The invention relates to a knife grinder which can adapt to knife points with different radian shapes, comprising a grinding machine base, a sliding rail, a knife adjusting and positioning assembly and a grinding wheel assembly; the polishing machine base consists of a base and a water tank container; the grinding wheel assembly is horizontally arranged in the water tank container, and a motor driving control device is arranged on a grinding machine seat corresponding to the bottom of the grinding wheel assembly. The knife sharpener disclosed by the invention can enable the knife edge of the knife to be positioned on the same plane with the grinding surface of the grinding wheel, so that the knife sharpening device can sharpen the knife with different knife edge inclination angles, and the knife sharpening device can sharpen the knife edge with a straight line or a radian.

Background

One end of the bearing plate is arranged in the arc-shaped plate chute in a sliding way through the adjusting bolt, and the other end of the bearing plate is provided with a through hole which is movably arranged on the positioning column. The grinding wheel is movably arranged at a position adjacent to the reference surface and used for polishing the knife edge. The driving assembly is used for driving the grinding wheel to rotate and polish the blade. The angle adjusting component of the knife sharpening device rotates the knife on the sharpening table, and the knife edge and the reference surface can be located on the same plane by adjusting the adjusting bolt, so that the knife sharpening device can sharpen the knife with different knife edge inclination angles. the cutter adjusting and positioning assembly is movably connected to the smooth round rod and comprises a bearing clamp, a sliding seat and a cantilever, wherein the bearing clamp is used for bearing a cutter; the bearing clamp consists of an upper clamping strip, a lower clamping strip and a hoop, wherein the lower clamping strip is matched with the upper clamping strip in parallel, one end of the lower clamping strip is a clamping port, the other end of the lower clamping strip is connected with the upper clamping strip through a hinge, the hoop is clamped at the middle positions of the two clamping strips, and the size and the clamping force of the clamping port can be changed by adjusting an adjusting screw on the hoop up and down; a rotating pin shaft and a shaft sleeve are also vertically arranged on the back of the clamping opening end of the upper clamping strip, so that the whole bearing clamp can rotate around the shaft sleeve in an adjusting way; the sliding seat is provided with a through hole, and a sliding sleeve matched with the smooth round rod is embedded in the through hole; the cantilever is a connecting rod which can be telescopically adjusted, a locking screw is arranged at the telescopic joint, and the length of the cantilever can be changed by adjusting the locking screw and the telescopic joint of the connecting rod; one end of the cantilever is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve of the bearing clamp, and the axial direction of the shaft sleeve and the rod direction of the cantilever are guaranteed to be in an inclined state with a certain angle, and the inclined angle is controlled between 60 degrees and 75 degrees; the other end of the cantilever is fixedly connected with the sliding seat;

According to the knife grinder disclosed by the invention, the knife point of the knife and the grinding surface of the grinding wheel are positioned on the same plane by adjusting the relative distance between the bearing clamp and the sliding seat and adjusting the knife adjusting and positioning assembly to rotate around the pin shaft and then moving the sliding seat in a matched manner, so that the knife grinder can grind the knife with different knife point inclination angles.
