After the punching process of the metal plate is completed, the clamping mechanism and the metal plate are still located below the top plate 2, as shown in fig. 2, the telescopic ends of the two electric telescopic rods 22 can be controlled to shrink, the bottom ends of the cleaning rods 14 are driven to move downwards for a certain distance, then the moving seat 5 is controlled to move towards the right end in the guide rail 3 until the protruding part driving the top of the cleaning brush 9 moves to the left side of the cleaning rods 14 and abuts against the outer wall of the bottom end of the cleaning rods 14, and the driving screw 20 drives the moving block 21 and the cleaning rods 14 to move from the right side to the left side in the process that the bottom end of the cleaning rods 14 can push the protruding part to drive the cleaning brush 9 to move towards the left side in the first sliding groove, so that the cleaning brush 9 can sweep the residual scraps remained at the top of the metal plate into the collecting box 16 in a straightforward manner, and the situation that part of scraps generated by punching are prevented from accumulating at the top of the metal plate is avoided.
Then the movable seat 5 is controlled to move towards the left side in the guide rail 3 for resetting, then the telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder 11 is controlled to extend downwards to drive the punching head 12, the cleaning rod 14 and other parts to pass through the through groove 4 downwards to move to the upper part of the collecting box 16, as shown in fig. 6 and 3, at the moment, the bottom end of the cleaning rod 14 is just positioned at the gap between the sliding rod 27 and the collecting box 16, the driving screw rod 20 drives the movable block 21 and the cleaning rod 14 to synchronously move towards the left side, the bottom end of the cleaning rod 14 can push the sliding rod 27 to synchronously move towards the left side in the third sliding groove 31 to drive the connecting spring 26 to be in a stretched state, the sliding rod 27 can synchronously drive the plurality of poking rods 28 to poke the waste collected at the top of the partition plate when moving towards the left side in the collecting box 16, and after the steps are repeated, the small-sized scraps in the waste can be conveniently discharged into the collecting box 32 through the filtering holes 29 for collecting, so that the collected waste can be automatically classified and collected, and the small-sized waste can be smelted again and the round-shaped waste can be processed into a gasket or other parts.
