The automatic film pasting component 12 comprises a heating package turntable feeding mechanism 121, a circulation transmission turntable 122, a positioning clamp 123, an automatic film pasting device 124 and a heating package turntable blanking mechanism 125, wherein the positioning clamp 123 is uniformly arranged on the circulation transmission turntable 122 according to circumference equal division, a cam divider, a mounting disc, a driving motor and the like are arranged in the circulation transmission turntable 122, the precise intermittent circulation rotation is convenient for continuously transporting PTC heating packages, the heating package turntable feeding mechanism 121 is used for sucking and carrying the PTC heating packages positioned for the second time into the positioning clamp 123 one by one, the automatic film pasting device 124 comprises an insulating film automatic separation conveying mechanism 1241 and a film pasting compressing mechanism 1242, the insulating film automatic separation conveying mechanism 1241 can adopt mature commodity components in the prior art and is used for automatically pasting the separated front end part of the insulating film on the upper surface of the PTC heating package, the insulating film automatic separation conveying mechanism 1241 separates the insulating film from the release paper substrate, and the separated front end part of the insulating film is pasted on the PTC heating package through the automatic film pasting mechanism 1242; the heating pack turntable blanking mechanism 125 is used for sucking and transporting the PTC heating packs after film pasting into the heating pack blanking steering mechanism 16, and bending the rear end parts of the insulating films in the transporting process and pasting the insulating films onto the lower surfaces of the PTC heating packs (corresponding film pasting rollers are arranged in the heating pack turntable blanking mechanism 125, and pasting is performed in the transporting and moving process).
The heating package discharging steering mechanism 16 comprises two groups of pneumatic conveying cylinders 161 and a pneumatic rotating table 162, the pneumatic rotating table 162 is arranged on the pneumatic conveying cylinders 161, and a turnover cylinder 1621 and a PTC heating package positioning turnover table 1622 fixed on the turnover cylinder 1621 are arranged in the pneumatic rotating table 162, so that the PTC heating package after film pasting can be conveniently rotated from a horizontal posture to a vertical posture. The heating pack carrying detection mechanism 17 comprises a single-shaft servo motion platform 171, a detection lifting cylinder 172 and a heating pack pneumatic clamping jaw 173; the first visual detection component 13 comprises two sets of CCD visual detection devices 131 respectively used for simultaneously detecting the front and the back of the PTC heating bag, the two sets of CCD visual detection devices 131 are respectively arranged at two sides of the heating bag deflection detection clamping mechanism 18, and an illumination device, a CCD camera connected with a visual detection system and the like are arranged in the CCD visual detection devices 131, so that automatic visual detection can be performed through system control; the heating pack deflection detection clamping mechanism 18 comprises a pneumatic deflection platform 181, a deflection lifting cylinder 182 and deflection pneumatic clamping jaws 183, wherein the deflection lifting cylinder 182 is arranged on the pneumatic deflection platform 181, the deflection pneumatic clamping jaws 183 are arranged on a lifting flat plate driven by the deflection lifting cylinder 182, and the deflection pneumatic clamping jaws 183 comprise a deflection clamping cylinder and two positioning clamping plates; the heating pack carrying and detecting mechanism 17 is convenient for grabbing and carrying the PTC heating pack to the first visual detecting part 13 for visual detection of the lower half of the front and the back, and the lower half is transferred to the heating pack deflection detecting clamping mechanism 18 for clamping and then continuously completing visual detection of the upper half of the front and the back of the PTC heating pack. The heating pack assembly automatic feeding mechanism 19 comprises a first two-axis servo moving module 191, an assembly main lifting cylinder 192, an assembly clamping cylinder 193 and an auxiliary assembly lifting cylinder 194, wherein the assembly main lifting cylinder 192 is arranged on the first two-axis servo moving module 191, and a driving servo motor, a transmission screw, a guide rail and the like are arranged in the first two-axis servo moving module 191, so that outsourcing commodity components can be adopted; the assembly clamping cylinder 193 and the auxiliary assembly lifting cylinder 194 are arranged on the lifting plate of the assembly main lifting cylinder 192, the assembly clamping cylinder 193 is used for clamping the PTC heating bag during carrying, and the auxiliary assembly lifting cylinder 194 is used for pushing the PTC heating bag into the groove inside the heating body shell during assembly.
Referring to fig. 10-15, the automatic feeding and assembling part 2 of the wedge block further comprises an automatic feeding mechanism 24 of the wedge block, a gluing and transferring mechanism 25 of the wedge block, a turnover and carrying mechanism 26 of the wedge block, a separating mechanism 27 of the wedge block and an automatic feeding mechanism 28 of the wedge block assembly; the automatic feeding mechanism 24 is used for carrying three wedge blocks stored in the wedge block supply bin 21 to the wedge block positioning table 251 in the wedge block gluing and transferring mechanism 25 in batches each time, and the taper direction of the size head of the wedge blocks stored in the wedge block supply bin 21 is not recognized during feeding, so that the taper of the wedge blocks needs to be sorted and oriented by adopting the wedge block separating mechanism 27 during subsequent assembly, and the assembly accuracy is ensured; the wedge block gluing transfer mechanism 25 carries the wedge blocks placed in the wedge block positioning table 251 to the automatic wedge block gluing mechanism 22 for automatic gluing; the wedge turnover conveying mechanism 26 is used for conveying the glued wedge in the wedge positioning table 251 to the wedge separating mechanism 27; the wedge separating mechanism 27 is provided with a pneumatic separating and shifting platform 273 for separating and orienting according to the taper of the wedge, then rotating and separating the wedge with a determined direction to uniformly face, then conveying the wedge to the grabbing position of the wedge assembling automatic feeding mechanism 28, conveying the wedge with the uniform direction to the second visual detecting component 23 (the second visual detecting component 23 is similar to the CCD visual detecting device 131 in structure) one by the wedge assembling automatic feeding mechanism 28, detecting the wedge by one, and arranging a lighting device, a CCD camera connected with the visual detecting system and the like in the groove inside the heating body shell conveyed by the double-speed chain automatic conveying component 3, grabbing and assembling the wedge with the qualified detection, and placing the wedge in correspondence with the PTC heating bag filled in the front.
Two wedge block discs 211 capable of being alternately placed are arranged in the wedge block supply bin 21, and a plurality of wedge blocks are placed in the wedge block discs 211; the automatic wedge feeding mechanism 24 is internally provided with a single-shaft servo movable truss module 241, a wedge traversing cylinder 242, a wedge lifting cylinder 243 and a wedge vacuum chuck 244 for sucking and carrying the wedge; two groups of single-shaft servo carrying tables 252 which respectively bear the wedge positioning tables 251 are arranged in the wedge gluing transfer mechanism 25, a wedge positioning tool 2511 and a wedge clamping cylinder 2512 are arranged in the wedge positioning tables 251, the wedge clamping cylinder 2512 comprises two wedge clamping tools, and the two wedge clamping tools are arranged in different directions and are used for clamping and positioning the wedge placed in the wedge positioning tool 2511; the single-axis servo movable truss module 241 and the single-axis servo carrying table 252 are respectively provided with a driving servo motor, a transmission screw, a guide rail and the like, and can adopt outsourcing commodity components. The wedge block automatic gluing mechanism 22 comprises a gluing single-axis servo moving module 221, a gluing lifting cylinder 222 and an automatic gluing device 223 with a gluing barrel, wherein a glue dispensing controller, a glue dispensing valve and the like are arranged in the automatic gluing device 223, mature commodity components can be adopted, the gluing lifting cylinder 222 is arranged on the gluing single-axis servo moving module 221, and the automatic gluing device 223 is arranged on the gluing lifting cylinder 222; the wedge block gluing transfer mechanism 25 transfers the wedge block from a feeding position to a dispensing position for dispensing according to the process requirements, and transfers the wedge block to a material taking position of the wedge block turnover transfer mechanism 26 after dispensing; the wedge turnover carrying mechanism 26 comprises a blanking single-shaft servo moving module 261, a blanking lifting cylinder 262 and three sets of blanking pneumatic clamping jaws 263, wherein the blanking lifting cylinder 262 is arranged on the blanking single-shaft servo moving module 261, and the three sets of blanking pneumatic clamping jaws 263 are arranged on the blanking lifting cylinder 262; the gluing single-shaft servo moving module 221 and the discharging single-shaft servo moving module 261 are provided with a driving servo motor, a transmission screw, a guide rail and the like, and can adopt outsourcing commodity parts.
The wedge block separating mechanism 27 comprises two independent pneumatic lifting platforms 271, a pneumatic rotary separating platform 272 and a pneumatic separating and shifting platform 273, wherein two ends of the pneumatic rotary separating platform 272 are respectively arranged on a mounting plate at the output end of the pneumatic lifting platform 271 through a separating telescopic cylinder 274, and the pneumatic separating and shifting platform 273 is arranged below the pneumatic rotary separating platform 272; the pneumatic rotary separation table 272 comprises two separation rotary cylinders 2721 and separation rotary tables 2722 arranged between the two separation rotary cylinders 2721, three separation clamping air claws 2723 are arranged in each separation rotary table 2722, and each separation clamping air claw 2723 is connected with two separation claws 2724; the two sets of pneumatic rotary separation tables 272 are arranged in a centering way, the three sets of blanking pneumatic clamping jaws 263 clamp the wedge blocks between the two sets of pneumatic rotary separation tables 272, one end of each wedge block is respectively clamped by the separating clamping air claw 2723 in the two sets of pneumatic rotary separation tables 272, and the separating telescopic cylinder 274 drives the two sets of pneumatic rotary separation tables 272 to respectively retract backwards, so that the wedge blocks are reserved in the separating clamping air claw 2723 in the taper big end direction; after separation, the separating rotary cylinder 2721 uniformly and upwardly places the taper big end direction of the wedge block in a positioning table in the pneumatic separating and shifting platform 273, and the pneumatic separating and shifting platform 273 carries the wedge block with consistent taper to the material taking position of the wedge block assembling automatic feeding mechanism 28. The wedge block assembly automatic feeding mechanism 28 comprises a second two-axis servo moving module 281, a wedge block assembly lifting cylinder 282, a wedge block assembly rotating cylinder 283 and a wedge block assembly clamping jaw cylinder 284, wherein the wedge block assembly lifting cylinder 282 is arranged on the second two-axis servo moving module 281, and a driving servo motor, a transmission screw, a guide rail and the like are arranged in the second two-axis servo moving module 281, so that outsourcing commodity components can be adopted; the wedge block assembling rotary cylinder 283 is arranged on a lifting plate of the wedge block assembling lifting cylinder 282, the wedge block assembling clamping jaw cylinder 284 is arranged on a rotating shaft of the wedge block assembling rotary cylinder 283 and used for conveying and clamping the wedge block to the second visual detection part 23 for detection, and the wedge block which is qualified for detection is grabbed and assembled into a groove in the heating body shell transmitted by the speed-doubling chain automatic conveying part 3 to be placed in one-to-one correspondence with the PTC heating bag which is loaded in front; and placing the wedge blocks with unqualified detection into the defective product boxes.
Referring to fig. 17, three sets of automatic PTC heating body assembling equipment for new energy vehicles are sequentially connected along the automatic double-speed chain conveying component 3 to form an intelligent PTC heating body assembling production line for new energy vehicles, and the three sets of automatic PTC heating bag film pasting and wedge block gluing can be respectively completed by using the three sets of automatic PTC heating body assembling equipment and then assembled into different grooves in the heating body shell transmitted by the follow-up tool on the automatic double-speed chain conveying component 3, so that a PTC heating bag and a wedge block are assembled in each groove in the heating body shell; when in actual use, two or more sets of automatic PTC heating body assembling equipment for new energy automobiles can be connected according to the needs, and three sets of automatic PTC heating body assembling equipment for new energy automobiles are connected to form an intelligent PTC heating body assembling production line for the new energy automobiles; the intelligent assembly production line can independently program each set of equipment, so that flexible assembly can be conveniently carried out according to heating bodies with different specifications (the number of grooves in the heating bodies is different); the assembly production data can be uploaded to a remote control system, so that the production data, the operation parameters and the like can be conveniently acquired, and the production assembly of the heating body can be conveniently and further optimized and improved.
The final set of automatic PTC heating body assembling equipment for the new energy automobile is provided with an auxiliary positive pressing mechanism 4, a positive pressing driving cylinder and a positive pressing die are arranged in the auxiliary positive pressing mechanism 4, the auxiliary positive pressing mechanism 4 is used for pressing positive PTC heating bags assembled in heating body grooves transmitted on the automatic double-speed chain conveying component 3, and the positive PTC heating bags are conveyed to the tail of the automatic double-speed chain conveying component 3 after being pressed and then conveyed to the next working procedure after being collected by a lifter.
