As an embodiment of the present invention, the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment adopts the above-described sanitary napkin core for alleviating menstrual emotion; the core body is uniformly compounded with microcapsules, and the core body of the microcapsules consists of 75 parts of lavender essential oil, 11 parts of ylang essential oil, 11 parts of bergamot essential oil, 6 parts of sage essential oil, 4 parts of emulsifiable essential oil and 3 parts of vetiver essential oil which are all made of the following raw materials in parts by mass.
The microcapsule wall material is gelatin and acacia, and the relief essential oil is wrapped by a complex coacervation method, the complex coacervation method is implemented by respectively weighing equal amounts of gelatin and acacia in a beaker, adding distilled water, heating to 53 ℃ in a water bath, fully stirring to prepare 1% solution, then uniformly mixing the two solutions, slowly adding the relief essential oil, and emulsifying for 5-8min in a homogenizer (8000 r/min-12000 r/min) to obtain uniformly dispersed emulsion. Transferring the emulsion into a conical flask, dropwise adding 10% glacial acetic acid solution, regulating the pH value to 4.2, heating to 53 ℃ in a water bath, stirring (400 r/min) for 2h, transferring into an ice-water bath, reducing the temperature to 10 ℃, dropwise adding 10% sodium hydroxide solution, regulating the pH value to 6.0, adding glutamine transaminase, continuously stirring at a low speed (400 r/min) for 10h, and completing solidification to obtain microcapsule dispersion. Standing the dispersion liquid for layering, removing supernatant, carrying out suction filtration, carrying out a small amount of water washing, and freeze-drying to obtain the microcapsule with the soothing essential oil (gelatin: acacia is 1:1 to 2:1 in mass ratio and core wall is 1:1 to 1.25:1 in mass ratio).
The super absorbent dust-free paper is prepared by loosening 25 parts by weight of needle wood fibers, 25 parts by weight of hardwood fibers, 25 parts by weight of modified polyvinyl alcohol water-absorbing fibers, 25 parts by weight of acrylic water-absorbing fibers, 10 parts by weight of PE/PP eccentric fibers and 10 parts by weight of PE/PET eccentric fibers, then feeding the loosened 10 parts by weight of PE/PET eccentric fibers into a crushing machine for crushing and uniformly mixing, and taking 5% by weight of mixed fibers and microcapsule essential oil 1:1, mixing uniformly, continuously mixing the crushed mixed fibers uniformly, then feeding the mixture into a forming machine, carrying out wind-force airflow forming, carrying out adsorption forming under the vacuum effect of a forming net, and then feeding the formed mixed fiber net into an oven for hot air bonding, wherein the temperature of hot air is preferably 5-10 ℃ higher than the melting temperature of the plastic fibers, thus obtaining the super absorbent core with microcapsule essential oil.

2. The menstrual emotion relieving sanitary napkin core according to claim 1, wherein the microcapsule wall material is gelatin and acacia, and the soothing essential oil is encapsulated by complex coacervation.
3. The menstrual emotion relieving sanitary napkin core of claim 2, wherein the complex coacervation process is carried out by:
weighing equal amounts of gelatin and acacia in a beaker respectively, adding distilled water, heating to 53 ℃ in a water bath, fully stirring to prepare 1% solution, uniformly mixing the two solutions, slowly adding the soothing essential oil, and emulsifying in a homogenizer to obtain uniformly dispersed emulsion;
transferring the emulsion into a container, dropwise adding 10% glacial acetic acid solution, regulating the pH value to 4.2, heating to 53 ℃ in a water bath, stirring for 2 hours, transferring into an ice-water bath, reducing the temperature to 10 ℃, dropwise adding 10% sodium hydroxide solution, regulating the pH value to 6.0, adding glutamine transaminase, continuously stirring for 10 hours, and completing solidification to obtain microcapsule dispersion;
standing the dispersion liquid for layering, removing supernatant, carrying out suction filtration, carrying out a small amount of water washing, and freeze-drying to obtain the product.

The menstrual emotion relieving sanitary napkin core according to claim 1, wherein the core is super absorbent dust free paper, and the method for making the super absorbent dust free paper comprises the following steps: 25-55 parts of natural fiber, 37-63 parts of super absorbent fiber and 10-25 parts of thermoplastic fiber; after opening, feeding the mixture into a crusher for crushing and mixing uniformly, and taking 5 parts by mass of mixed fiber and microcapsule essential oil 1:1, mixing uniformly, continuously mixing the crushed mixed fibers uniformly, then feeding the mixture into a forming machine, carrying out wind-force airflow forming, carrying out adsorption forming under the vacuum effect of a forming net, feeding the formed mixed fiber net into an oven for hot air bonding, and obtaining the super absorbent core with microcapsule essential oil, wherein the temperature of the hot air is 5-10 ℃ above the melting temperature of the plastic fibers.

The menstrual emotion relieving sanitary napkin core according to claim 4, wherein the natural fibers are at least one of a group consisting of largeleaf wood fibers and broadleaf wood fibers, and the super absorbent fibers are at least one of modified polyvinyl alcohol absorbent fibers, acrylic absorbent fibers and polyacrylonitrile absorbent fibers; the thermoplastic fiber refers to at least one of PE/PP, PE/PET concentric fiber or eccentric fiber.

The essential oil for relieving menstrual emotion is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 65-75 parts of lavender essential oil, 8-12 parts of ylang essential oil, 6-12 parts of bergamot essential oil, 3-7 parts of sage essential oil, 3-5 parts of emulsifiable essential oil and 1-3 parts of vetiver essential oil.
