Abstract
A wire end wire arranging mechanism for arranging stator coils comprises a wire clamping assembly, a positioning clamping assembly arranged on one side of the wire clamping assembly, and a rotating assembly arranged on one side of the positioning clamping assembly. The positioning and clamping assembly comprises a center column, a lifting cylinder arranged on one side of the center column, a lifting plate arranged at the output end of the lifting cylinder, a lifting column inserted in the center column, a spring arranged at one end of the lifting column, and a positioning seat arranged on the lifting column in a surrounding mode. According to the wire head wire arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils, the stator windings are positioned in the positioning seat through the clamping and positioning assembly, and the wire heads are clamped by the wire clamping assembly to carry out bending wire arranging operation. The wire end wire arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils is free of manual operation in the whole process, high in automation degree and capable of saving human resources.

Technical Field

Background
The stator winding is assembled by a plurality of coils, after the coils are wound, the wire heads on the stator winding are upwards arranged, and the directions of the wire heads are different. Therefore, after the stator winding is assembled, the wire ends need to be bent and wire-arranged for better wire connection. For example, chinese patent CN202121665524.4 discloses a lead bending device for a stator coil of an automotive motor, which comprises a base, a slide rail, a slide block, a bending guide wheel and a first cylinder, wherein the slide rail is arranged on one side of the top of the base, the first cylinder is arranged on the other side of the top of the base, the slide block is slidably connected to the top of the slide rail, one side of the slide block is connected to the output end of the first cylinder, the bending guide wheel is rotatably connected to the top of the slide block, and a backing plate is arranged on the rear side of the slide rail. The device can bend the lead wire head of coil twice, but its degree of automation is not high, needs the workman to hold the coil body and puts into the device with the lead wire head and bend, extravagant manpower resources.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a wire end trimming mechanism for trimming stator coils to solve the above-mentioned problems.
A wire end wire arranging mechanism for arranging stator coils comprises a wire clamping assembly, a positioning clamping assembly arranged on one side of the wire clamping assembly, and a rotating assembly arranged on one side of the positioning clamping assembly. The wire clamping assembly comprises at least one support column, a support plate penetrating through the support column, a sliding table cylinder arranged on the support plate, a wire clamping cylinder arranged at the output end of the sliding table cylinder, and a clamp arranged at the output end of the wire clamping cylinder. Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a wire end arranging mechanism for arranging stator coils according to the present invention. The wire end arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils comprises a wire clamping assembly 10, a positioning clamping assembly 20 arranged on one side of the wire clamping assembly 10, and a rotating assembly 30 arranged on one side of the positioning clamping assembly 20. It is conceivable that the wire end arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils further includes some other functional modules, such as a screw module, a power module, a control module, etc., which are known technologies to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
Please refer to fig. 2 to fig. 5 together. It should be noted that the positioning and clamping assembly 20 clamps a stator winding 40 thereon. The stator winding 40 comprises at least one coil 41 and a wire end 42 arranged on said coil 41. After the stator winding 40 is wound by a plurality of coils 41 and assembled in a plurality of previous steps such as assembly, a plurality of wire ends 42 are arranged at intervals and are in a substantially vertical state but not completely aligned, so that the wire end wire arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils needs to perform bending wire arranging operation on the wire ends 42 so as to facilitate the clamping of a subsequent bus plate. The stator winding 40 has a plurality of slots 43 in its circumferential outer wall, the slots 43 being capable of being positioned by the positioning clamp assembly 20 in a manner to be described below.
The wire clamping assembly 10 comprises at least one support 11, a support plate 12 penetrating through the support 11, a sliding table cylinder 13 arranged on the support plate 12, a wire clamping cylinder 14 arranged at the output end of the sliding table cylinder 13, and a clamp 15 arranged at the output end of the wire clamping cylinder 14.
The support plate 12 is arranged on the support post 11 in a penetrating manner and is fixed on the support post 11 through a screw. The height position of the support plate 12 on the support 11 can be adjusted through knob screws, so that the wire clamping position can be adjusted through cooperation with the positioning clamping assembly 20.
The output direction of the sliding table cylinder 13 faces the positioning clamping assembly 20, and the sliding table cylinder 13 can drive the wire clamping cylinder 14 to reciprocate in the direction. The thread clamping cylinder 14 can control the clamp 15 to perform opening and closing operations, so that the clamp 15 can clamp the thread end 42. The slipway cylinder 13 pulls back, so that the thread ends 42 are tidied and bent. After the rotation assembly 30 controls the positioning and clamping assembly 20 to rotate by one angle, the above operation is repeated, thereby completing the bending and line-finishing operation of the stator winding 40.
The positioning and clamping assembly 20 comprises a central column 21, a lifting cylinder 22 arranged on one side of the central column 21, a lifting plate 23 arranged at the output end of the lifting cylinder 22, a lifting column 24 inserted in the central column 21, a baffle rod 25 inserted on the lifting column 24, a spring 26 arranged at one end of the lifting column 24, two adjusting rods 27 arranged at the other end of the lifting column 24, and a positioning seat 28 arranged around the lifting column 24.
The central column 21 is hollow along the length direction, so that the lifting column 24 and the spring 26 are slidably inserted into the central column 21. Two first sliding grooves 211 for inserting the baffle rod 25 are formed on the circumferential outer side wall of the central column 21, the baffle rod 25 is fixedly arranged on the lifting column 24 in a penetrating manner, and two ends of the baffle rod respectively penetrate through the first sliding grooves 211. The length direction of the stop lever 25 is perpendicular to the length direction of the lifting column 24. The center post 21 is provided with a fixed disc 212 near one end of the spring 26, and the middle section of the center post 21 is provided with a limiting disc 213. The fixed disk 212 is fixedly connected with the rotating assembly 31 by a screw. The limiting disc 213 is mainly used for limiting the lifting plate 23, and a specific limiting manner will be described below.
One end of the lifting plate 23 has an arc opening matched with the central column 21, and an inner side wall of the arc opening is matched with a circumferential outer side wall of the central column 21 and is positioned between the fixed disc 212 and the limiting disc 213, so that the lifting plate 23 is limited by the limiting disc 213, and the stop lever 25 is positioned in the moving direction of the lifting plate 23. The output direction of the lifting cylinder 22 is parallel to the length direction of the center column 21, and the lifting cylinder 22 can drive the lifting plate 23 to reciprocate between the fixed disc 212 and the limit disc 213. When the lifting plate 23 moves towards the fixed disc 212, the lifting column 24 is pushed to the end of the first sliding groove 211 towards the fixed disc 212, and the lifting column 24 moves towards the spring 26 under the driving of the lifting rod 25 and compresses the spring 26, so that the lifting column 24 can have potential energy towards and away from the spring 26 when the lifting plate 23 moves towards the limiting disc 213, and the end of the lifting column 24 away from the spring 26 can cooperate with the adjusting rod 27 and the positioning seat 28 to achieve the function of fixedly clamping the stator winding 40, and a specific clamping mode will be described below.
One end of the center post 21, which is far away from the spring 26, is provided with a bar-shaped groove 214, two ends of the bar-shaped groove 214 are respectively provided with a pin shaft 215 in a rotating mode, and the pin shafts 215 are used for penetrating through the middle section of the adjusting rod 27. Two sides of one end of the adjusting rod 27 are respectively provided with a sliding column 271, one end of the lifting column 24 far away from the spring 26 is provided with two second sliding grooves 241, and the two sliding columns 271 are respectively clamped into the two second sliding grooves 241 and the sliding columns 271 can slide in the second sliding grooves 241. Thus, when the lifting column 24 descends or ascends, the sliding column 271 moves in the second sliding groove 241, so that the adjusting rod 27 rotates around the pin shaft 215, and the end of the adjusting rod 27 away from the sliding column 271 swings up and down. The end of the adjusting rod 27 remote from the spool 271 is provided with a snap step 272, which snap step 272 matches the inner edge of the stator winding 40. The fastening step 272 can fasten the stator winding 40 while the elastic potential energy of the spring 26 is released, thereby playing a role in fixedly clamping the stator winding 40.
The positioning seat 28 is provided with a positioning block 281 protruding towards the inner side, and the positioning block 281 is clamped into the slot 43, so that relative rotation is prevented when the rotating assembly 30 rotates, and thus the positioning effect is achieved.
The rotating assembly 30 includes a rotating motor 31, a rotating base 32 provided at an output end of the rotating motor 31, a sensing piece 33 provided on a circumferential outer side wall of the rotating base 32, and a sensor 34 provided at one side of the rotating base 32.
The rotating motor 31 can drive the rotating seat 32 to rotate, and the rotating seat 32 is fixedly connected with the fixed disc 212 through a screw, so as to drive the center column 21 to rotate. The initial position of the sensing piece 33 is located in the sensor 34, and when the rotating seat 32 rotates for one circle, the sensing piece 33 is restored to the initial position again, so that the sensor 34 knows that the bending line-arranging operation of one stator winding 40 is completed.
The rotating assembly 30 further includes a rolling bearing 35 provided at one side of the positioning seat 28, a circumferential outer side wall of the rolling bearing 35 is connected to a bracket portion of the mechanism, and a circumferential inner side wall of the rolling bearing 35 is connected to the positioning seat 28 so as to be capable of performing a rotating operation while supporting the positioning seat 28.
Compared with the prior art, the wire end arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils provided by the invention is characterized in that the stator winding 40 is positioned in the positioning seat 28 through the clamping and positioning assembly 20, and the wire end 42 is clamped by the wire clamping assembly 10 for bending and arranging. After completing the bending and wire-trimming operation of one of the wire ends 42, the stator winding 40 is rotated by the rotating assembly 30 to perform the bending and wire-trimming operation of the next wire end 42. The wire end wire arranging mechanism for arranging the stator coils is free of manual operation in the whole process, high in automation degree and capable of saving human resources.

4. The thread end trimming mechanism for trimming stator coils as recited in claim 3, wherein a positioning block protruding towards the inner side is arranged on the positioning seat, and the positioning block is clamped into the slot.
5. The thread end trimming mechanism for trimming stator coils as recited in claim 1, wherein an output direction of said slipway cylinder is directed toward said positioning and clamping assembly.

The wire end arranging mechanism for arranging stator coils according to claim 1, wherein the center column is hollow along the length direction, the lifting column and the spring are slidably inserted into the center column, two first sliding grooves are formed in the circumferential outer side wall of the center column relatively, the baffle rod is fixedly arranged on the lifting column in a penetrating mode, two ends of the baffle rod penetrate through the first sliding grooves respectively, the length direction of the baffle rod is perpendicular to the length direction of the lifting column, one end, close to the spring, of the center column is provided with a fixed disc, and the middle section of the center column is provided with a limiting disc.
