The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 1, wherein the elevator car bottom comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a first longitudinal beam, a second longitudinal beam, a reinforcing rib, and a car floor; the first crossbeam, the second crossbeam, the first longeron, the second longeron and strengthening rib all set up the upper surface at the car bottom plate, and first crossbeam, second crossbeam, first longeron and second longeron end to end constitute frame structure, and the strengthening rib setting is in the inside of frame structure.
3. The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 2, wherein the first rail is disposed parallel to the first cross beam and the second rail is disposed perpendicular to the first longitudinal beam.
4. The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 2, wherein the third rail is disposed parallel to the first longitudinal beam and the fourth rail is disposed perpendicular to the second transverse beam.

The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom according to claim 1, wherein the first beam positioning device comprises a first base frame, a fifth guide rail and a link device, the lower portion of the link device is slidably connected with the fifth guide rail, the lower surface of the fifth guide rail is connected with the first base frame, and the lower surface of the first base frame is slidably connected with the first guide rail.

The flexible tooling for the elevator car bottom according to claim 1, wherein the first reinforcing rib positioning device further comprises a second base frame, a sixth guide rail and a connecting rod device, the lower part of the connecting rod device is in sliding connection with the sixth guide rail, the lower surface of the sixth guide rail is connected with the second base frame, and the lower part of the second base frame is connected with the second guide rail.

The flexible tooling for the elevator car bottom according to claim 1, wherein the second stiffener positioning device moving mechanism comprises a first power device and a second power device, the lower surface of the first power device is connected with the second base frame, the upper part of the second power device is connected with the second base frame, and the axes of the first power device and the second power device are parallel to each other.
8. The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 1, wherein the second beam pressing device further comprises a support frame, and a lower surface of the support frame is slidably connected with the fourth guide rail.
9. The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 1, wherein the first beam positioning device, the first stiffener positioning device, the second stiffener positioning device, and the second beam pressing device are all disposed on one side of the elevator car bottom, and the first beam positioning device moving mechanism, the first stiffener positioning device moving mechanism, the second beam pressing device moving mechanism, and the tooling bottom plate assembly are all disposed below the elevator car bottom.
10. The flexible tooling for an elevator car bottom of claim 1, wherein the car bottom plate positioning device comprises a positioning shaft having one end connected to the elevator car bottom plate defining the position of the car bottom plate.
