Background
In the current construction and maintenance process of the 10kV power distribution network overhead line, the new installation or replacement of various line switches is quite common, and the number of the new installation switches is increased along with the continuous improvement of the reliability requirement of the power distribution network. In the new installation process, in order to ensure the electricity consumption of users, the installation work of the line switch is generally carried out by adopting an uninterrupted or partially uninterrupted operation mode. Under the operation mode of uninterrupted power supply or partial power supply, the switch and the electrified equipment are often too close to each other, and the enough safety distance required by the on-site use of the crane in hoisting can not be met. In the prior art, a switch hoisting device special for an overhead line of a power distribution network does not exist. In the operation process of a 10kV power distribution network, the installation of various circuit switches is always an operation project with high safety risk, high operation difficulty and complex operation flow. Since the line switch body is heavy, it is generally necessary to use a crane vehicle for lifting and mounting during operation. Because the equipment on the 10kV column is very compact, the distance between the line switch and the overhead line is relatively short, and practical problems that a crane vehicle cannot be driven in a construction site, the hoisting safety distance is insufficient, the operation difficulty is relatively high and the like can occur. Meanwhile, due to the lack of a special tool for lifting a switch, accidents can occur in the lifting process, equipment damage and casualties are caused, and serious operation potential safety hazards exist.

The height limiting device is arranged, so that the line switch can be accurately hung to a designated position, and the problem that a lower operator cannot accurately position due to the angle problem is solved.

The insulating barrier 301 can also prevent the insulating lifting rope 203 from lifting up to touch the main wire to cause short circuit or personal electric shock if accidents occur.
The limit switch 307 is a limit and safety switch, and the specific stop hoisting and placement positions of the line switch are determined by operators.
The lower hanger 204 includes a second bracket 309, a third fixed anchor ear 308, a fixing bolt 310, and a pulley 311; the second bracket 309 is connected with a third fixed anchor ear 308, the third fixed anchor ear 308 is fixed on the electric pole 101 through a fixed bolt 310, and the diameter of the third fixed anchor ear 308 is adjustable, so that the fixed requirement of electric poles with different diameters can be met; the pulley 311 is horizontally fixed to the second bracket 309 and aligned with the inner pulley 304 of the upper hanger 201.
One end of the insulating lifting rope 203 is connected with one end of the lifting hook 202 through a pulley 311, an inner pulley 304 and an outer pulley 305, and the other end of the lifting hook 202 is connected with the line switch 107; the hooks 202 may be swaged hooks or laminated hooks, but must be provided with safety catches to prevent the line switch 107 from slipping during lifting.
