本发明属于隔音设备技术领域,具体涉及一种可拆卸隔音房。
背景技术
专利申请号:202221517935.3公开了一种组合拼接式隔音房,包括房底板、房顶板、两个侧板与两个正板,所述房底板与房顶板相对的一侧均开设有环形方槽,两个所述侧板与两个正板的顶部与底部分别插入两个环形方槽的内侧,两个所述侧板相对一侧的顶部与底部与两个正板相对一侧的顶部与底部均一体成型有固定耳板。该实用新型,能够将其一隔音房上的连接板旋转插入另一隔音房空闲的嵌入槽内,通过安装杆穿过连接板,将连接板固定在两个嵌入槽之间,完成两个隔音房之间拼接,从而满足排房的组装,并保持排房的稳定性,隔音房可拆装,使得隔音房便于进行周转运输使用,实用性更高。
但是上述设备存在以下缺陷:由于是拼接式结构,导致拼接处的隔音效果差,申请人经过一定的结构改造,可以使连接处的隔音效果得到显著提高。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中所提出的技术问题,本发明提供一种可拆卸隔音房,所采用的技术方案如下:
一种可拆卸隔音房,包括底板、顶板、短侧板和长侧板,短侧板和长侧板的数量为2,短侧板安装于两侧,长侧板安装于前后,所述的底板上设有长槽和短槽,长槽内用于固定长侧板,短槽内用于固定短侧板,所述的短侧板两端分别设有凹槽,所述的长侧板的两端分别设有凸起,所述的凸起和凹槽相卡合,所述的任意长侧板上开设有门和透光窗,透光窗为密封结构,主要用于透光。
本发明的核心改进在于,所述的短侧板的两端处的外侧分别设有梯形凸起a和梯形凹槽a,所述的长侧板的两端处的外侧分别设有梯形凸起b和梯形凹槽b,还设有一组“L”形固定件,“L”形固定件用于侧板连接处进行隔音处理,所述的“L”形固定件上依次设有梯形凹槽c、梯形凸起c、梯形凹槽d和梯形凸起d,“L”形固定件上的凸起和凹槽相间排列,如此设计有利于达到更好的隔音效果,其中梯形凹槽c与梯形凸起a相对应卡合,梯形凸起c和凹槽a相对应卡合,梯形凹槽d与梯形凸起b相对应卡合,梯形凸起d与梯形凹槽b相对应卡合,所述的顶板上部设有固定槽,固定槽的形状与侧板固定安装后且通过“L”形固定件进行固定后的房体上部的结构相同,为了达到更好的隔音效果,所述的固定槽内设有密封圈,密封圈为弹性密封圈,主要用于顶板与侧板之间的密封隔音,顶板固定于短侧板和长侧板的上部。
优选地:长槽和短槽的内部结构相同,所述的长槽的上部为长方形结构,长方形结构用于固定侧板,下部为倒梯形结构,倒梯形结构内安装有一组消音组件,消音组件用于消音,从而达到更好的隔音效果,所述的消音组件包括固定件和消音管,所述的固定件上部设有消音管,所述的消音管上设有一组消音孔,固定件安装于倒梯形结构内,所述的底板、顶板、短侧板和长侧板均为隔音材料制成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:通过本发明的改进,本发明的隔音房可以拆卸进行运输,满足了运输方便,最主要的是,本发明还可以满足更好隔音的效果,本发明通过在底部进行的一个特殊结构改造,使底部交接处隔音效果更好,本发明通过在侧边的交接处通过“L”形固定件进行固定,一方面达到固定的效果,另一方面通过固定件的特殊结构达到隔音的效果,本发明的顶部同样通过密封圈进行隔音,从而本发明不仅可以方便拆卸,还可以满足更好的隔音效果。

本发明的工作原理如下:将本发明的各个组件运输于安装位置,将底板1固定好,将然后再将短侧板2和长侧板5安装于长槽1-1和短槽1-2内,然后再将“L”形固定件6的凸起和凹槽分别对应长侧板5和短侧板2的凸起和凹槽相对应,每个连接处通过一个“L”形固定件6固定,通“L”形固定件与侧板之间的固定还可以起到隔音的效果,最后将顶板7安装于上方,此时整个隔音房安装完成。

本发明的工作原理如下:将本发明的各个组件运输于安装位置,将底板1固定好,将消音组件安装于倒梯形结构内,主要用于底部连接处隔间,然后再将短侧板2和长侧板5安装于长槽1-1和短槽1-2内,然后再将“L”形固定件6的凸起和凹槽分别对应长侧板5和短侧板2的凸起和凹槽相对应,每个连接处通过一个“L”形固定件6固定,通“L”形固定件与侧板之间的固定还可以起到隔音的效果,最后将顶板7安装于上方,此时整个隔音房安装完成,当需要拆卸隔音房时反向操作便可,整个操作过程简单方便,适于全面推广和应用。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
