Background
When a precast slab of concrete is processed, the surface of the precast slab is generally required to be subjected to roughening treatment so as to enhance the roughness of the precast slab, better cohesive force is provided for the construction of the next working procedure, the conventional roughening equipment comprises an automatic roughening machine for mass precast slab production, but the conventional roughening equipment has the defects of complex structure, high operation cost, difficult flexibility control and various inconveniences in use, so that in some construction sites, a manual roughening tool is still widely used, the roughening depth of the manual roughening tool cannot be adjusted due to the fixed structure of the manual roughening tool when the manual roughening tool is applied, and the manual roughening tool cannot be flexibly adjusted according to different requirements and has certain limitations in application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roughening device for concrete precast slab processing, which can realize flexible adjustment of roughening depth by adjusting the stretching amount of a roughening rod and meet different operation requirements.

The roughening device for the concrete precast slab machining comprises a containing shell, wherein the inside of the containing shell is of a hollow structure, a mounting plate with adjustable height is arranged in the containing shell, a plurality of roughening rods are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, the bottom ends of the roughening rods movably penetrate through the containing shell and are positioned below the containing shell, and an operating rod is hinged to one side of the containing shell.
Preferably, a screw is arranged in the middle of the top end of the mounting plate, the top of the screw extends to the top of the accommodating shell, and the screw is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw cylinder rotatably arranged at the top of the accommodating shell.
Preferably, guide rods are arranged at four corners of the mounting plate, and the top ends of the guide rods movably penetrate out from the top ends of the accommodating shells.
Preferably, the top end of the mounting plate is provided with a buffer rod, the bottom of the screw rod extends upwards to form a buffer cavity, the buffer rod is arranged in the buffer cavity through a buffer spring, and a pull rod is arranged between two guide rods on each side.
Preferably, the buffer rod is provided with a limiting block, and a limiting groove matched with the limiting block is formed in the buffer cavity.
Preferably, through holes are formed in the positions, opposite to the napping rods, of the bottom end of the accommodating shell, cleaning sleeves are arranged at the through holes in a downward extending mode, the napping rods movably penetrate out of the cleaning sleeves, and the positions, in contact with the napping rods, of the bottom end of the cleaning sleeve are in a diameter-reducing mode.
Preferably, storage grooves are formed in two sides of the storage shell, an installation rod is movably arranged in each storage groove, a lantern ring is rotatably arranged on the installation rod, a roughening roller is movably arranged in the lantern ring, the roughening roller is rotatably arranged on an installation frame with one side being open, and the lantern ring is detachably connected with the installation frame.
Preferably, a fixing frame is arranged on the lantern ring, the fixing frame is sleeved outside the mounting frame in a sliding mode, and a locking bolt is arranged on the fixing frame.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that the height-adjustable mounting plate is arranged in the accommodating shell, the purpose of adjusting the extension amount of the napping rod from the bottom of the accommodating shell can be achieved by adjusting the position of the mounting plate, so that the napping depth is adjusted, different use requirements are met, and the invention is simple and convenient to operate, high in flexibility and high in practicability.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the roughening device for processing a concrete precast slab comprises a containing shell 1, wherein the inside of the containing shell 1 is of a hollow structure, a height-adjustable mounting plate 2 is arranged in the containing shell, a plurality of roughening rods 3 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate 2, the bottom ends of the roughening rods 3 movably penetrate through the containing shell 1 and are positioned below the containing shell 1, the positions of the mounting plate 2 are adjusted, the stretching length of the roughening rods 3 out of the containing shell 1 can be achieved, and therefore the roughening depth adjustment is achieved.
Further, the middle part of the top end of the mounting plate 2 is provided with a screw 5, the top of the screw 5 extends to the upper part of the top of the accommodating shell 1 and is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw cylinder 6 rotatably arranged at the top of the accommodating shell 1, lifting of the screw 5 can be realized by rotating the adjusting screw cylinder 6, and further the napping rod 3 is driven to lift, so that the adjustment of the stretching amount of the napping rod 3 at the bottom of the accommodating shell 1 is completed, different use requirements are met, and the use flexibility of the novel napping machine is enhanced.
