The invention relates to a cat litter dryer with uniform spreading.
Background
The cat litter is an object for burying excrement and urine of a cat raised by the cat litter, has better water absorbability, can be generally used together with a cat litter basin (or called a cat toilet), and when the cat litter is used, a proper amount of cat litter is poured into the cat litter basin, and a trained cat can walk into the cat litter basin to be excreted on the cat litter when excreted is needed.
Typical cat litter is made by using pulp to break down into small particles to simulate sand and provide water absorption, and there are also particles using physical desiccants such as silica gel. The cat litter needs to be dried by special drying equipment in the production process.
However, the traditional drying equipment for cat litter production has a poor drying effect on materials due to a simple structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a cat litter dryer with uniform spreading.
The cat litter dryer comprises an insulation box body, wherein a cat litter feeding hole is formed in the top of one side of the insulation box body, the cat litter feeding hole is connected with the pavement machine, a cat litter outlet is formed in the bottom of the other side of the insulation box body, a plurality of layers of conveyor belts are arranged in the insulation box body, cat litter to be dried enters the insulation box body through the pavement machine and is gradually conveyed to a lower layer of conveyor belt from an upper layer of conveyor belt, the tail end of the lower layer of conveyor belt penetrates through the cat litter outlet of the insulation box body and is provided with an axial flow fan for cooling, a plurality of uniformly distributed infrared heaters are arranged above the upper layer of conveyor belt, a heat exchange air duct is arranged between the upper layer of conveyor belt and the lower layer of conveyor belt, a heat exchange fan is arranged at the top of the heat exchange air duct, and a wet discharging fan is also arranged at the top of the insulation box body;
the spreading machine comprises a supporting frame, a group of reciprocating motion rollers are arranged on the supporting frame, a spreading plate which is obliquely arranged and a transmission plate which is connected with the two groups of reciprocating motion rollers are arranged between the two groups of reciprocating motion rollers, an oblong slot hole is formed in the center of the transmission plate, a motor is arranged on the supporting frame in an erected mode, a driving shaft of the motor is connected with a driving wheel, an eccentric shaft is arranged on the driving wheel and inserted into the slot hole, and the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate and drive the spreading plate to move left and right.
As a further improvement, the conveyor belt comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the infrared heater is arranged above the upper layer conveyor belt and the middle layer conveyor belt, and the infrared heater is not arranged above the lower layer conveyor belt and is connected with the upper side of the upper layer conveyor belt through a heat exchange air duct.
As a further improvement, the cat litter feed inlet of the insulation box body is provided with a feed hopper, and the outlet of the feed hopper is provided with a spreading plate above the middle position when the insulation box body is stationary.
As a further improvement, the spreading plate comprises a rectangular frame, and the rectangular frame is provided with a gauze.
As a further improvement, the gauze is a metal gauze which is riveted with the rectangular frame or connected by screws.
As a further improvement, the spreading plates are provided with 3 layers, and each layer of spreading plate is obliquely arranged and connected in a Z-shaped distribution from beginning to end.

The cat litter feeding device is ingenious in design, materials enter a spreading plate from a cat litter feeding hole, the spreading plate distributes the materials along the left side and the right side through reciprocating motion of rollers on a supporting frame, the purpose of spreading evenly is achieved, an infrared heater is not arranged on a lower layer conveyor belt, hot air for drying the materials is transmitted from an upper layer conveyor belt through a heat exchange air duct through a lower layer conveyor belt part, and then the hot air naturally rises through the principle that hot air can float upwards, so that hot air circulation is achieved, the arrangement of the infrared heater is reduced, and power consumption and cost are reduced.

Principle and process of material drying:
The material enters the spreading machine 3 through the feeding port, the material is spread on the upper layer conveyer belt uniformly through the spreading machine 3, the conveyer belt moves rightwards, the material is heated by the heater to quickly raise the temperature, the moisture begins to evaporate and then falls onto the middle layer conveyer belt, the falling process enables the material to roll over, the middle layer conveyer belt is continuously heated by the middle layer heater, the moisture continues to evaporate and then continuously falls onto the lower conveyer belt, the upper heat exchange fan 11 blows the upper hot air to the material on the lower conveyer belt through the air duct, the moisture on the material continues to evaporate, the moisture content requirement of the material is met, and the material is transferred to the next procedure after being cooled by the fan when being blown out of the box.
The material enters the spreading plate 15 from the cat litter feed inlet 2, the spreading plate 15 distributes the material along the left side and the right side by reciprocating motion of the roller on the supporting frame 14, the purpose of spreading evenly is achieved, the infrared heater 8 is not arranged on the lower layer conveyor belt 7, hot air for drying the material in the lower layer conveyor belt 7 is transmitted from the upper layer conveyor belt through the heat exchange air duct 9, and then the hot air circulation is realized by natural rising of the hot air floating principle, so that the arrangement of the infrared heater 8 is reduced, and the power consumption and the cost are reduced.
