Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating thyroid cyst and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating thyroid cyst and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Thyroid cyst is a common thyroid disease, belonging to the thyroid nodule class. Thyroid cyst refers to a nodule with a spongy change of more than 50% of cystic structure volume, mainly due to ischemia, necrosis and degeneration of thyroid nodule local tissues, edema due to blood stasis in interstitial spaces and liquid accumulation to form a cyst, which is often expressed as a bag block at one side or two sides of the front neck, is soft to touch, has cystic elasticity according to the cyst, and has a normal local skin color and luster and temperature.
Western medicine adopts full-cut or sub-full-cut operation treatment on swollen thyroid, but has high destruction, relatively high incidence rate of hypothyroidism, high economic cost and difficult acceptance of patients. And partial sclerosis treatment under ultrasonic guidance is performed, and partial patients have fear psychology, so that the method is not the first choice for treating thyroid cyst at present.
The aspects of traditional Chinese medicine mainly comprise oral traditional Chinese medicine prescription, chinese patent medicine and external application of traditional Chinese medicine powder. The oral administration of Chinese medicine is based on the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and is most commonly classified into syndrome type such as qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis, spleen deficiency and excessive dampness, yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation. The external application is mainly composed of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, softening hardness and resolving hard mass. Clinically, if the syndrome differentiation is accurate, the pathogenesis is found, the cost of the oral traditional Chinese medicine is clear, the symptoms and root causes are treated, and the oral traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages. Compared with the external application medicine, the oral medicine has convenient use and durable curative effect.
However, the traditional Chinese medicine composition clinically used at present is taken orally, the effect is slow, and the curative effect on thyroid cyst is still poor.
