Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a back flushing bag filter so as to solve the problems and achieve the aim of cleaning a filter bag without disassembling the filter bag.
The back flushing bag filter comprises a cylinder, wherein an upper sealing cover is fixedly connected to the top of the cylinder, an exhaust part is arranged on the upper sealing cover, a lower sealing cover is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cylinder, a drainage part is arranged at the bottom of the lower sealing cover, a filter assembly is arranged in the cylinder, a flushing water inlet part and a raw water inlet part are communicated with the side wall of the cylinder, the flushing water inlet part is positioned above the raw water inlet part, a water outlet part is communicated with the top of the side wall of the cylinder, and the filter assembly comprises a filter bag support which is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder.
Preferably, the flushing water inlet comprises a flushing water pipeline, one end of the flushing water pipeline is communicated with the top of the side wall of the cylinder body, the other end of the flushing water pipeline is communicated with a water inlet pipe, a flushing water inlet is formed in the middle of the flushing water pipeline, and a flushing water inlet electric ball valve is arranged at the top of the flushing water inlet.
Preferably, the raw water inlet part comprises a raw water pipeline, one end of the raw water pipeline is communicated with the bottom of the side wall of the cylinder body, the raw water pipeline is positioned below the flushing water pipeline, the other end of the raw water pipeline is communicated with the water inlet pipe, a raw water inlet is formed in the middle of the raw water pipeline, and a raw water inlet electric ball valve is arranged at the top of the raw water inlet.
Preferably, the bottom of the filter bag is fixedly connected with a support, the bottom of the support is fixedly connected with a pressure spring, the axis of the pressure spring is vertically arranged, a filter bag support is fixedly connected below the pressure spring, and the edge of the filter bag support is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder.
Preferably, the water outlet part comprises a purified water outlet, one end of the purified water outlet is communicated with the top of the side wall of the cylinder, and the top of the purified water outlet is provided with a purified water outlet electric ball valve.
Preferably, the exhaust part includes an exhaust pipe communicating with the upper cover top.
Preferably, the drain portion includes a drain pipe, and the drain pipe is communicated with the bottom of the lower cover.

The invention has the following technical effects that the cylinder body is used for bearing water, the upper sealing cover, the cylinder body and the lower sealing cover form a sealing structure, the water is prevented from leaking, the exhaust part is used for exhausting, the air pressure in the cylinder body is prevented from being overlarge, the filtering component is used for filtering the water, impurities in the water are removed, the effect of purifying water is achieved, the back flushing effect on the filter bag is realized by the flushing water inlet part, the impurities on the surface of the filter bag are flushed out and then are discharged by the water outlet part, the raw water inlet part can be used for introducing the water to be purified into the cylinder body, and the water outlet part is used for discharging the purified water.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-5, the embodiment provides a backwash bag filter, which comprises a cylinder 1, wherein an upper sealing cover 2 is fixedly connected to the top of the cylinder 1, an exhaust part is arranged on the upper sealing cover 2, a lower sealing cover 3 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cylinder 1, a water draining part is arranged at the bottom of the lower sealing cover 3, a filter assembly is arranged inside the cylinder 1, a rinse water inlet part and a raw water inlet part are communicated with the side wall of the cylinder 1, the rinse water inlet part is arranged above the raw water inlet part, a water outlet part is communicated with the top of the side wall of the cylinder 1, and the filter assembly comprises a filter bag support 19, and the filter bag support 19 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder 1. The filter bag inner support 20 plays a role in supporting the filter bag 18, the filter bag inner support 20 is a hollow shell, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface of the filter bag inner support.
The cylinder 1 is used for bearing water, the upper sealing cover 2 is fixedly connected with the cylinder 1 through the slipknot bolt 10, the upper sealing cover 2 is conveniently detached, thereby the filter bag 18 is taken out, the sealing structure is formed by the upper sealing cover 2, the cylinder 1 and the lower sealing cover 3, water leakage is prevented, the exhaust part is used for exhausting air, the air pressure in the cylinder 1 is prevented from being overlarge, the filtering component is used for filtering the water, impurities in the water are removed, the effect of purifying water is achieved, the back flushing effect on the filter bag 18 is achieved by the flushing water inlet part, the impurities on the surface of the filter bag 18 are flushed out and then are discharged by the water discharging part, the water to be purified can be introduced into the cylinder 1 by the raw water inlet part, and the water outlet part is used for discharging the purified water.
Further optimizing scheme, the wash water entering part includes the wash water pipeline, wash water pipeline one end and barrel 1 lateral wall top intercommunication, and wash water pipeline other end intercommunication has inlet tube 7, and wash water pipeline middle part is equipped with wash water entry 4, and wash water entry 4 top is equipped with wash water entry electric ball valve 14.
Further optimizing scheme, raw water entering part includes the raw water pipeline, and raw water pipeline one end and barrel 1 lateral wall bottom intercommunication, raw water pipeline are located the wash water pipeline below, and raw water pipeline other end and inlet tube 7 intercommunication are equipped with raw water inlet 5 in the middle part of the raw water pipeline, and raw water inlet 5 top is equipped with raw water inlet electric ball valve 15.
According to a further optimized scheme, a filter bag inner support 20 is fixedly connected to the bottom of a filter bag 18, a pressure spring 17 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the filter bag inner support 20, the axis of the pressure spring 17 is vertically arranged, a filter bag support 19 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the pressure spring 17, and the edge of the filter bag support 19 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cylinder 1. The provision of the filter bag support 19 and the filter bag inner support 20 contributes to the stability of the filter bag 18.
Further optimizing scheme, the water outlet part includes water purification export 6, and water purification export 6 one end and barrel 1 lateral wall top intercommunication are equipped with water purification export electric ball valve 16 at water purification export 6 top.
Further optimizing scheme, the exhaust part comprises an exhaust pipe 8, and the exhaust pipe 8 is communicated with the top of the upper sealing cover 2. The exhaust pipe 8 is used for exhausting air, and prevents the air pressure in the cylinder body 1 from being excessive.
Further optimizing scheme, drain portion includes blow off pipe 11, and blow off pipe 11 communicates with lower closing cap 3 bottom. The drain pipe 11 is used for discharging the washing water with impurities.
In a further optimized scheme, the top of the upper sealing cover 2 is fixedly connected with a hanging ring 9. The hanging ring 9 facilitates the hanging of the whole device.
Further optimizing scheme, the bottom of lower closing cap 3 fixedly connected with a plurality of supporting legs 12. The support legs 12 are used to support the overall device, lifting the device off the ground, facilitating stability improvement.
The device can be switched into a filtering mode and a back flushing mode, the side wall of the cylinder body 1 is fixedly connected with an electric control box 13, the electric control box 13 is provided with a control system, and the control system can select a PLC controller and the like. The filtering mode means that water to be purified enters the cylinder 1 from the raw water inlet 5, and after being filtered by the filter bag 18, the water leaves the cylinder 1 from the purified water outlet 6, so that the filtering work is completed. The back flushing mode means that clean water enters the cylinder 1 from the flushing water inlet 4, impurities on the filter bag 18 are flushed from outside to inside, the impurities are flushed and fall to the bottom of the cylinder 1, and the impurities are discharged from the drain pipe 11 along with water flow. The opening and closing of the flushing water inlet 4, the raw water inlet 5, the purified water outlet 6 and the sewage drain 11 are controlled by electric ball valves, when the device is in a filtering mode, the flushing water inlet 4 is closed, the raw water inlet 5 is opened, the purified water outlet 6 is opened, and the sewage drain 11 is closed, and when the device is in a back flushing mode, the flushing water inlet 4 is opened, the raw water inlet 5 is closed, the purified water outlet 6 is closed, and the sewage drain 11 is opened. The back flush mode can be automatically started, when the pressure difference between the raw water inlet 5 and the purified water outlet 6 reaches a preset value, the back flush operation can be automatically started, a pressure difference switch (not shown in the figure) is arranged between the raw water inlet 5 and the purified water outlet 6, and the back flush pressure difference value is arranged on the pressure difference switch according to the filtered water quality condition and the actual working condition. When the pressure difference between the raw water inlet 5 and the purified water outlet 6 of the equipment reaches a set value, the pressure difference switch can send an electric signal to the control system, and the linkage electric ball valve is started to perform backwashing operation. The device of the invention improves the working efficiency, saves financial resources and material resources and is beneficial to production.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6-7, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the outer wall of the inner support 20 of the filter bag is rotatably connected with the outer gear 22, the top wall of the outer gear 22 is fixedly connected with the filter bag 18, the inner wall of the cylinder 1 is fixedly connected with the first limiting ring 21 and the second limiting ring 23, the opposite side walls of the first limiting ring 21 and the second limiting ring 23 are rotatably connected with the outer gear 22, the top wall of the second limiting ring 23 is fixedly connected with the motor 25, the output shaft of the motor 25 is fixedly connected with the gear 24, and the gear 24 is meshed with the outer gear 22. The filter bag inner support 20 plays a role in supporting the filter bag 18, the filter bag inner support 20 is a hollow shell, a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface of the filter bag inner support 20, when back flushing is carried out, flushing water flows into the filter bag inner support 20 through the through holes after passing through the filter bag 18, and in the flushing process, the cleaning effect of the part, which is not opposite to the through holes, of the filter bag 18 is poor, so that the gear 24 is driven to rotate by the motor 25 of the embodiment, the gear 24 drives the filter bag 18 to rotate on the filter bag inner support 20 through the outer gear ring 22, and the part, which is not opposite to the through holes, of the filter bag 18 is contacted with the filter bag 18 through the rotation effect when the filter bag 18 is static, so that the flushing effect is enhanced.
