As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the top end of the fixed rod 2 is fixedly connected with a warning lamp 9; a plurality of groups of sensors 62 are in signal connection with the warning lamp 9; when detecting the river channel water level, the floating plate 51 floats on the water surface along with the deep water of the water level sliding frame 1, and continuously triggers the inductor 62 to emit induction, when the inductor 62 at the lower end part of the water level sliding frame 1 is triggered, the warning lamp 9 emits green light to indicate that the water level is normal, when the inductor 62 at the middle end part of the water level sliding frame 1 is triggered, the warning lamp 9 emits yellow light to indicate that the water level is too high, when the inductor 62 at the upper end part of the water level sliding frame 1 is triggered, the warning lamp 9 emits red light to indicate that the water level is seriously too high, and the effect of warning the water level detection is achieved.
