Claims (7)
1. Multi-head grinding device for machining mechanical parts is characterized by comprising:
a base;
the supporting mechanism is connected with the base and is used for supporting and fixing parts by matching with the base;
the polishing mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the supporting mechanism and is used for being matched with the supporting mechanism to polish the parts in a multi-head manner;
wherein, grinding machanism includes:
the driving assembly is arranged on the inner side of the base, connected with the supporting mechanism and used for driving air to flow so as to absorb dust;
the polishing assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting mechanism and fixedly connected with the base;
the connecting assembly is arranged between the driving assembly and the polishing assembly and is used for being matched with the driving assembly to realize rotation of the polishing assembly.
2. The multi-head grinding apparatus for machining mechanical parts according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises:
the lifting plate is arranged on the inner side of the base and is connected with the base through a third telescopic piece;
the connecting rod is arranged between the connecting assembly and the lifting plate and is used for matching with the extension and retraction of the third extension piece to realize the rotation of the polishing assembly;
and the air guide assembly is fixedly connected with the lifting plate and connected with the supporting mechanism and is used for being matched with the supporting mechanism to realize the adsorption fixation of parts.

the control box is fixedly connected with the lifting plate;
the air guide cavity is arranged at the inner side of the control box, and a driving piece fixedly connected with the control box is arranged at the inner side of the air guide cavity;
the driving rod is connected with the output end of the driving piece and fixedly connected with a fan arranged at the inner side of the air guide cavity, and is used for matching with the driving piece to realize air flow;
the filter cavities are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the inner side of the control box, are connected with the air guide cavity through vent pipes and are connected with the supporting mechanism;
the dust collection pipeline is arranged between the control box and the base, one end of the dust collection pipeline is connected with the filter cavity, and the other end of the dust collection pipeline is connected with the base and is used for absorbing dust;
the fixed seat is arranged between the dust collection pipeline and the vent pipe and is fixedly connected with the control box;
the filter frame is connected with the wall of the control box in a sliding manner, and one end of the filter frame is connected with the fixed seat through an elastic piece;
the cam is arranged between the filter frames at the two sides and fixedly connected with the driving rod and is used for matching with the elastic piece to realize the reciprocating motion of the filter frames;
the cleaning brush is arranged on the outer side of the filter frame and fixedly connected with the fixing seat, and is used for cleaning dust in cooperation with the movement of the filter frame.
