Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of locks, in particular to an electronic lock body and a switch lock structure thereof.
Background
Currently, the door locks sold in the market can be roughly divided into two types, namely, a mechanical door lock and an electronic door lock.
The mechanical door lock is that the parts in the whole lock body are mechanically connected, the door lock is widely used in life, and the unlocking device of the mechanical lock is generally structured to drive the main bolt assembly and the oblique bolt assembly to unlock and lock through the lock core pulling on the lock core and the door handle.
The electronic door lock is based on mechanical door lock and has one electronic unlocking mechanism, and the electronic door lock unlocking device has the common structure that the motor drives the main tongue assembly and the inclined tongue assembly via gear transmission mechanism to unlock. However, many gear transmission mechanisms of the existing electronic door locks are not provided with a clutch function, so that when an emergency key is used for driving a lock cylinder to rotate to manually unlock the key, the key can be unlocked only by overcoming self-locking force of a motor and the gear transmission mechanism, so that the key is large in resistance when manually unlocking, and a user can not unlock the key easily.
In view of the above, it is necessary to study an electronic lock body and a switch lock structure thereof to overcome the shortcomings of the existing electronic door locks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electronic lock body and a switch lock structure thereof, which are used for overcoming the defects of the existing electronic door lock.

The switch lock structure of the electronic lock body comprises a lock shell, a driving motor, a clutch transmission mechanism and a lock cylinder, wherein the driving motor is arranged in the lock shell, a power gear is matched with an output shaft of the driving motor, the clutch transmission mechanism comprises a lock tongue gear, a clutch gear, a gear seat, a clutch seat and a clutch reset piece, the lock tongue gear and the clutch gear are rotatably arranged on the gear seat and meshed with the clutch gear, the clutch gear is movably meshed with the power gear, the gear seat is rotatably arranged in the lock shell and rotates around the center of the lock tongue gear, the clutch seat is movably matched in the lock shell, the clutch seat is movably connected with the gear seat and is used for driving the gear seat to rotate, the clutch reset piece is matched in the lock shell and is used for driving the clutch seat to reset, the lock cylinder is arranged in the lock shell and is provided with a rotatable lock cylinder cam, and the lock cylinder cam movably pushes the clutch seat to drive the gear seat to rotate through the clutch seat so as to control whether the clutch gear is meshed with the power gear or not.
The switch lock structure further comprises a main tongue assembly and a main tongue switch piece, wherein the main tongue assembly comprises a main tongue and a main tongue seat connected with the main tongue, the main tongue seat is translatably matched in the lock shell, a push-pull track is arranged on the main tongue seat, the main tongue switch piece is rotatably matched in the lock shell and is in transmission connection with the lock tongue gear through a transmission gear, the main tongue switch piece is matched with a rotatable push-pull wheel, the push-pull wheel is in sliding connection with the push-pull track, when the main tongue switch piece rotates to enable the push-pull wheel to slide on the push-pull track, the main tongue switch piece drives the main tongue seat to translate, and the lock cylinder cam is movably pushed against the main tongue switch piece to drive the main tongue switch piece to rotate.
The switch lock structure also comprises a handle switch assembly, wherein the handle switch assembly comprises a handle connecting piece and a handle switch piece which are connected, the handle connecting piece and the handle switch piece are rotatably arranged in the lock shell, the handle switch piece is provided with a main tongue switch part, and the main tongue switch part is movably pushed against the main tongue switch piece to drive the main tongue switch piece to rotate.
The switch lock structure also comprises a latch assembly and a latch switch mechanism, wherein the latch switch mechanism comprises a latch switch piece, a latch reset piece and a latch transmission piece, the latch switch piece can be rotatably matched in the lock shell, the first end of the latch switch piece is movably clamped with the latch assembly to control the latch assembly to be locked and unlocked, the latch reset piece is matched with the latch switch piece and is used for driving the latch switch piece to reset, and the latch transmission piece is rotatably matched in the lock shell and is in transmission connection with the latch gear through a transmission gear, and the latch transmission piece is movably abutted against the second end of the latch switch piece to be used for driving the latch switch piece to rotate.
The oblique tongue assembly comprises an oblique tongue and an oblique tongue seat, wherein the oblique tongue is rotatably arranged on the oblique tongue seat, the oblique tongue seat is translatably arranged in the lock shell, the oblique tongue seat is provided with a limiting clamping groove, the oblique tongue seat is matched with a reset spring for driving the oblique tongue seat to reset, the first end of the oblique tongue switch piece is matched with a rotatable locking wheel, and the locking wheel is movably clamped with the limiting clamping groove.
The switch lock structure also comprises a handle switch assembly, wherein the handle switch assembly comprises a handle connecting piece and a handle switch piece which are connected, the handle connecting piece and the handle switch piece are rotatably arranged in the lock shell, the handle switch piece is provided with an inclined tongue switch part, and the inclined tongue switch part is movably pushed against the inclined tongue switch piece to drive the inclined tongue switch piece to rotate.
The handle switch assembly further comprises a handle clutch piece, the handle clutch piece is rotatably matched in the lock shell, the first end of the handle clutch piece is movably abutted against the handle connecting piece, the second end of the handle clutch piece is movably matched with the clutch seat, and the clutch seat can be driven to move by rotation of the handle clutch piece.
The second end of the handle connecting piece is provided with a hook part, and the clutch seat is provided with a mouth part matched with the hook part in a hooking way.
The handle connecting piece, the handle switch piece and the transmission gear are coaxially arranged.
An electronic lock body comprising a switch lock structure as described above.
After the scheme is adopted, when a user inserts a mechanical key into the lock cylinder to perform manual key unlocking, the lock cylinder cam rotates by the mechanical key to push against the clutch seat, so that the clutch seat moves to drive the gear seat to rotate, the clutch gear is disengaged from the power gear, after that, the rotation of the lock cylinder is subjected to small resistance (namely small key manual unlocking resistance) by the driving motor and the clutch transmission mechanism, so that the user can conveniently perform manual key unlocking, the user experience of performing the manual key unlocking is improved, meanwhile, the phenomenon that the key cannot be manually unlocked due to large key rotation resistance caused by burning or blocking of the driving motor can be prevented, in addition, the clutch transmission mechanism is driven by the clutch gear and the bevel gear, the transmission stage number is small, the application of the gear can be reduced, and the structure of the electronic lock body is facilitated to be simplified.

Description of the embodiments
In order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is explained in detail by specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention discloses an electronic lock body, the switch lock structure of which comprises a lock shell 1, a driving motor 2, a clutch transmission mechanism 3, a lock cylinder 4, a main tongue component 5 and a bevel tongue component 6; the clutch transmission mechanism 3 comprises a lock tongue gear 31, a clutch gear 32, a gear seat 33, a clutch seat 34 and a clutch reset piece 35, wherein the lock tongue gear 31 and the clutch gear 32 are rotatably arranged on the gear seat 33 and the lock tongue gear 31 is meshed with the clutch gear 32, the lock tongue gear 31 is used for driving a main tongue component 5 and a bevel tongue component 6 to lock and unlock, the clutch gear 32 is movably meshed with the power gear 21, the gear seat 33 is rotatably arranged in the lock case 1, the gear seat 33 rotates around the center of the lock tongue gear 31, the clutch seat 34 is movably matched in the lock case 1, the clutch seat 34 is movably connected with the gear seat 33 and is used for driving the gear seat 33 to rotate, the clutch reset piece 35 is matched in the lock case 1 and is used for driving the clutch seat 34 to reset, two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the clutch seat 34 and the lock case 1, the lock cylinder 4 is arranged on the lock case 1 and 4, the cam seat 33 is rotatably arranged in the lock case 1, the clutch seat 33 is rotatably driven by the cam, the cam seat 41 is rotatably driven by the cam seat 41, and the cam seat 41 is driven by the cam seat 41 to rotate, and the lock cylinder is driven by the cam seat 41 to rotate or not, and the lock cylinder is driven by the cam seat 41 to rotate.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user inserts a mechanical key into the lock cylinder 4 to perform key manual unlocking, the lock cylinder cam 41 rotates with the mechanical key to push against the clutch seat 34, so that the clutch seat 34 moves to drive the gear seat 33 to rotate, and the clutch gear 32 is disengaged from the power gear 21, after that, the rotation of the lock cylinder 4 is subjected to small resistance (namely small key manual unlocking resistance) by the driving motor 2 and the clutch transmission mechanism 3, so that the user can conveniently perform key manual unlocking, the key manual unlocking experience is improved, meanwhile, the key manual unlocking can be prevented from being performed due to large rotation resistance of the lock cylinder 4 when the driving motor 2 is burnt or blocked, in addition, the clutch transmission mechanism 3 is driven by the clutch gear 32 and the bevel gear 31, the transmission stage is small, the application of the gear is reduced, and the structure of the electronic lock body is facilitated to be simplified.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lock case 1 may include a front case 101 and a rear case 102 connected to each other, and a space for accommodating the driving motor 2, the clutch transmission 3, the lock cylinder 4, the main tongue assembly 5 and the latch tongue assembly 6 is formed between the front case 101 and the rear case 102.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main tongue assembly 5 can comprise a main tongue 51 and a main tongue seat 52 connected with the main tongue 51, the main tongue seat 52 is matched in the lock shell 1 in a translation way, the main tongue seat 52 is provided with a push-pull rail 521, the switch lock structure of the invention also comprises a main tongue switch piece 7, the main tongue switch piece 7 is used for controlling the main tongue assembly 5 to be unlocked and locked, the main tongue switch piece 7 is matched in the lock shell 1 in a rotation way and is in transmission connection with the lock tongue gear 31 through a transmission gear 36, the main tongue switch piece 7 is matched with a rotatable push-pull wheel 71, the push-pull wheel 71 is in sliding connection with the push-pull rail 521, when the main tongue switch piece 7 rotates to enable the push-pull wheel 71 to slide in the push-pull rail 52, the main tongue switch piece 7 drives the main tongue seat 52 to translate, thereby controlling the main tongue 51 to be unlocked and locked, and the lock shell 1 is provided with an opening for the main tongue 51 to be unlocked and locked when the main tongue 51 is retracted into the lock shell 1, and when the main tongue 51 is extended out of the lock shell 1. The lock cylinder cam 41 is provided with a protruding cam part 411, the cam part 411 is movably abutted against the clutch seat 34 and the main tongue switch piece 7, when the lock cylinder cam is manually unlocked by a key, the cam part 411 is abutted against the clutch seat 34 to release the clutch gear 32 from the power gear 21, and then the cam part 411 is abutted against the main tongue switch piece 7 to control the main tongue assembly 5 to unlock.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the latch assembly 6 may include a latch 61 and a latch seat 62; the latch 61 is rotatably mounted on the latch seat 62, the latch seat 62 is translatably mounted in the lock case 1, the latch seat 62 is matched with a reset spring 63 for driving the latch seat 62 to reset, the switch locking structure further comprises a latch switch mechanism 8, the latch switch mechanism 8 comprises a latch switch piece 81, a latch reset piece 82 and a latch transmission piece 83, the latch switch piece 81 is rotatably matched in the lock case, a first end of the latch switch piece 81 is movably clamped with the latch seat 62 of the latch assembly 6 to control the latch assembly 6 to be locked and unlocked, the latch reset piece 82 is matched with the latch switch piece 81 and is used for driving the latch switch piece 81 to reset, the latch reset piece 82 can be rotatably matched in the lock case 1 through a torsion spring, the latch transmission piece 83 is movably abutted against a second end of the latch switch piece 81 for driving the latch switch piece 81 through a transmission gear 36, a first end of the latch switch piece 81 is rotatably matched with the latch seat 62 of the latch assembly 6 to be clamped and matched with a latch wheel 621, the latch wheel 811 can be clamped with the latch wheel 811 when the latch assembly 6 is clamped with the latch wheel 811, and the latch wheel 811 can be clamped with the latch assembly 811 to be clamped with the latch wheel 811, and the latch assembly is clamped with the latch wheel 811 can be clamped with the latch wheel 811 to be locked, and released from the latch assembly is clamped with the latch wheel 811, and the latch assembly can be clamped into the latch seat 6, and the latch seat is locked and the latch is locked. The transmission gear 36 is directly meshed with the bolt gear 31, so that the use of gears can be reduced, and simplification of the electronic lock body is facilitated. The limiting slot 621 may be an arc slot structure adapted to the locking wheel 811, so that the locking wheel 811 and the limiting slot 621 may be prevented from being blocked mutually, and the latch assembly 6 may not be unlocked.
In the embodiment of the invention, the switch lock structure further comprises a handle switch assembly 9, the handle switch assembly 9 is used for realizing a handle quick unlocking function, the handle switch assembly 9 comprises a handle connecting piece 91 and a handle switch piece 92 which are connected, the handle connecting piece 91 and the handle switch piece 92 are rotatably arranged in the lock shell 1, the handle connecting piece 91 is used for connecting a handle, the handle switch piece 92 is provided with a main tongue switch part 921, the main tongue switch part 921 movably pushes against the main tongue switch piece 7 to drive the main tongue switch piece 7 to rotate so as to control the main tongue assembly 5 to unlock, the handle switch piece 92 is further provided with a bevel tongue switch part 922, and the bevel tongue switch part 922 movably pushes against the bevel tongue switch piece 81 to drive the bevel tongue switch piece 81 to rotate so as to control the bevel tongue assembly 6 to unlock. The handle switch assembly 9 may further include a handle clutch member 93, the handle clutch member 93 is rotatably engaged in the lock case 1, a first end of the handle clutch member 93 is movably abutted against the handle connector 91, a second end of the handle clutch member 93 is movably engaged with the clutch seat 34, the rotation of the handle clutch member 93 can drive the clutch seat 34 to move, a hook 931 is provided at the second end of the handle clutch member 93, the clutch seat 34 is provided with a mouth 341 in hooking engagement with the hook 931, so that the handle clutch member 93 can drive the clutch seat 34 to move, when a user rotates the handle connector 91 by the handle, the handle connector 91 drives the clutch seat 34 to move, so that the clutch gear 32 is disengaged from the power gear 21, after that, the rotation of the handle connector 91 is subject to small resistance of the driving motor 2 and the clutch transmission mechanism 3, thereby facilitating the user to realize quick unlocking of the handle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the handle connector 91, the handle switch 92 and the transmission gear 36 can be coaxially arranged, so that the occupation of the transverse space inside the lock case 1 can be reduced, the handle connector 91 can be matched with the handle reset piece 94 to drive the handle connector 91 to reset the handle, and the handle reset piece 94 can adopt a torsion spring.
