As a specific embodiment of the low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, two groups of annular water distribution pipes are arranged in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui', a connecting pipe 13 is arranged between an outer water distribution pipe 11 and an inner water distribution pipe 12, and the lower end of a water inlet pipe 9 is arranged on the connecting pipe 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the annular water distribution pipe includes an outer water distribution pipe 11 and an inner water distribution pipe 12, the outer water distribution pipe 11 is disposed at the outer side of the inner water distribution pipe 12, the outer water distribution pipe 11 and the inner water distribution pipe 12 are arranged in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui', the outer water distribution pipe 11 and the inner water distribution pipe 12 are all erected on a water pipe bracket 14, a connecting pipe 13 is communicated with the outer water distribution pipe 11 and the inner water distribution pipe 12, the lower end of a water inlet pipe 9 is disposed on the connecting pipe 13, two groups of water inlet pipes 9 are disposed at two sides of an air inlet pipe 5, and cleaning force and cleaning area are increased.
As a specific embodiment of the low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a jet head 7 is hemispherical, an air inlet pipe 5 is arranged at the center of the top of the jet head 7, and air spraying holes 8 are uniformly distributed on the lower cambered surface of the jet head 7.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the jet head 7 is hemispherical, the top of the jet head 7 is a plane, the air inlet pipe 5 is disposed at the center of the top of the jet head 7, and the air injection holes 8 are uniformly distributed on the lower cambered surface of the jet head 7, so as to increase the purge area.
As a specific embodiment of the low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1, a methanol discharging pipe 4 is disposed on a side wall of a tank 1, and a discharging pipe 6 is disposed on a side wall of the tank 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the methanol discharge pipe 4 and the exhaust pipe 6 are disposed on the side wall of the tank 1, so as to facilitate the discharge of methanol or gas.
As a specific embodiment of the low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device provided by the invention, referring to fig. 1, a first valve 23 is arranged on a methanol injection pipe 2, a second valve 24 is arranged on a methanol discharge pipe 4, a third valve 25 is arranged on an air inlet pipe 5, a fourth valve 26 is arranged on an air outlet pipe 6, a fifth valve 27 is arranged on a water inlet pipe 9, and a sixth valve 28 is arranged on a sewage drain pipe 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the methanol injection pipe 2, the methanol discharge pipe 4, the air inlet pipe 5, the air outlet pipe 6, the water inlet pipe 9, and the drain pipe 10 are provided with valves for controlling opening and closing, which are a first valve 23, a second valve 24, a third valve 25, a fourth valve 26, a fifth valve 27, and a sixth valve 28, respectively.

Claims (10)

1. A low temperature methanol washing filter device, comprising:
the methanol injection device comprises a tank body, wherein a methanol injection pipe is arranged at the lower end of the tank body, a methanol discharge pipe is arranged at the upper end of the tank body, a filter plate is arranged between the inner side walls of the tank body, and the filter plate is arranged between the methanol injection pipe and the methanol discharge pipe;
the purging component is arranged above the filter plate and comprises an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe and a jet head, wherein the air inlet pipe penetrates through the upper top wall of the tank body, the lower end of the air inlet pipe is arranged on the jet head, a plurality of jet holes are uniformly distributed on the jet head, the upper end of the air inlet pipe is externally connected with a high-pressure air source, and the exhaust pipe is arranged at the upper end of the tank body;
the cleaning assembly is arranged above the filter plate and comprises a water inlet pipe, a sewage drain pipe and an annular water distribution pipe, the water inlet pipe penetrates through the upper top wall of the tank body, the annular water distribution pipe is arranged at the lower end of the water inlet pipe and is arranged along the circumference of the inner side wall of the tank body, a plurality of water spraying holes are formed in the lower end face of the annular water distribution pipe, a high-pressure water source is externally connected to the upper end of the water inlet pipe, and the sewage drain pipe is arranged at the lower end of the tank body.

The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device according to claim 1, further comprising a centrifugal assembly, wherein the centrifugal assembly comprises a rotating motor and a rotating column, the rotating motor is arranged on the outer side wall of the tank body, the rotating columns are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the filter plate, the rotating columns penetrate through the side wall of the tank body, the driving end of the rotating motor is matched with the free end of the rotating column, and the rotating motor drives the rotating column to rotate.

The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device according to claim 2, wherein magnetic attraction sealing pieces are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the filter plate, each magnetic attraction sealing piece comprises an electromagnet, a magnetic attraction cover and a tension spring, a magnetic attraction groove is formed in the inner side wall of the tank body, the electromagnet is arranged at the bottom of the magnetic attraction groove, the magnetic attraction cover is arranged at the left/right end part of the filter plate, the tension springs are arranged between the magnetic attraction cover and the end surface of the filter plate, and the tension springs have a tension force for pulling the magnetic attraction cover towards the filter plate, and the magnetic attraction cover is matched with the magnetic attraction groove.

A low temperature methanol washing filter apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein sliding seals are provided on both sides of the filter plate, the sliding seals include a pushing cylinder, a pushing plate and a gasket, the inner side wall of the tank is provided with a sliding groove, the pushing cylinder is provided at the bottom of the sliding groove, the pushing plate is provided at one end of the pushing cylinder away from the inner side wall of the tank, the gasket is provided at the other side of the pushing plate, and the pushing cylinder pushes the gasket to press against the front/rear sides of the filter plate.
5. The low temperature methanol washing filter device as in claim 4, wherein the gasket is located between two sets of the magnetic shields, the gasket is in interference fit with the two sets of the magnetic shields, and the gasket is thicker than the side wall of the magnetic shields.
6. The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device as recited in claim 1, wherein a water pipe bracket is arranged on the inner side wall of the tank body, and the annular water distribution pipe is arranged on the water pipe bracket.
7. The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device according to claim 6, wherein two groups of annular water distribution pipes are arranged, the two groups of annular water distribution pipes comprise an outer water distribution pipe and an inner water distribution pipe which are distributed in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', a connecting pipe is arranged between the outer water distribution pipe and the inner water distribution pipe, and the lower end of the water inlet pipe is arranged on the connecting pipe.
8. The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jet head is hemispherical, the air inlet pipe is arranged at the top center of the jet head, and the air spraying holes are uniformly distributed on the lower cambered surface of the jet head.
9. The low temperature methanol washing and filtering apparatus as recited in claim 1 wherein the methanol discharge pipe is disposed at a side wall of the tank, and the exhaust pipe is disposed at a side wall of the tank.
10. The low-temperature methanol washing and filtering device according to claim 1, wherein the methanol injection pipe is provided with a first valve, the methanol discharge pipe is provided with a second valve, the air inlet pipe is provided with a third valve, the air outlet pipe is provided with a fourth valve, the water inlet pipe is provided with a fifth valve, and the sewage discharge pipe is provided with a sixth valve.
