The flushing mechanism 6 comprises a submersible pump 61, a water suction pipe 62, a three-way pipe 63, a water spraying disc 64, a spray head 65 and a liquid conveying pipe 66, wherein the submersible pump 61 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the flushing box 1, the water suction pipe 62 is fixedly arranged at the input end of the submersible pump 61, the three-way pipe 63 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the submersible pump 61, two ends of the three-way pipe 63 respectively extend to the outer walls of the front side and the rear side of the flushing box 1, the number of the water spraying discs 64 is two and respectively fixedly arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the flushing box 1, the spray head 65 is fixedly arranged on the water spraying disc 64, the liquid conveying pipe 66 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the three-way pipe 63, one end of the liquid conveying pipe 66 penetrates through the flushing box 1 and is fixedly connected with the water spraying disc 64, the submersible pump 61 is controlled to absorb water through the water suction pipe 62, then is sprayed on a part through the spray head 65, flushing treatment is convenient to dissolve greasy dirt and stains on the part, and the quality is effectively improved when the cleaning process is matched with the mechanical part.
Working principle: water and cleaning agent are added into the cleaning tank 1 through the feeding pipe 13, then the hand-held stirring crank 57 rotates, then the stirring rod 51 is driven to rotate through the belt pulley 55 and the belt 56, the stirring arm 52 stirs the water and the cleaning agent uniformly and forms the cleaning agent, then the sealing cover 27 is taken away, mechanical parts are placed on the grid plate 10, then the sealing cover 27 is sleeved on the cleaning tank 1 again, then the starting of the second motor 8 and the driving of the first motor 45 are controlled, the second motor 8 drives the brush plate 3 to rotate, the first motor 45 drives the two groups of upright plates 7 to move in the same direction through the transverse rod 43 and the bidirectional screw 41, then the two groups of brush plates 3 are contacted with parts and realize brushing, meanwhile, the submersible pump 61 is controlled to start up through the water suction pipe 62, then the water suction pipe 63 and the infusion pipe 66 convey water into the water spraying plate 64, then the parts are sprayed through the spray head 65, the cleaning agent is automatically filtered through the filter screen 12, then impurities are reserved on the sealing cover and the collecting box 11, then the hand-held crank 57 rotates, the stirring crank 57 drives the two groups of upright plates 7 to move in the same direction through the belt pulley 55 and the bidirectional screw rod 41, the belt pulley 55 and the two groups of upright plates 7 move in the intermittent manner through the belt pulley 53 and the intermittent manner and the filter screen 20 is driven to move in the intermittent manner through the belt pulley 21 and the intermittent drive of the belt pulley 20.
