消音板材是一种用于降低噪音的建筑材料。它通常由吸音层和隔音层组成,能够有效地减少外界噪音的传递;消音板材广泛应用于建筑物内部和外部的隔音、吸音、降噪等方面,如会议室、录音棚、影音室、办公室、音乐厅等场所。现有的消音板材在使用过程中声波容易反射,消音效果较差;同时表面容易划伤,导致板材的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种消音效果更佳,提升消音板材的使用寿命的耐磨消音板材。
本发明的一种耐磨消音板材,包括:
底板,所述底板顶部设置有若干个凸块,相邻两个凸块之间留有进音槽,并且相邻两个凸块之间还设置有吸能腔,所述凸块表面设置有耐磨涂层;
上基板和下基板,所述上基板与底板固定连接,所述上基板与下基板之间依靠若干加强筋固定连接,所述上基板与下基板之间空隙内均填充有消音棉,所述吸能腔与上基板和下基板的空隙之间通过音孔连通。
优选地,所述音孔采用倒扣喇叭状。
优选地,所述上基板和下基板之间的若干加强筋倾斜安装,相邻两个加强筋之间首尾连接,并且相邻两个加强筋之间夹角为60度。

与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:通过进音槽进入至吸能腔内部的声波分为两类,一类是垂直于凸块表面进入至吸能腔内的声波,此类声波不在吸能腔内部连续反射,这接进入至消音棉内部,被消音棉吸收消耗;另一类是由其他角度进入至吸能腔内部的声波,由于吸能腔截面为圆形,此类声波在吸能腔内部连续的无序反射,尽可能多的消耗声波能量,由于吸能腔结构的特殊性,此类进入至吸能腔内部的声波几乎难以再有进音槽反射出去,直至声波能力完全消耗,达到消音的目的,消音效果更佳;通过在凸块的外表面涂装耐磨涂层,能够提升消音板材的耐磨性能,提升消音板材的使用寿命。

上基板5和下基板6,上基板5与底板1固定连接,上基板5与下基板6之间依靠若干加强筋7固定连接,上基板5与下基板6之间空隙内均填充有消音棉8,吸能腔3与上基板5和下基板6的空隙之间通过音孔9连通,用于将声波倒入至消音棉8内进行消耗、吸收;
更为具体的是,音孔9采用倒扣喇叭状,减少上基板5和下基板6之间无序反射的声波由音孔9返回吸能腔3内部的情况发生;
在本实施例中,通过进音槽4进入至吸能腔3内部的声波分为两类,一类是垂直于凸块2表面进入至吸能腔3内的声波,此类声波不在吸能腔3内部连续反射,这接进入至消音棉8内部,被消音棉8吸收消耗;另一类是由其他角度进入至吸能腔3内部的声波,由于吸能腔3截面为圆形,此类声波在吸能腔3内部连续的无序反射,尽可能多的消耗声波能量,由于吸能腔3结构的特殊性,此类进入至吸能腔3内部的声波几乎难以再有进音槽4反射出去,直至声波能力完全消耗,达到消音的目的,消音效果更佳;通过在凸块2的外表面涂装耐磨涂层,能够提升消音板材的耐磨性能,提升消音板材的使用寿命。
其中耐磨涂层包括但不限于聚氨酯涂层、聚酯涂层、聚氨酯-聚酯混合涂层、氟碳涂层和硅酮涂层等耐磨性好、硬度较高的涂层。
为了减少吸能腔3内部滋生细菌的情况发生,吸能腔3内壁上还涂装有抗菌涂层,包括但不限于银离子抗菌涂层、铜离子抗菌涂层、锌离子抗菌涂层、二氧化钛抗菌涂层和氮化硅抗菌涂层;由于吸能腔3内部不便于清洁,通过在吸能腔3内壁上设置抗菌涂层能够有效的抵抗细菌的滋生。
进一步地,为了提升上基板5和下基板6之间的连接强度,上基板5和下基板6之间的若干加强筋7倾斜安装,相邻两个加强筋7之间首尾连接,并且相邻两个加强筋7之间夹角为60度;通过上述设置,使上基板5和下基板6之间采用正三角型的连接结构,能够大大的提升上基板5和下基板6之间的连接强度,减少上基板5或下基板6凹陷变形的情况发生,提高使用寿命。
具体的,凸块2表面通过浸涂工艺,涂装耐磨涂层,并在浸涂耐磨涂层后,利用通槽设备对若干条进音槽4进行疏通,防止耐磨涂层冷却成型后造成进音槽4堵塞,导致声波无法穿过进音槽4的情况发生;在本实施例中,由于液态的耐磨涂层粘度较高,因此在浸涂过程中由于液体张力,容易将进音槽4覆盖,并在耐磨涂层冷却成型后将进音槽4堵塞,因此有必要在浸涂之后对进音槽4进行疏通。
具体的,通槽设备结构如图3至图9所示,通槽设备包括:
工作台10,工作台10中部安装有输送机构11,输送机构11用于对工作台10上的消音板材进行输送;工作台10上设置有定位机构,用于对消音板进行定位:
龙门架12,龙门架12滑动安装在工作台10上,工作台10两侧均设置有用于驱动龙门架12移动的驱动机构,龙门架12上可拆卸安装有若干个割刀13,若干个割刀13分别对应定位后消音板上的若干条进音槽4;
在本实施例中,通过输送机构11将消音板输送至合适位置,并配合定位机构将消音板夹紧固定,使消音板上的若干条进音槽4分别与龙门架12上的若干个割刀13对齐,之后通过驱动机构,带动龙门架12移动,使割刀13在进音槽4内部移动,从而将进音槽4疏通。
具体的,输送机构包括转动安装在工作台10底部的两对带轮38和固定安装在工作台10底部的第三伺服电机40,两对带轮38上均张紧套设有输送带39,第三伺服电机40用于驱动带轮38旋转,工作台10上贯穿设置有条形槽37,输送带39顶端穿过条形槽37伸入至工作台10上方,其中输送带39略高于工作台10顶端;通过将消音板放置在工作台10上,启动第三伺服电机40,在带轮38的传动下带动输送带39转动,从而带动输送带39上的消音板进行输送,
具体的驱动机构包括转动安装在工作台10侧壁上的丝杠14,工作台10侧壁上还固定安装有第一伺服电机15,第一伺服电机15用于驱动丝杠14沿自身轴线旋转,丝杠14上螺装套设有丝杠螺母16,丝杠螺母16与龙门架12固定连接;通过控制第一伺服电机15的转速,在丝杠螺母副的传动作用下带动龙门架12移动,采用伺服电机能够精准控制龙门架12的进给距离和进给速度。
更为具体的,工作台10上贯穿设置有至少两个升降槽18、至少两个第二导槽19和两个第一导槽17,升降槽18与第二导槽19对应,两个第一导槽17相对对称,定位机构包括可升降安装在升降槽18内的限位块20、滑动安装在第二导槽19内的第一压块21和滑动安装在第一导槽17内的第二压块22,限位块20、第一压块21和第二压块22同步升降,升降槽18和第二导槽19位于消音板输送的路线上,两个第一导槽17位于消音板的两侧;
在本实施例中,在输送机构将消音板输送至升降槽18与第二导槽19之间时,控制限位块20、第一压块21和第二压块22同步升高;升高至最高处时,使限位块20对消音板进行阻拦,之后控制第一压块21向消音板移动,直至将消音板横向夹紧;同时控制两个第二压块22同步相对靠近,直至将消音板纵向夹紧,实现对消音板的定位固定。
具体如何控制限位块20、第一压块21和第二压块22同步升高的,工作台10底部竖直安装有至少两个第一直线气缸24,第一直线气缸24的输出端固定连接有升降架23,升降架23的一端固定安装有第一安装梁25,升降架23的另一端滑动安装有第二安装梁29,升降架23的两侧均固定安装有耳架26,限位块20固定安装在第一安装梁25上,第一压块21固定安装在第二安装梁29上,耳架26上设置有第三导槽27,第二压块22滑动安装在第三导槽27内并且随耳架26同步升降;升降架23上设置有第四导槽28,第二安装梁29上设置有连接座30,第二安装梁29依靠连接座30滑动安装在升降架23上,升降架23上横向固定安装有第二直线气缸31,第二直线气缸31的输出端与连接座30固定连接;
通过第一直线气缸24控制升降架23等连接结构同步升降,从而控制限位块20、第一压块21和第二压块22同步升降;通过第二直线气缸31控制第二安装梁29横向移动,从而控制第一压块21横向移动,对消音板进行横向夹紧。
如何驱动两组第二压块22同步相对移动的,升降架23上转动安装有中心杆34,升降架23上固定安装有电机座32,电机座32上安装有第二伺服电机33,第二伺服电机33用于驱动中心杆34沿自身中心旋转,中心杆34的两端分别转动安装有边杆35,两根边杆35分别与两个第二压块22转动连接;通过控制第二伺服电机33旋转,在中心杆34和边杆35的传动下,控制两组第二压块22同步相对移动。
升降架23采用川字型,即由三个横梁组成,相邻两个横梁之间固定设置有加强梁36,用于加强升降架23的整体连接强度;为了保证定位的强度,升降槽18、第二导槽19、限位块20和第一压块21均采用三个,并且对应升降架23的三个横梁,第二直线气缸31和第二伺服电机33均固定安装在中间横梁上。
本发明的一种耐磨消音板材,其安装方式、连接方式或设置方式均为常见机械方式,只要能够达成其有益效果的均可进行实施。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,包括:
底板(1),所述底板(1)顶部设置有若干个凸块(2),相邻两个凸块(2)之间留有进音槽(4),并且相邻两个凸块(2)之间还设置有吸能腔(3),所述凸块(2)表面设置有耐磨涂层;
上基板(5)和下基板(6),所述上基板(5)与底板(1)固定连接,所述上基板(5)与下基板(6)之间依靠若干加强筋(7)固定连接,所述上基板(5)与下基板(6)之间空隙内均填充有消音棉(8),所述吸能腔(3)与上基板(5)和下基板(6)的空隙之间通过音孔(9)连通;
所述凸块(2)表面通过浸涂工艺,涂装耐磨涂层;所述凸块(2)在浸涂耐磨涂层后,利用通槽设备对若干条进音槽(4)进行疏通,所述通槽设备包括:
工作台(10),所述工作台(10)中部安装有输送机构(11),所述输送机构(11)用于对工作台(10)上的消音板材进行输送;所述工作台(10)上设置有定位机构,用于对消音板进行定位:
龙门架(12),所述龙门架(12)滑动安装在工作台(10)上,所述工作台(10)两侧均设置有用于驱动龙门架(12)移动的驱动机构,所述龙门架(12)上可拆卸安装有若干个割刀(13),若干个割刀(13)分别对应定位后消音板上的若干条进音槽(4);
通过输送机构(11)将消音板输送至加工位置,并配合定位机构将消音板夹紧固定,使消音板上的若干条进音槽(4)分别与龙门架(12)上的若干个割刀(13)对齐,之后通过驱动机构带动龙门架(12)移动,使割刀(13)在进音槽(4)内部移动,将进音槽(4)疏通;
所述工作台(10)上贯穿设置有至少两个升降槽(18)、至少两个第二导槽(19)和两个第一导槽(17),所述升降槽(18)与第二导槽(19)对应,两个第一导槽(17)相对对称,所述定位机构包括可升降安装在升降槽(18)内的限位块(20)、滑动安装在第二导槽(19)内的第一压块(21)和滑动安装在第一导槽(17)内的第二压块(22)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述音孔(9)采用倒扣喇叭状。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述上基板(5)和下基板(6)之间的若干加强筋(7)倾斜安装,相邻两个加强筋(7)之间首尾连接,并且相邻两个加强筋(7)之间夹角为60度。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述输送机构包括转动安装在工作台(10)底部的两对带轮(38)和固定安装在工作台(10)底部的第三伺服电机(40),两对带轮(38)上均张紧套设有输送带(39),所述第三伺服电机(40)用于驱动带轮(38)旋转,所述工作台(10)上贯穿设置有条形槽(37),所述输送带(39)顶端穿过条形槽(37)伸入至工作台(10)上方。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述工作台(10)底部竖直安装有第一直线气缸(24),所述第一直线气缸(24)的输出端固定连接有升降架(23),所述升降架(23)的一端固定安装有第一安装梁(25),所述升降架(23)的另一端滑动安装有第二安装梁(29),所述升降架(23)的两侧均固定安装有耳架(26),所述限位块(20)固定安装在第一安装梁(25)上,所述第一压块(21)固定安装在第二安装梁(29)上,所述第二压块(22)滑动安装在耳架(26)内并且随耳架(26)同步升降。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述升降架(23)上设置有第四导槽(28),所述第二安装梁(29)上设置有连接座(30),所述第二安装梁(29)依靠连接座(30)滑动安装在升降架(23)上,所述升降架(23)上横向固定安装有第二直线气缸(31),所述第二直线气缸(31)的输出端与连接座(30)固定连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种耐磨消音板材,其特征在于,所述升降架(23)上转动安装有中心杆(34),所述升降架(23)上固定安装有第二伺服电机(33),所述第二伺服电机(33)用于驱动中心杆(34)沿自身中心旋转,所述中心杆(34)的两端分别转动安装有边杆(35),两根边杆(35)分别与两个第二压块(22)转动连接。
