Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to an inflatable prone position ventilation cushion for a severe patient suffering from pneumonia.
Background
Patients with new crown infection are light and have symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection, and heavy and double lung is affected, and double pneumonia exudation obviously affects the ventilation function of the lung, so that the patients die due to respiratory and circulatory failure. During bedridden treatment, the respiratory function of the back part of the double lung of a patient is severely limited due to accumulation or even actual change of secretion and exudation after lying down due to the comprehensive influence of sputum secretion, inflammatory exudation, gravity action, anatomical structure characteristics of the lung and physiological structure characteristics of a human body, and conversely, the respiratory function of the front part of the double lung is seriously damaged due to the fact that blood flows to the back part of the double lung due to the gravity action, and the respiratory function of the front part of the double lung is not fully utilized, so that the hypoxia degree of the patient is further aggravated.
Prone position ventilation can change the blood distribution of the two lungs, and the blood flows widely from the rear parts to the front parts of the two lungs, so that the ventilation efficiency is increased, and the ventilation function is improved. Simultaneously, the gravity effect can be utilized to promote the removal of rear secretion and the absorption of exudates, reduce edema and promote the expansion of alveoli, thereby improving the ventilation function of the rear part of double lungs. However, many patients cannot tolerate the prone position due to lack of professional auxiliary instruments/equipment, and clinical popularization of the prone position is severely limited. In addition, skin damage, bedsores, etc. are often formed in prone patients due to long-term skin pressure. One of the clinical characteristics of the new coronary patients is that the patient has lower lymphocyte, lower immune function, and prolonged and unhealed bedsore infection, and the prone position ventilation compliance is increased due to bedsore or skin damage infection, so that malignant circulation is easy to form. The rapid increase of new patients with severe crowns causes the workload of medical staff to increase, and clinical emergency needs of professional auxiliary equipment for ventilation in prone position.
