In the embodiment, when the sputum treatment device is used for collecting and treating sputum of a patient, firstly, the treatment device body 1 is moved to the vicinity of the patient through the vehicle body 2, then the height of the liquid collecting component 3 is adjusted through the lifting component 5 according to the height position of the patient, the use requirements of people with different heights are met, the sputum is collected through the liquid collecting component 3, and then the sputum is sterilized and disinfected by the sterilizing component 4 and the sterilizing component 6, so that the problems of aerosol spreading, cross infection carrying and the like are reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the vehicle body 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and universal wheels 23 fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate 21 near four corners, support columns 22 are fixedly connected to the surface of the bottom plate 21 near the four corners, and support plates 24 are fixedly connected to the top ends of the support columns 22.

In this embodiment, when sputum of a patient needs to be collected, the height of the liquid collecting cover 38 is adjusted according to the height position of the patient, then the patient spits the sputum into the liquid collecting cover 38, the sputum flows into the corrugated hose 37 through the liquid collecting cover 38 under the action of the sputum, then flows into the liquid guiding tube 36 through the corrugated hose 37 and the hollow round block 39, and finally flows into the collecting cylinder 31 through the liquid guiding tube 36 for collection.
The corrugated hose 37 can be adaptively stretched according to the height of the liquid collecting cover 38, the length of the corrugated hose can ensure that the liquid collecting cover 38 cannot break when in the highest position, the hollow round block 39 is hollow, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the corrugated hose are respectively communicated with the corrugated hose 37 and the liquid guiding tube 36.
In an alternative embodiment, the first motor 32 is fixedly installed on the bottom surface of the collecting cylinder 31, the first motor 32 is inserted into the first installation groove formed in the surface of the bottom plate 21, the end part of the output shaft of the first motor 32 is fixedly connected with the stirring rod 33, one end of the stirring rod 33 penetrates through the collecting cylinder 31 and extends into the collecting cylinder 31, the stirring blade 34 is fixedly connected to the surface of the stirring rod 33, the scraping plate 35 is fixedly connected to the surface of the stirring blade 34, and the scraping plate 35 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the collecting cylinder 31.

In an alternative embodiment, the hollow round block 39 is internally inserted with a check valve pad 310, and the check valve pad 310 is fixedly connected with the hollow round block 39.
In this embodiment, the check valve pad 310 prevents the odor in the collection tube 31 from overflowing through the liquid collecting cover 38.
It should be noted that, the check valve pad 310 is relatively common in daily life, and is disposed in a direction that only allows sputum to enter the catheter 36, so as to prevent the odor from overflowing from the collecting tube 31.

In an alternative embodiment, the lifting assembly 5 comprises a third motor 51 fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the support plate 24 and a second gear 52 fixedly connected to the end of the output shaft of the third motor 51, wherein a toothed plate 53 is connected to the surface of the second gear 52 in a meshed manner, the toothed plate 53 penetrates the support plate 24 and extends to the upper side of the support plate 24, and is fixedly connected with a moving plate 54 arranged above the support plate 24, and the liquid collecting cover 38 is fixedly connected with the moving plate 54.

It should be noted that, the shower nozzle 66 is inclined at a certain angle, and the spraying speed of the shower nozzle 66 is slow, so that the disinfectant sprayed by the shower nozzle 66 can fall into the inner surface of the liquid collecting cover 38 as much as possible, the surface of the supporting plate 24 is provided with a storage drawer, and cleaning cloth is placed in the storage drawer, so that the sprayed disinfectant can be cleaned conveniently.
