finally, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the flat wire cylinder 13 is sleeved by a connecting screw 601, then the flat wire cylinder 13 is limited by a connecting screw sleeve 602, the flat wire cylinder 13 is easy to assemble and disassemble, then a driving sprocket 12 is driven to rotate by a bidirectional motor 17, then a driven sprocket 10 is driven to rotate by a driving chain 11, then a driven sprocket 10 is used for driving a shaft rod 203 to rotate, then the flat wire cylinder 13 is driven by a bearing 202 to wind up and down the flat wire, a sealing cover 502 is sealed by a mounting bolt 503, a flat wire packaging and turnover auxiliary tool of a connecting plate 701 is stored, a label is stored by a note groove 703, the auxiliary tool is stored in a classified mode by the label, a worker can conveniently take the flat wire, natural wind is guided into an air cavity 1401 by a fan 14, and natural wind is guided out by an air pipe 1402, and the flat wire can be cleaned in the process of winding up the flat wire.
