Abstract
本发明涉及一种医疗保健型洗浴液。洗浴液内含有由苦参、黄柏、蛇床子、大黄、白藓皮、百部、地肤子、薄荷、丹参、甘草制备的中草药浓缩液80～95％，表面活性剂4～20％，防腐剂0.03～0.05％。本发明组方合理，具有清热解毒、止痒、活血、杀菌消炎等功能，不仅可用于防治妇女细菌性、滴虫性、霉菌性、淋菌性阴道炎，还可用于防治皮肤瘙痒、阴疮湿疹、疮疡肿毒和痔疮。该洗浴液制作工艺简单、使用方便，经临床使用，防病治病效果显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种药物组合物洗浴液，特别是涉及一种以植物中草药为原料制成的医疗保健型洗浴液。
妇女赤白带下、外阴瘙痒、糜烂、是妇科常见病，而皮肤湿疹、瘙痒、疮疡肿毒和痔疮，更是普通常见病，上述病症往往由细菌、霉菌、滴虫、病毒或交叉感染等原因引起，病程缠绵易复发，给患者带来很大痛苦。目前市场上已有一些外用中药洗浴液，但多数适应症较窄，治疗有一定局限性。随着人们生活水平和保健意识的提高，药物洗浴已为越来越多的人接受，已成为许多妇女治病和防病保健的日常卫生习惯。
本发明的目的是针对上述情况，发明一种不仅能防治妇女外生殖系统细菌、霉菌、滴虫性多种疾患，而且还可防治痔疮和多种皮肤疾患的以中草药为原料、无任何毒副作用的医疗保健型洗浴液。
本发明在分析大量古方、验方、偏方和现代医学对有关中草药的药理作用研究结论的基础上，根据中医中药的传统理论，以泻火解毒、清热躁湿、活血祛瘀、杀虫止痒为治疗原则，组方中采用了多种据药理研究具有杀灭细菌、霉菌、滴虫和抑制病毒的中草药，其协同作用、药力药效更加提高。
本发明苦参洗浴液中含有中草药浓缩液80～95％，表面活性剂4～20％，防腐剂0.03～0.05％，制备上述浓缩液的原料配方组成是(生药重量比)：
苦参30～40 黄 柏15～20 蛇床子15～20
大 黄 9～12 白鲜皮15～20 百 部15～20
地肤子20～25 薄 荷 5～10 丹 参 9～12
甘 草 5～10
制备上述浓缩液的方法是：将上述中草药原料按照常规方法经筛选、配料、破碎、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩，制成浓缩药液。其中生药与水的比例为每100g生药加水750ml，煎煮、过滤、浓缩至三分之一即为中草药浓缩药液。
在中草药浓缩药液内按比例加入表面活性剂和防腐剂，经搅拌、乳化、检验后，即为洗浴液成品。
苦参洗浴液成品PH值为5.5～7。
按照以上方法制备的苦参洗浴液，经山西省卫生防疫站用10％稀释液对日本大耳白兔进行眼刺激试验，结论属无刺激性。
按照以上方法制备的苦参洗浴液，经太原市卫生防疫站根据《消毒技术规范》中有关章节对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌进行杀灭效果对照检验，初始菌量(cfu/ml)金黄色葡萄球菌为9.5×107、大肠杆菌为9.4×107，5秒钟后杀菌率分别达99.7％、99.9％，10秒钟后杀菌率分别达99.8％、99.9％，15秒钟以后均为99.9％。
使用时，若用于外阴部，可将洗浴液按1∶10兑水稀释后洗浴或坐浴10分钟；若用于皮肤洗浴，则根据皮肤病病情轻重调节使用浓度，一般以1∶10兑水洗浴或涂擦患处。
该苦参洗浴液组方合理，具有清热解毒、止痒、活血、杀菌消炎等功能，不仅可用于防治妇女细菌性、滴虫性、霉菌性、淋菌性阴道炎，还可用于防治皮肤瘙痒、阴疮湿疹、疮疡肿毒和痔疮。该洗浴液制作工艺简单、使用方便，经临床使用，防病治病效果显著。
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
制备中草药浓缩液的最佳原料重量配比是
苦 参35 黄 柏20 蛇床子15
大 黄10 白鲜皮20 百 部15
地肤子20 薄 荷 5 丹 参10
甘 草 5
将上述中草药的浓缩液、两性表面活性剂(咪唑林)、KF88高效广谱防腐剂(CY-1凯松)按90％、9.95％、0.05％的比例混合搅拌、乳化制为成品。
本发明经临床使用，有效率达90％，显效率达80％。
Claims (2)
1、一种苦参洗浴液，含有表面活性剂和防腐剂，本发明的特征在于洗浴液内含有中草药浓缩液80～95％，表面活性剂4～20％，防腐剂0.03～0.05％，制备上述浓缩液的原料重量配比是：
苦 参30～40 黄 柏l5～20 蛇床子15～20
大 黄 9～12 白鲜皮15～20 百 部15～20
地肤子20～25 薄 荷 5～10 丹 参 9～12
甘 草 5～10
2、根据权利要求1所述的苦参洗浴液，其浓缩液的制备方法是将上述原料按常规方法经筛选、配料、破碎、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩，制成浓缩药液，其特征在于生药与水的比例为每100g生药加水750ml，煎煮、过滤、浓缩至三分之一即为浓缩药液。
