembly (320), a rotating hole (311) is provided on the bottom side of the rotating lever (310), a fixed shaft (120) adapted to the rotating hole (311) is fixed in the middle of the bottom side in the barrel (100), the fixed shaft (120) can be inserted into the rotating hole (311) to rotate the rotating lever (310) around its own axis, and the blade assembly (320) is detachably mounted on the rotating lever (310).

The pulper of claim 6, characterized in that the blade assembly (320) comprises a plurality of coaxially arranged mounting collars (321), a plurality of blades (322) are fixed on the mounting collars (321), a plurality of connecting rods (323) are jointly fixed on the mounting collars (321), abutting collars (324) are respectively fixed at two ends of the connecting rods (323), the mounting collars (321) and the abutting collars (324) can be sleeved on the rotating rod (310), connecting keys (312) are arranged on the rotating rod (310), and key grooves for adapting to the connecting keys (312) are arranged on the mounting collars (321) and the abutting collars (324).

The shredder according to claim 7, wherein the stirring mechanism (400) is rotatably mounted on the rotating rod (310) along the axis of the rotating rod (310), two rotating collars (420) of the stirring mechanism (400) are respectively sleeved at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating rod (310), and the two rotating collars (420) are respectively contacted with the two abutting collars (324).

The pulper of claim 6, characterized in that the inside of the upper cover (200) is provided with a mounting chamber (240) for mounting the driving mechanism (500), the driving mechanism (500) comprising a driving motor (510) and a planetary reduction mechanism (520); one end of an output shaft of the driving motor (510) penetrates through the bottom side wall of the upper cover (200) and is fixedly provided with a spline connection part (511), and the upper end of the rotating rod (310) is provided with a connection hole (313) which is matched with the spline connection part (511); the planetary reduction mechanism (520) comprises a sun gear (521), an annular gear (522) and a plurality of planetary gears (523), wherein the sun gear (521) is fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor (510), the annular gear (522) and the planetary gears (523) are rotatably installed in an installation cavity (240) of the upper cover (200), the planetary gears (523) are meshed between the annular gear (522) and the sun gear (521), a connecting ring (524) is fixed on the bottom side of the annular gear (522), the connecting ring (524) penetrates through the bottom side of the upper cover (200), a push rod (525) is fixed on the connecting ring (524), and the upper cross bar (411) is located on a movement track of the push rod (525).

The pulper of claim 9, characterized in that the upper cover (200) is fixed with a plurality of connecting shafts (220) which are matched with the planetary gears (523) in the mounting chamber (240), the planetary gears (523) are rotatably mounted on the connecting shafts (220), the upper cover (200) is fixed with a rotating mounting ring (230) which is matched with the annular gear (522) in the mounting chamber (240), and the outer ring of the annular gear (522) is rotatably mounted in the rotating mounting ring (230).
