Abstract

The present invention relates to a film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film, which can protect the film clip and improve the working environment by realizing partial opening by providing a buffer force when opening the film clip. To this end, a film clip opening/closing device for film stretching includes: a film clamp first opening part which opens a film clamp by rotating an upper end part of a swinging unit of the film clamp holding the film by the elasticity of a spring, and controls the rotation force of the film clamp by the contact between a first magnet arranged at the upper part of the film clamp and the upper end part of the swinging unit so that the opening degree of the film clamp is only 90%; and a film clip second opening unit for bringing the film clip, which advances along a sprocket of a stretching device for moving the film clip, into a predetermined position, so that the first magnet and an upper end portion of a swinging unit of the film clip are sequentially separated by a second magnet disposed above the first magnet, thereby achieving a degree of opening of the film clip of 100%.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film.
Background
In general, microporous membranes are widely used in various fields such as medical dialysis, environmental filtration, and food purification. Recently, a microporous membrane is widely used as a separator for lithium secondary batteries (lithium ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries, etc.). In particular, the microporous membrane for lithium polymer batteries functions as a separator between an anode and a cathode and as an ion conducting medium, i.e., as an electrolyte.
As described above, the microporous membrane used as a separator and an electrolyte of a battery can be realized mainly using a polyolefin resin. The polyolefin resin includes polyethylene and polypropylene, and has high crystallinity, so that when used as a separator for a lithium secondary battery, it can improve tensile strength, rigidity and impact strength, and further, it can be expected to greatly improve ion permeability.
The separator manufacturing method using the microporous membrane of the polyolefin resin may be manufactured using a raw material membrane. The method of producing a separator using a raw material film is roughly classified into a stretching Method (MCS), a thermally induced Phase separation method (TIPS, two phases), and a Phase conversion method (three phases). Among them, the MSS mode dry preparation method using only polymer as a raw material and using only stretching (stretching) is mainly used, and no solvent is used.
The conventional dry production method uses a stretching apparatus and uniaxially stretches a raw material film to produce a separator having fine pores formed therein. The separator manufacturing method by uniaxial stretching can realize mass production with a simple manufacturing process, and therefore is most economical, and has an advantage of being able to improve the tensile strength in the Machine Direction (MD), but has a problem of decreasing the tensile strength in the width direction (TD), that is, in the direction perpendicular to the stretching direction, and therefore, decreases the stability of the separator.
In order to solve such a problem, a production method has been proposed in which a raw material film is stretched two or more times by a single shaft or a double shaft using a stretching device. The preparation method of the diaphragm can improve the mechanical strength of the diaphragm, and further can meet the characteristic of high porosity in the diaphragm.
The film stretching apparatus used in the separator preparation step uses a plurality of film clamps for holding and fixing both side portions of the raw material film. The number of such film clips may vary depending on the size of the stretching device, but 2500 stretching devices are provided at most to hold and fix both side portions of the raw material film.
The film clamp can hold the raw material film or release the holding according to the opening and closing operation. That is, the film clamp is kept closed when holding the raw material film, and is kept opened when releasing the raw material film.
However, in the case where the membrane clip is in the fully opened state in which the opening degree of the membrane clip is 100%, noise is generated by vibration of the membrane clip itself or dust such as iron powder is generated in the periphery, and thus the working environment is deteriorated.
Further, if the membrane clip is opened for a long period of time without a buffering force, the durability of the membrane clip is lowered by vibration, and thus the lifetime of the device is shortened and failure occurs.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a film clip opening/closing device for film stretching, which can protect a film clip and improve the working environment by realizing partial opening so as to provide a buffer force when opening the film clip.
According to a preferred embodiment for achieving the above object of the present invention, a film clip opening and closing device for film stretching of the present invention may comprise: a film clamp first opening part which opens a film clamp by rotating an upper end part of a swinging unit of the film clamp holding the film by the elasticity of a spring, and controls the rotation force of the film clamp by the contact between a first magnet arranged at the upper part of the film clamp and the upper end part of the swinging unit so that the opening degree of the film clamp is only 90%; and a film clip second opening unit for bringing the film clip, which advances along a sprocket of a stretching device for moving the film clip, into a predetermined position, so that the first magnet and an upper end portion of a swinging unit of the film clip are sequentially separated by a second magnet disposed above the first magnet, thereby achieving a degree of opening of the film clip of 100%.
In the first opening portion of the film clip, the opening degree of the film clip may be maintained at 90% by forming a gap between a stopper of a lower end portion of the swing unit that moves with rotation of an upper end portion of the swing unit of the film clip and the film clip body.
The first opening part of the film clip may include an upper plate and a lower plate assembled to the upper and lower parts of the first magnet, respectively, to fix the first magnet.
The first opening portion of the membrane holder may further include a fixing plate disposed at an upper portion of the membrane holder to fix the first magnet and the upper and lower plates.
In the second opening portion of the membrane holder, the plurality of second magnets may be fixed to guides provided at an upper portion of the membrane holder, thereby pulling an upper end portion of the swing unit of the membrane holder by magnetic force.
The plurality of second magnets may be disposed in order, and the second magnets may be disposed to be inclined along the advancing direction of the film holder.
The second magnet may be configured to pull the upper end of the swing unit of the film clip to open the film clip to 100%.
According to the film clamp opening and closing device for film stretching of the present invention, when the film clamp is opened after the film stretching operation, the film clamp can be opened in sequence so as to have a buffer force, thereby improving the deterioration of the operation environment caused by noise and dust, and improving the durability of the film clamp.
Also, vibration of the stopper is minimized by partially opening the film clamp, so that the apparatus can be effectively operated and productivity of the product can be improved while stretching the film.

An embodiment of the film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this case, the present invention is not limited or restricted by the embodiments. In the description of the present invention, a specific description of known functions or configurations may be omitted for the sake of clarity.

Referring to fig. 1, a film clip opening and closing device 1 for film stretching according to the present invention may include a first film clip opening portion 10 and a second film clip opening portion 20, and the first film clip opening portion 10 and the second film clip opening portion 20 may be provided at an upper portion of a sprocket 120 for transferring a film clip 110 of a film stretching apparatus 100, so that the transferred film clip 110 may be sequentially opened.
That is, the above-described membrane clip opening and closing device 1 can prevent the membrane clip 110 from being suddenly opened by the membrane clip first opening portion 10 and the membrane clip second opening portion 20, and minimize vibration generated when the membrane clip 110 is opened by guiding the membrane clip 110 to be sequentially opened.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in the film clamp 110, a swing unit 112 for fixing the film is rotatably provided to the film clamp body 111, and the swing unit 112 is elastically connected to a spring 113, so that the swing unit 112 rotates by the force of the spring 113 and opens the film clamp 110. The swing unit 112 is divided into a swing unit upper end 112a and a swing unit lower end 112b about a rotation shaft 114, and a stopper 115 for controlling the opening degree of the film clamp 110 is provided inside the lower end of the swing unit 112.
In the present embodiment, in the first opening portion 10 of the film clip opening/closing device 1, the film clip 110 is opened by rotating the swing unit upper end portion 112a of the film clip 110 holding the film by the elastic force of the spring 113, and the rotational force of the film clip 110 is controlled by the contact between the first magnet 11 disposed at the upper portion of the film clip 110 and the swing unit upper end portion 112a so that the opening degree of the film clip 110 is only 90%.
In the film clip second opening portion 20, the film clip 110 that advances along the sprocket 120 of the film stretching device 100 for moving the film clip 110 is brought into a predetermined position, so that the first magnet 11 and the swing unit upper end 112a of the film clip 110 are sequentially separated by the second magnet 21 disposed above the first magnet 11, and the opening degree of the film clip 110 is set to 100%.
Therefore, the first opening portion 10 of the membrane clip opening/closing device 1 is provided at a portion where the moving membrane clip 110 starts to open, the membrane clip 110 is opened by the first magnet 11 by 90%, the second opening portion 20 of the membrane clip disposed on the opposite surface of the first opening portion 10 of the membrane clip is opened by 10% of the moving membrane clip 110, so that the membrane clip 110 is completely opened, and when 90% of the membrane clip 110 is opened and passes through the second opening portion 20 of the membrane clip, the remaining 10% can be opened by the plurality of second magnets 21.

Referring to fig. 2, in the first opening portion 10 of the membrane clip opening/closing device 1, a gap g is formed between the stopper 115 of the swing unit lower end portion 112b, which moves with the rotation of the swing unit upper end portion 112a of the membrane clip 110, and the membrane clip body 111, so that the opening degree of the membrane clip 110 is maintained at 90%.
That is, the swing unit upper end 112a is brought into contact with the first magnet 11 to control the rotation of the swing unit 112, so that a gap g is formed between the stopper 115 and the film clamp body 111, and the stopper 115 is prevented from being brought into contact with the film clamp body 111, so that vibration or noise due to the contact can be prevented, and scattering of iron powder due to the vibration can be prevented.
In this embodiment, the first opening portion 10 of the membrane clip opening/closing device 1 may include: an upper plate 12 and a lower plate 13 assembled to the upper and lower portions of the first magnet 11, respectively, to fix the first magnet 11; and a fixing plate 14 disposed at an upper portion of the film clamp 110 to fix the first magnet 11 and the upper and lower plates 12 and 13.
That is, in the film clip first opening portion 10, the upper plate 12 and the lower plate 13 surrounding the first magnet 11 from above and below are assembled to the upper portion of the fixing plate 14, and the fixing bolt 15 is inserted in the vertical direction of the upper plate 12, the first magnet 11, and the lower plate 13, so that the assembly of the first magnet 11 can be assembled to the fixing plate 14.
The upper plate 12 and the lower plate 13 are made of a Magnetic Material (MC), and the fixing plate 14 is made of a Steel (Steel) material.
Therefore, the above-described film clip first opening portion 10 can prevent the swing unit 112 of the film clip 110 from rotating by the force of the first magnet 11, so that the film clip 110 is opened by only 90%.

Fig. 4 is a view showing a state in which the film clamp opening and closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a film stretching apparatus.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the second opening portion 20 of the membrane holder assembly device 1, the plurality of second magnets 21 may be fixed to a guide 22 provided at an upper portion of the membrane holder 110, thereby pulling the swing unit upper end portion 112a of the membrane holder 110 by magnetic force.
The plurality of second magnets 21 may be disposed in sequence, the second magnets 21 may be disposed to incline along the advancing direction of the film holder 110, and the second magnets 21 may be disposed to pull the upper end 112a of the swinging means of the film holder 110 to be advanced in sequence, thereby achieving a degree of opening of the film holder 110 of 100%.
That is, in the film clip second opening portion 20, when the film clip 110 having an opening degree of 90% passes, the remaining 10% is sequentially opened, and finally, the opening degree of the film clip 110 is 100%, ten second magnets 21 are obliquely arranged along the advancing direction of the film clip 110, the film clip 110 passing through the second magnets 21 is sequentially opened by 1%, and finally, the remaining 10% is opened.
Accordingly, as described above, the membrane clips 110 are sequentially opened by dividing the membrane clips 110, thereby preventing the membrane clips 110 from being suddenly opened, and thus, vibration and noise generated when the membrane clips 110 are opened can be eliminated.
Further, when the film clamp 110 is opened after the film stretching operation, the film clamp opening and closing device 1 can be opened in order to provide a buffer force, so that deterioration of the working environment due to noise and dust can be improved, and durability of the film clamp 110 can be improved.
Also, vibration of the stopper 115 can be minimized by partially opening the film clamp 110 as described above, so that the apparatus can be effectively operated and productivity of the product can be improved while stretching the film.

Claims (7)

1. A film clip opening and closing device for stretching a film, comprising:
a film clamp first opening part which opens a film clamp by rotating an upper end part of a swinging unit of the film clamp holding the film by the elasticity of a spring, and controls the rotation force of the film clamp by the contact between a first magnet arranged at the upper part of the film clamp and the upper end part of the swinging unit so that the opening degree of the film clamp is only 90%; and
and a film clamp second opening part for bringing the film clamp advancing along a chain wheel of a stretching device for moving the film clamp into a prescribed position, so that the first magnet and the upper end part of the swinging unit of the film clamp are separated in sequence by a second magnet arranged on the upper part of the first magnet, thereby the opening degree of the film clamp is 100%.
2. The film clip opening/closing device according to claim 1, wherein the opening degree of the film clip is maintained at 90% by forming a gap between a stopper at a lower end portion of the swing unit that moves in accordance with rotation of an upper end portion of the swing unit of the film clip and the film clip body in the first opening portion of the film clip.
3. The film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film according to claim 1, wherein the first opening portion of the film clip comprises an upper plate and a lower plate, which are assembled to an upper portion and a lower portion of the first magnet, respectively, to fix the first magnet.
4. The film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film according to claim 3, wherein the first opening portion of the film clip further comprises a fixing plate disposed at an upper portion of the film clip to fix the first magnet and the upper and lower plates.
5. The film clip opening/closing device according to claim 1, wherein in the second opening portion of the film clip, the plurality of second magnets are fixed to guides provided at an upper portion of the film clip, thereby pulling an upper end portion of the swing unit of the film clip by magnetic force.
6. The film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film according to claim 5, wherein the plurality of second magnets are disposed in order, and the second magnets are disposed obliquely along the advancing direction of the film clip.
7. The film clip opening/closing device for stretching a film according to claim 6, wherein the second magnet pulls the upper end portion of the swing unit of the advancing film clip in order to make the opening degree of the film clip 100%.
