Abstract
The invention discloses a molding press and a tire winding production line, which comprises a machine body and at least one pair of molding rollers, wherein the at least one pair of molding rollers are arranged on the machine body, one of the two molding rollers of each pair is provided with an annular molding groove for a sizing material to move between the pair of molding rollers, each pair of molding rollers relatively rotates so as to calender and mold the sizing material moved in by the molding groove, and the molding grooves are provided with at least two side by side and have different groove widths and/or groove depths. The profiling roller of the profiling machine provided by the invention is provided with at least two profiling grooves, and the groove widths and/or the groove depths of the at least two profiling grooves are different and respectively adapt to at least two adhesive tapes with different widths and/or thicknesses. The molding press can adapt to different adhesive tape width and/or thickness requirements only by enabling different molding grooves to be aligned with the extrusion opening of the extruder, does not need to be disassembled by a worker to replace the molding roller, and is simple and convenient to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tire winding production lines, in particular to a molding press and a tire winding production line.
Background
Tire winding lines typically include extruders, presses, coolers, conveyors and winders. Feeding the sizing material into an extruder, extruding the sizing material by a machine head of the extruder, and conveying the sizing material to a molding press; the molding press is provided with a pair of molding rollers, wherein a trapezoid-like molding groove is formed in the main molding roller, and rubber materials extruded by the extruder can move into the space between the pair of molding rollers from the molding groove to be subjected to calendaring molding, so that rubber strips with target sizes are formed; and the rubber strip is conveyed to a winding machine by a conveyor after being cooled by a cooling machine, and the winding machine winds the tire blank by using the cooled rubber strip, so that the winding forming process of the tire is completed. The size requirements for the strip may be different when winding due to different specialty tires. If the production line is changed from producing a first special tire to producing a second special tire, the two special tires have different requirements on the size of the adhesive tape, and the size of the adhesive tape depends on the size of the profiling groove on the profiling roller of the profiling machine, for this case, the industry usually needs to detach the main profiling roller of the profiling machine in the production line, and then install the main profiling roller with the size of the profiling groove in accordance with the size of the adhesive tape required by the current special tire into the profiling machine, which is very troublesome to operate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a profiling machine and a tire winding production line provided with the profiling machine, the profiling machine can adapt to different requirements on the width and/or thickness of rubber strips, and tires with different requirements on the width and/or thickness of the rubber strips can be produced without disassembling and replacing profiling rollers.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a molding press, which comprises a press body and at least one pair of molding rollers, wherein the at least one pair of molding rollers are arranged on the press body, one of the two molding rollers of each pair is provided with an annular molding groove for a sizing material to move between the pair of molding rollers, each pair of molding rollers rotates relatively to roll and mold the sizing material moved in by the molding groove, and the molding grooves are provided with at least two side by side and have different groove widths and/or groove depths.
Further, the profiling machine comprises a slide along which the at least one pair of profiling rollers is movable until any one of its profiling grooves is aligned with the extrusion opening of the extruder.
Further, the profiling groove notch is wider than the groove bottom.
Further, two profiling rollers of each pair of profiling rollers are arranged up and down, and the profiling roller with profiling grooves is arranged on the upper part.
Further, the molding press is provided with a rotatable adhesive tape conveying roller for assisting in removing the calendared adhesive tape from the molding press.
Further, the molding press comprises a driving device and a transmission device, wherein the driving device drives the molding rollers and the adhesive tape conveying rollers to rotate together through the transmission device.
The invention also provides a tire winding production line which comprises an extruder, a molding press, a cooler and a winding machine, wherein the extruder extrudes the sizing material through the extrusion port and feeds the sizing material into the molding press, the molding press rolls the sizing material to form a rubber strip, then the rubber strip is conveyed to the cooler to be cooled, and the cooled rubber strip is conveyed to the winding machine to wind a tire blank.
Further, the production line further comprises a conveyor arranged between the cooler and the winding machine, which conveyor conveys the cooled adhesive tape to the winding machine.
The profiling roller of the profiling machine provided by the invention is provided with at least two profiling grooves, and the groove widths and/or the groove depths of the at least two profiling grooves are different and respectively adapt to at least two adhesive tapes with different widths and/or thicknesses. When the tire winding production line adopts the profiling machine to produce a first special tire, the adhesive tape required by winding is the adhesive tape with the first width and/or thickness, and a worker can move the rubber material extruded by the extruder into the profiling groove with the first groove width and/or groove depth to be calendered and formed between the two profiling rollers; if the production line is required to be changed into production of a second special tire, the adhesive tape required by winding is the adhesive tape with the second width and/or thickness, and the staff moves the adhesive material extruded by the extruder into the profiling groove with the second groove width and/or groove depth to be calendered and molded between the two profiling rollers. Therefore, the molding press can adapt to different adhesive tape width and/or thickness requirements only by enabling different molding grooves to be aligned with the extrusion opening of the extruder, does not need to be disassembled by a worker to replace the molding roller, and is simple and convenient to operate.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described in detail below in connection with the detailed description.
The tire winding production line is shown in fig. 5, and comprises an extruder, a molding press, a cooler, a conveyor and a winding machine, wherein the extruder extrudes rubber material and sends the rubber material into the molding press, the molding press rolls the rubber material to form rubber strips, then the rubber strips are conveyed to the cooler to be cooled, and the cooled rubber strips are conveyed to the winding machine through the conveyor to wind tire blanks. The molding press is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a machine body 10, wherein the machine body 10 is provided with a pair of molding rollers 1 and 2, the molding rollers 1 are provided with two parallel annular molding grooves 11 and 12 with different sizes, as shown in fig. 2, the grooves 11 and 12 are wider than the groove bottoms, and the groove widths of the molding grooves 11 are larger than the groove widths of the corresponding parts of the molding grooves 12. The profiling rolls 1, 2 are arranged one above the other, with the profiling roll 1 being on top. The machine body 10 is also provided with a first adhesive tape conveying roller 3 and a second adhesive tape conveying roller 4. In this example, the profiling rollers 1, 2 and the first adhesive tape conveying roller 3 are driven together by a driving motor 7 shown in fig. 4, specifically, a driving gear 71 is connected to the output shaft of the driving motor 7 in a transmission manner, driven gears 73, 72 and 74 are respectively arranged at the left ends of the profiling rollers 1, 2 and the first adhesive tape conveying roller 3, the driving gears 71 are respectively connected with the driven gears 72 and 74 in a transmission manner, the driven gears 72 are connected with the driven gears 73 in a transmission manner, and thus the driving motor 7 can drive the profiling rollers 1, 2 and the first adhesive tape conveying roller 3 to rotate together through a transmission device composed of the driving gears 71, the driven gears 72, 73 and 74. The second tape feed roller 4 is driven to rotate by a separate driving motor (not shown) without using the driving motor 7 because it is distant from the profiling rollers 1, 2 and the second tape feed roller 3. The machine body 10 and its components such as the profiling rollers 1, 2, the adhesive tape conveying rollers 3, 4 and the like constitute a profiling machine body, and as shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the profiling machine body is fixed on the slide rail 5 through a slide block 51. The tyre winding line performs the production of a first special tyre, the required strip being of a first size, the first profiling groove 11 on the profiling roller 1 being adapted to calender the strip of this size. In the initial state of the extruder head provided with the extrusion port 6 (in order to show the positional relationship between the extrusion port of the extruder and the profiling groove in this embodiment, the extrusion port 6 of the extruder is purposely shown in fig. 3, and other structures of the extruder are not shown), the profiling groove 11 is aligned with the extrusion port 6 of the extruder, and is suitable for producing the first type special tire. The production process of the special tire is as follows: the extruder continuously extrudes the sizing material from the extrusion port 6, the sizing material moves into between the profiling rollers 1 and 2 from the rear side of the calender through the profiling groove 11, the profiling rollers 1 and 2 are driven by the driving motor 7 to relatively rotate, the moved sizing material is subjected to calendering molding to form the rubber strip, the calendered molded rubber strip moves out from the front side of the profiling groove 11 and sequentially moves forward to the first rubber strip conveying roller 3 and the second rubber strip conveying roller 4, in the process, the first rubber strip conveying roller 3 and the second rubber strip conveying roller 4 are driven to rotate, and the auxiliary calendered molded rubber strip moves out of the profiling machine to be sent to a cooler so as to execute subsequent production work. After the tire winding production line performs the production work of the first special tire, the production work of the second special tire is required to be performed, the adhesive tape required for winding is the adhesive tape with the second size, and the second profiling groove 12 on the profiling roller 1 is suitable for calendaring and shaping the adhesive tape with the second size. Thus, the worker pushes the profiling machine body along the slide rail 5 until the extrusion opening 6 of the extruder is aligned with the second profiling groove 12 on the profiling roller 1, which is suitable for producing a second special tire. The production process of the special tire is referred to the production process of the first special tire, and will not be described herein. The tire winding production line of this embodiment is based on above-mentioned profiling machine, can adapt to different adhesive tape size requirements, when changing the tire of production, only need operate profiling machine main part along slide rail 5 remove to its corresponding profiling groove aim at the extrusion orifice of extruder just can adapt to different adhesive tape width requirements, need not to dismantle the change profiling roller, easy and simple to handle.
The two profiling grooves 11 and 12 of the profiling machine of the embodiment have different groove widths, and other embodiments can be changed into the same groove widths but different groove depths, so that the profiling machine can adapt to different adhesive tape thickness requirements; other embodiments can be changed into the embodiment that the groove widths and the groove depths are different, so that the adhesive tape can adapt to different adhesive tape width and thickness requirements.

Claims (8)
1. The press comprises a machine body (10) and at least one pair of press rolls, wherein the press rolls are arranged on the machine body, one press roll (1) is provided with annular press grooves (11, 12) for transferring sizing materials between the press rolls, and each pair of press rolls rotates relatively to roll and shape the sizing materials transferred in by the press grooves (11, 12), and the press rolls are characterized in that the number of the press grooves is at least two in parallel, and the groove widths and/or the groove depths are different.
2. A profiling machine according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a slide (5) along which the at least one pair of profiling rolls is movable to any one of its profiling grooves in alignment with the extrusion opening (6) of the extruder.
3. The profiling machine of claim 1, wherein the profiling groove slot opening is wider than the groove bottom.
4. The press of claim 1, wherein two profiling rolls of each pair of profiling rolls are arranged one above the other, with profiling rolls with profiling grooves in them.
5. A press as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that rotatable strip transfer rollers (3, 4) are provided to assist removal of the calender formed strip from the press.
6. A profiling machine according to claim 5, characterized by comprising driving means (7) and transmission means, which drive the respective profiling roller and strip transfer roller to rotate together by means of the transmission means.

Tyre winding production line, comprising an extruder, a molding press, a cooler and a winding machine, wherein the extruder extrudes and feeds the sizing material to the molding press through an extrusion port, the molding press is used for calendaring the sizing material to form a rubber strip and then conveying the rubber strip to the cooler for cooling, and the cooled rubber strip is conveyed to the winding machine for winding a tyre blank, and the molding press is a molding press as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The tire winding line of claim 7, further comprising a conveyor disposed between the cooler and the winder, the conveyor delivering cooled strips to the winder.
