Water-proof agent for mortar and concrete

Abstract

A water-proofing agent for mortar and concrete adopts cocoanut oil as main raw material compounded with soap, pllyvinylalcohol, methylcellulose, stearic acid, ammonia water and certain chemical additives. When applying, 1 kg water-proofing agent is diluted with water to 20 kg, then mix diluted water-proofing agent, cement and sand according to the proportion 0.5:1:2.5, no more water is added, the blended material can be directly used. When pouring concrete, the diluted water-proofing agent is used instead of water. This water-proofing agent is easy to operate, good in aging resistance property, no pollution to environment etc.

Wherein clear infusion, deicing fluid and hardening accelerator can be selected to add according to the needs of engineering.This water-resisting agent is a kind of water-resisting agent of organic and inorganic compounding, the effect of organic materials and inorganic materials is organically combined, bring into play a kind of advantage separately, by the water-resisting agent that materials such as being used as dispersion agent, intensifier, stablizer, emulsifying agent, reductive agent, tensio-active agent, softening agent, thickening material, vehicle, catalyzer, tackiness agent and membrane-forming agent is composited, has the cohesive strength height, good water-proof effect, the advantage that weather resistance is good.

Wherein clear infusion, deicing fluid and hardening accelerator can be selected to add according to the needs of engineering.
Above-mentioned materials is mixed stirring can obtain water-resisting agent of the present invention.
Need when using water-resisting agent to be principle as the dilution water-resisting agent of 20kg according to 1kg water-resisting agent thin up.Can use after the stirring.
This water-resisting agent is widely used in inside and outside waterproof, antiseepage, the protection against the tide of the new and old engineering of masonry, concrete and concrete structure.As tunnel, underground works, bridges and culverts, water reservoir, bathing pool, kitchen, toilet etc.The waterproof that can also be used for roof, roof, canopy face replaces traditional malthoid structure.
