The lint scraping mechanism comprises a scraping plate 13 and a driving device (not shown), wherein the scraping plate 13 comprises a main body part 131 and a flexible part 132, a free end of the scraping plate 13 is formed on the flexible part 132, a pivot end of the scraping plate 13 is formed on the main body part 131, the free end is abutted against a filtering surface of the first filtering member 11, the pivot end is connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft can be directly connected with a rotating shaft of a motor in the driving device, and can also be connected with the rotating shaft of the motor through a transmission mechanism such as a gear transmission mechanism, so that the scraping plate 13 can swing around the rotating shaft and slide relative to the surface of the first filtering member 11, namely, the free end of the first filtering member 11 slides relative to the surface of the first filtering member 11 and scrapes lint accumulated on the surface of the first filtering member 11. The flexible portion 132 is made of elastic material such as silicone rubber or silicone rubber, so as to prevent damage to the first filter member 11 during sliding. The main body 131 is made of hard plastic or metal plate, and the flexible portion 132 is connected with the main body 131 by means of adhesion, clamping or the like.
The connection between the first filter member 11 and the housing 10 may be a snap connection, a fastener connection, or an adhesive connection; the shape, material and connection of the main body portion 131 and the flexible portion 132 of the scraper 13 are not limited, but the main body portion 131 is required to have a certain rigidity, and the flexible portion 132 cannot be excessively rigid to prevent the first filter member 11 from being damaged during operation, and the dimensions of the two should be determined in combination with the surface size of the first filter member 11. Further, the free end of the squeegee 13 may be a rubber brush or a flexible structure having an arc. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that if the location of the air inlet is changed, the pivoting end of the flight 13 can be correspondingly adjusted, and such changes do not depart from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the lint collecting box 14 is disposed below the first filtering member 11, the bottom of the housing 10 is recessed downward to form a slot, lint scraped from the surface of the first filtering member 11 can be collected when the lint collecting box 14 is inserted into the slot, and a flip cover 141 is disposed on an open side of the lint collecting box 14, so that the collected lint can be prevented from being re-blown up during the drying process, the inner cylinder environment and the first filtering member 11 are polluted, and meanwhile, for a user, when cleaning is required, the lint collecting box 14 can be drawn out, and all lint can be poured out when the flip cover 141 is opened, so that the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3, the air outlet of the casing 10 is provided with a second filtering member 12, which is pivotally connected with the casing 10, such as through a rotating shaft or a hinge, and the second filtering member 12 is located at the downstream side of the first filtering member 11 as viewed along the flow direction of the drying air flow, and after the drying air flow carrying the thread scraps sequentially passes through the first filtering member 11 and the second filtering member 12, the filtering effect is greatly improved, and when cleaning is required, the second filtering member 12 can be turned over to be opened for cleaning. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although the second filter member 12 is provided only one and is located at the air outlet in the embodiment, the number, shape and mounting manner of the second filter member 12 and the housing 10 are not fixed, specifically, the second filter member 12 may be engaged with the housing 10, the second filter member 12 may be removed from the housing 10 when cleaning is required, the connection manner of the second filter member 12 and the housing 10 may be flexibly selected by those skilled in the art, and a plurality of second filter members 12 may be provided, the shape of which depends on the shape of the housing 10 at the location of the arrangement, as long as it is provided at the downstream side of the first filter member 11, and the filings in the drying air flow passing through the first filter member 11 can be filtered.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the housing 10 is provided with a panel 15 on a side facing the user, and the panel 15 is provided with a groove 151, so that the user can conveniently push in or pull out the entire lint filter device through the groove 151.
When the washing and drying integrated machine is in a washing state, the scraping plate 13 is in a closed state as shown in fig. 3, and the air inlet is blocked at the moment so as to prevent foam generated in the washing process from overflowing and polluting the filter screen and even the whole filter device. When the washing and drying integrated machine is in a drying state, the scraping plate 13 is in an opening state as shown in fig. 2, drying air flows into the shell 10 from the air inlet, is filtered by the first filtering member 11 and the second filtering member 12, and returns into the drying air channel from the air outlet, so that the drying air flows are filtered. When the drying program is operated, the motor-driven scraping plate 13 is firstly moved from the position of fig. 2 to the position of fig. 3, the wire scraps possibly remained on the first filtering component 11 are pre-cleaned, then the motor-driven scraping plate 13 is moved from the position of fig. 3 to the position of fig. 2, the air inlet is opened, the drying air duct is in a passage state, and then the washing and drying integrated machine enters a drying mode. After the drying is finished, the driving scraping plate 13 scrapes off the thread scraps, the thread scraps are attached to the first layer of filter screen, the motor driving scraping plate 13 moves from the position shown in fig. 2 to the position shown in fig. 3, and the thread scraps are scraped off into the thread scraps collecting box 14 below. When cleaning is required, the user can pull the whole lint filter out of the washing and drying integrated machine through the groove 151 on the panel 15, then withdraw the lint collecting box 14 from the housing 10, and open the cover 141 for cleaning. Further, the second filter member 12 is turned over and opened for cleaning, and if the first filter member 11 has wire scraps, the wire scraps can also be cleaned from the air inlet. It should be noted that, the mode of taking out the lint collecting box 14 is not unique, specifically, the lint collecting box 14 may be disposed under the first filtering member 11 in a push-pull manner with respect to the housing 10, and when taking out is required, the lint collecting box may be pulled out from the front end of the lint filtering device, so as to facilitate cleaning of a user and promote user experience.
In addition, the panel 15 and the casing 10 may be connected by a fastener, or may be connected by a buckle, or may be connected by other connection methods, so long as the whole filtering device is ensured to be smoothly installed on the installation part, and a person skilled in the art can determine the connection method of the panel 15 and the casing 10 according to the specific arrangement of the thread and chip filtering device in the washing and drying integrated machine.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A lint filter of a laundry treatment apparatus, characterized in that the laundry treatment apparatus includes a drying duct formed with an installation site communicating with an outer environment of the laundry treatment apparatus,
the lint filter device includes:
the shell is arranged at the installation part in a removable mode relative to the drying air duct and is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;
a first filter member disposed within the housing and positioned on the air flow path so as to intercept lint carried in the drying air flow, the first filter member having an arcuate filter surface;
the thread scraps scraping mechanism comprises a scraping plate and a driving device, the free end of the scraping plate is abutted against the filtering surface, and the pivoting end of the scraping plate is connected with the driving device and can swing relative to the shell under the action of the driving device so as to drive the free end to slide relative to the filtering surface and scrape thread scraps accumulated on the filtering surface;
a lint collecting box is removably or slidably disposed below the first filter member with respect to the housing so as to collect lint scraped from the filter surface.
2. The lint filter device of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing is removably mounted to the mounting portion in a reverse direction as viewed in a direction facing the laundry treatment apparatus.
3. The lint filter apparatus of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the housing is slidably mounted to the mounting portion.
4. A lint filter apparatus of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the mounting portion is provided with a guide mechanism in a push-pull direction of the housing.
5. The lint filter apparatus of the laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the housing is determined based on the bending direction of the first filter member.
6. The lint filter of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the housing has a first vent and a second vent opposite to each other, the first vent being the air inlet, and the second vent being the air outlet, as viewed in a horizontal direction perpendicular to a removal direction of the lint filter.
7. The lint filter apparatus of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the housing includes a top plate, and the pivotal end of the scraper is provided on the top plate or a side plate perpendicular to a rotation axis of the pivotal end.
8. The lint filter device of the laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the scraper comprises a main body portion and a flexible portion connected to each other, the flexible portion being located at a free end of the scraper, the scraper being abutted with the filtering surface by the flexible portion.
9. The lint filter device of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an open side of the lint collecting box is provided with a flip cover; and/or
The lint filtering device further comprises a second filtering component, and the second filtering component is arranged at the air outlet.
10. A laundry treatment apparatus comprising the lint filter device of laundry treatment according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
