When the device is used, firstly, the number of the separating rings 5 is selected according to the number of water and ink with different colors required to be produced, the separating rings 5 are placed at corresponding positions, the separating rings 5 are pressed downwards, the pressing rings 7 are pushed downwards by the separating rings 5, the first springs 8 are pressed downwards by the pressing rings 7 until the bottoms of the pressing rings 7 are abutted against the contact switches 9, then the electric push rods 12 are stretched to push the abutting blocks 11 to abut against the separating rings 5, the separating rings 5 are fixed, meanwhile, the bottom of the abutting blocks 11 clamp the pressing rings 7, the first springs 8 are prevented from being reset, the separating rings 5 and the abutting blocks 11 are prevented from sliding relatively, the fixing effect of the abutting blocks 11 on the separating rings 5 is increased, at the moment, the sealing rings 13 on the outer sides of the separating rings 5 are abutted against the tops of the mounting grooves 6, the mounting grooves 6 are prevented from being filled with liquid, and the top of the mounting grooves 6 without the separating rings 5 are prevented from being filled with the pressing rings 7 to seal the mounting grooves 6, and the liquid is prevented from entering the mounting grooves 6.
Then the required materials are poured into the corresponding space in the stirring barrel 4 respectively, the mounting plate 14 is clamped on the side plate 3, the stirring rod 21 is inserted in the corresponding position, then the servo motor 15 drives the driving shaft 16, the fixed tile 17, the driving rod 18 and the stirring rod 21 to rotate, and the stirring rod 21 stirs the liquid in the stirring barrel 4. The separation ring 5 is utilized to divide the interior of the stirring barrel 4 into a plurality of spaces, so that the water and ink with various colors can be produced simultaneously by only using one stirring barrel 4 and one servo motor 15, the workload of workers is reduced, and the plurality of stirring barrels 4 are used for operation when pigments with various colors are needed. The number of the separating rings 5 is flexibly selected according to the number of the color types of the ink required to be produced and the production quantity of single color, so that the resources are saved.
After the stirring is completed, the transportation trolley 1 conveys the stirring barrel 4 to the side of the filling machine through a preset route, and the filling machine pumps water ink from the stirring barrel 4 for filling. In the process that the transportation trolley 1 drives the stirring barrel 4 to move, the separation ring 5 divides the stirring barrel 4 into a plurality of spaces, when the transportation trolley 1 suddenly advances or stops, the impact force of the water ink in each separation space on the inner walls of the stirring barrel 4 and the separation ring 5 is limited, the possibility of water ink splashing is reduced, meanwhile, the separation ring 5 prevents the movement of the water ink in the stirring barrel 4 to a certain extent, and the possibility of dumping of the stirring barrel 4 caused by overlarge gravity center offset of the stirring barrel 4 is avoided.
After the production is completed, the stirring barrel 4 needs to be cleaned in time, a hose 37 connected with a water pump 36 is connected with a connector on a driving rod 18, then the water pump 36 is electrified, the water in a water storage tank 35 is pumped out by the water pump 36 and is conveyed into a transverse groove 19, water in the transverse groove 19 enters into an inner annular sleeve 25, the inner annular sleeve 25 and the cleaning holes 22 on the stirring rod 21 are staggered, so that the water cannot directly flow out of the cleaning holes 22 on the inner annular sleeve 25, when the water pressure in the inner annular sleeve 25 and the transverse groove 19 is continuously increased, the water in the transverse groove 19 pushes a push block 20 to move towards a direction close to a fixed tile 17, the push block 20 drives a cross rod 24 to move while the push rod 24 drives a push rod 28 through a clamping rod 27, the push rod 28 drives the inner annular sleeve 25 to rotate in the stirring rod 21, the cleaning holes 22 on the stirring rod 21 are overlapped, the water flows into the stirring barrel 4 from the overlapped cleaning holes 22, the stirring barrel 4 and each separating ring 5 are cleaned, the water in the cleaning holes 22 is continuously increased, the hose 37 is driven to rotate in a certain degree, the hose 37 is prevented from being driven by a certain degree, and the water pressure in the driving rod is prevented from rotating the driving the hose 37 to be driven by the stirring rod 18, and the hose is prevented from rotating forwards and reversely, and the hose 37 is prevented from being driven to rotate, and the hose is prevented from being driven to rotate; even when producing the china ink of multiple colour, only use a agitator 4, and the clearance is very convenient after the production is accomplished, utilizes travelling bogie 1 from the water source of taking can wash agitator 4, does not need the staff to push the agitator 4 to the place that has the water source and washs alone, reduces staff's work load.
When the water storage tank 35 in the bottom plate 2 is filled with water, the gravity center of the transportation trolley 1 is lowered, so that the transportation trolley 1 is more stable in running, and the possibility that the transportation trolley 1 falls down when transporting the stirring barrel 4 is further avoided. If the spilled ink exists, the water pump 36 is turned on to wash the spilled ink in time, so that the ink is prevented from being difficult to clean after being dried. When a fire occurs in the production plant, the water in the water storage tank 35 of the water pump 36 can be used for extinguishing the fire at the first time, so that the increase of fire is avoided.
After the stirring barrel 4 and the separation ring 5 are washed by the water pump 36, the electric sliding block 30 drives the fixed block 31, the rotating block 33 and the stirring barrel 4 to move upwards, then the rotating motor 32 works, and the rotating block 33 and the stirring barrel 4 are driven to rotate by the rotating ring 34, so that water in the stirring barrel 4 is poured out. When the transportation trolley 1 runs, the rotating block 33 limits the stirring barrel 4, and the stirring barrel 4 is reduced in shaking in the moving process by matching with the limiting groove 38 and the buffer pad 39, so that noise is reduced.
