Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the veneer reeling machine comprises a base 1, roll shafts 11, supporting seats 12, driving pieces 13, compression rollers 14 and lifting pieces 2, wherein the roll shafts 11 are arranged at two sides and are positioned on the upper side of the base 1 side by side, the supporting seats 12 are arranged at two sides of the base 1 and are fixed on the upper side of the base 1 through bolts, meanwhile, the two supporting seats 12 are respectively positioned at two end positions of the roll shafts 11, the end parts of the roll shafts 11 are rotationally connected in the supporting seats 12 by means of bearings, one side of each of the two roll shafts 11 is a feeding position for a plate to enter and the other side of each of the two roll shafts 11 is a discharging position for the curled plate to go out, the driving pieces 13 are arranged at one end of the base 1 and are used for driving the two roll shafts 11 to rotate, each driving piece 13 comprises a speed reducing motor and a gear set, and three gears in the gear set drive the two roll shafts 11 to rotate after the speed reducing motor drives the gear set to rotate.
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the press roller 14 is located at the middle position of the upper sides of the two roller shafts 11, two ends of the press roller 14 are respectively connected with shaft ends 141 through bearings in a rotating manner, wherein the lifting member 2 is arranged on the supporting seat 12 and is used for driving the press roller 14 to lift, the lifting member 2 comprises a lifting groove 21, a first movable seat 22, a second movable seat 23 and a hydraulic cylinder 24, the lifting groove 21 is arranged at the upper end of the supporting seat 12, the first movable seat 22 is located in the lifting groove 21 close to one side of the driving member 13 and is fixedly installed at the shaft ends 141, the second movable seat 23 is located in the lifting groove 21 far away from one side of the driving member 13 and is connected with the shaft ends 141, the upper end of the second movable seat 23 is provided with a shaft groove 231 which is U-shaped and is embedded into the shaft ends 141, the upper end of the shaft groove 231 is provided with a pressing block 232 which is used for pressing the upper side of the shaft ends 141, the pressing block 232 is provided with a first through hole 2321, the second through hole 2321 is correspondingly arranged on the second movable seat 23, the second through hole 233 is correspondingly arranged on the upper end of the pressing block 232, the second movable seat 23 is arranged in the position corresponding to the first through hole 2321, the first through hole 2321 is arranged on the second movable seat 23, the second through hole 2321 is arranged at the lower end of the upper end of the second movable seat, and the second through the first through hole 23224 is respectively passes through the upper end of the first through hole 23224 and the corresponding through the upper through hole seat and the corresponding through the upper through hole, and is arranged.

Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, a collecting guide plate 3 is further disposed on the base 1 and located at a side of the roller shaft 11 near the discharge level, the collecting guide plate 3 is inclined downward, two ends of the collecting guide plate are respectively connected with two side supporting seats 12 through bolts, a collecting groove 31 is disposed at the lower side of the collecting guide plate 3, and a supporting plate 121 for placing the collecting groove 31 is welded on the supporting seats 12, so that the collecting groove 31 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled; meanwhile, a first hairbrush guide part 32 is adhered to the upper side of the collecting and guiding plate 3, the first hairbrush guide part 32 extends obliquely upwards towards one side of the press roller 14 and is used for being attached to the outer wall of a plate, a telescopic rod 33 is further arranged on the collecting and guiding plate 3, one end of the telescopic rod 33 is hinged to one end of the collecting and guiding plate 3, which is close to the driving piece 13, the telescopic rod 33 comprises a first rod body 331, a second rod body 332, one end of which is hinged to the collecting and guiding plate 3, the second rod body 332 is arranged on one end, far away from the collecting and guiding plate 3, of the first rod body 331, a telescopic groove 3311 for embedding the end part of the second rod body 332 is formed in one end, which is far away from the collecting and guiding plate 3, a connecting spring 3312 is further arranged in the telescopic groove 3311, one end of the connecting spring 3312 is welded with the end face of the second rod body 332, the other end of the connecting spring 3312 is welded with the bottom wall of the telescopic groove 3311, and the connecting spring 3312 is in a stretched state in the telescopic groove 3311.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, a connecting pipe 34 parallel to the press roller 14 is disposed at one end of the telescopic rod 33 far away from the collecting guide plate 3, the end of the connecting pipe 34 is hinged to the upper end of the second rod 332, a second brush guide portion 341 is adhered to the connecting pipe 34, the second brush guide portion 341 extends obliquely downward toward one side of the roller shaft 11 and is used for being attached to the inner wall of the plate, the first brush guide portion 32 and the second brush guide portion 341 are composed of elastic bristles, wherein the second brush guide portion 341 is located on the upper side of the first brush guide portion 32, and when the first brush guide portion 32 and the second brush guide portion 341 are in a natural state, the first brush guide portion 32 and the second brush guide portion 341 are in staggered distribution, simultaneously, hanging arms 342 which are semicircular and are hung on two ends of the press roller 14 are welded at two ends, and a plurality of rollers 343 which are abutted against the outer wall of the press roller 14 are connected in a rotating manner at the peripheral side of the hanging arms 342.

The iron scales on the outer wall of the plate fall on the first brush guide part 32 and enter the collecting guide plate 3 after falling along the first brush guide part 32, the iron scales fall on the second brush guide part 341 and temporarily collect in the second brush guide part 341 bent downwards, when the plate is separated from the second brush guide part 341 and the first brush guide part 32, after the recovery of the first brush guide part 32 and the second brush guide part 341, the iron scales collected on the second brush guide part 341 fall on the first brush guide part 32 after falling along the second brush guide part 341, and the iron scales falling off the inner and outer surfaces of the plate can be efficiently stored in the collecting groove 31 after falling along the first brush guide part 32 and the collecting guide plate 3.
