The protective device for a metering box of an electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein: the automatic feeding device is characterized in that storage boxes (7) are arranged at two ends of the top of the box body (1), a winding wheel (22) is rotatably arranged at the inner top of each storage box (7), a lifting rope (23) is wound on each winding wheel (22), a synchronizing bar (24) is fixedly connected to the free end of each lifting rope (23), and the synchronizing bars (24) are fixedly connected with the tops of a plurality of connecting bars (11);
the power assembly is connected with one end of the winding wheel (22) to drive the winding wheel (22) to rotate positively and negatively.

The protective device for a metering box of an electric energy meter according to claim 2, wherein: the power assembly comprises a motor box (8) fixedly arranged at the top of the box body (1), a double-head motor (21) fixedly arranged in the motor box (8), and shaft rods (14) arranged on two output shafts of the double-head motor (21);
the two shaft rods (14) respectively extend to the interiors of the two storage boxes (7) and are fixedly connected with one end of the winding wheel (22);
the two opposite ends of the top of the box body (1) are respectively provided with a rack (15) in a sliding manner, and one ends of the two racks (15) are commonly connected with a shielding plate (10);
the shielding plate (10) is slidably arranged at the top of the box body (1);
the rack (15) is connected with the power assembly, and the power assembly drives the rack (15) to slide back and forth in a first direction.
4. A protective device for a metering tank of an electric energy meter according to claim 3, characterized in that: the power assembly further comprises gears (16) connected to the outer surfaces of the two shafts (14) in a key mode, and racks (15) are meshed with the outer parts of the gears (16).

6. The protective device for a metering box of an electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein: a storage strip (3) is arranged on one side of the box body (1), the position of the storage strip (3) corresponds to the box door (2), and one end of the storage strip (3) is open;
the inside fixed mounting of accomodate strip (3) has touch switch (19), one side fixed mounting of accomodate strip (3) has flashing lamp (6), touch switch (19) with flashing lamp (6) electric connection.

8. A protective device for a metering tank of an electric energy meter according to claim 3, characterized in that: the protection plates (9) are arranged at two opposite ends of the top of the box body (1), and the protection plates (9) are located above the racks (15).
9. The method of using a protective device for a metering box of an electric energy meter according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of;
s1, the electric energy meter is mounted in the box body (1) in advance, and then the box body (1) is integrally mounted on a wall surface through mounting screw holes (12) formed in the back surface of the box body (1) and the combination screws;
s2, pushing the box door (2) out to one side can open the box body (1), when the box door (2) is disconnected with the touch switch (19), the touch switch (19) opens the flashing lamp (6) to work, the flashing lamp (6) continuously flashes, after the box door (2) is reset, the box door (2) is contacted with the touch switch (19), and the touch switch (19) closes the flashing lamp (6);
s3, driving the shaft lever (14) to rotate through the double-headed motor (21), driving the winding wheel (22) to rotate through the shaft lever (14), enabling the winding wheel (22) to rotate clockwise to wind the lifting rope (23), driving the connecting strip (11) to move upwards through the lifting rope (23) and the synchronous strip (24), finally moving the baffle plate (17) upwards to block the ventilation window (4), and enabling the winding wheel (22) to rotate anticlockwise to loosen the lifting rope (23) to reset the baffle plate (17);
s4, when the double-headed motor (21) drives the shaft lever (14) to rotate clockwise, the gear (16) is synchronously driven to rotate, the rack (15) is driven to move towards the opening direction of the box body (1) through the clockwise rotation of the gear (16), and the shielding plate (10) is driven to move through the rack (15);
s5, a rainwater sensor (13) senses rainwater, when the rainwater is sensed, a signal is fed back to the controller, the double-headed motor (21) is controlled to start through the controller to rotate clockwise, and when the rainwater disappears, the double-headed motor (21) is controlled to rotate anticlockwise and reset.
