Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical sealing, in particular to a sealed bearing box used under a spraying working condition.
Background
The bearing housing is a housing part that acts to support and lubricate the bearings, while also withstanding the axial and radial forces generated by the apparatus during operation. In devices having a shaft or roller, the shaft and roller are typically supported for rotation by bearings which are mounted in a bearing housing that is filled with lubricating oil. In the working process, the lubricating oil lubricates the bearing and the internal gear, so that the tightness of the bearing box needs to be fully ensured.
The bearing housing is typically sealed in two ways, an oil seal and a labyrinth seal. However, these two sealing methods are not ideal for bearing boxes, gear boxes or speed reducers which are located in the injection range of cooling media (such as emulsion, rolling oil, water, etc.) such as rolling mills and cleaning devices. Because the corrosiveness of the cooling medium is strong, the oil seal is easy to age, and the service life is short. The labyrinth seal sealing mode has higher precision requirements on processing and assembly, and the working environment on site is generally severe, the vibration is serious, the labyrinth seal is easy to wear, and the sealing effect of the labyrinth seal is further reduced. The bearing box can not be fully sealed and protected by the oil seal and the labyrinth seal, and cooling medium easily enters the bearing box body, so that the performance of lubricating oil is reduced, and the gear and the bearing are lack of lubrication or poor in lubrication, so that the service lives of the gear and the bearing are shortened, parts are required to be frequently replaced in the subsequent use process, and the operation efficiency of equipment is severely restricted.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a bearing housing that has good sealability, long service life, and is less affected by environmental factors.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a sealed bearing box used under a spraying working condition, which aims to solve the problems that the existing bearing box is easy to seal and lose efficacy, and the external cooling medium is easy to enter the bearing box to cause the performance of lubricating oil to be reduced, so that the bearing and the gear lose efficacy due to poor lubrication.
The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical means:

Further, the sealing ring is composed of two semicircular sealing sub-rings, the two sealing sub-rings can be enclosed to form a complete sealing ring, and the threaded hole is formed in the middle of the sealing sub-rings.
By means of the structural design, the installation, replacement and maintenance of the sealing ring are facilitated, the situation that the bearing is required to be pulled out for installation when the framework oil seal is assembled and replaced can be avoided, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.
Further, the seal ring is in interference fit with the roller.
With such a structural design, the inflow of external cooling medium from the gap between the inner bore of the seal ring and the roller can be prevented.
Further, the sealing ring is made of a metal material.
By means of the structural design, emulsion can be effectively prevented from corroding the sealing ring, and the service lives of the sealing ring and the sealing bearing box are prolonged.
Further, a baffle is arranged at one end, close to the roller, of the upper side of the gland.
By adopting the structural design, part of cooling medium can be blocked by the baffle plate, so that the contact between the cooling medium and the sealing ring and the upper and lower sealing grooves is reduced.
Further, the upper sealing groove is provided with a small chamfer inclined inwards, the lower sealing groove is provided with a large chamfer inclined outwards, and the angle of the large chamfer inclined outwards is 45 degrees.
The structure design has better sealing effect and lower requirement on installation precision, and external cooling medium is not easy to enter the upper sealing groove and the lower sealing groove and is not easy to stay, so that the cooling medium entering the upper sealing groove and the lower sealing groove can be discharged rapidly.
Further, the upper side of the box body is provided with a pin, and the lower side of the gland is provided with a limiting hole corresponding to the position of the pin.
By means of the structural design, the guide can be carried out through the pin, the installation difficulty is reduced, the installation accuracy is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the gland can be prevented from crushing the sealing ring during gland installation.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. The sealing bearing box for the spraying working condition is provided with the gland, the upper sealing groove, the lower sealing groove, the sealing ring, the threaded hole, the annular shutoff plate, the sealing sub-ring and the baffle, so that external cooling medium can be effectively prevented from entering the bearing box, the lubricating oil performance is not reduced or emulsified, the bearing and the gear can be fully lubricated and maintained, the service life of the bearing and the gear is further prolonged, the equipment failure time is shortened, and the equipment operation efficiency is improved.
2. Compared with oil seals and labyrinth seals, the sealing bearing box for the spraying working condition is more convenient to install and maintain, the sealing rings can be replaced without extracting the bearings, and the maintenance efficiency of equipment is greatly improved. The invention can completely replace oil seals and labyrinth seals, and solves the problems that the oil seals are easy to be corroded and aged by cooling media, the labyrinth seals have higher precision requirements, and are not suitable for severe places such as larger vibration.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the sealed bearing box for the spraying working condition comprises a box body 1, a roller 3 and a bearing 2 arranged on the left side of the box body 1, wherein the roller 3 is rotationally connected with the bearing 2, and the right end of the roller 3 extends into the box body 1 through the bearing 2 and is fixedly connected with a gear 4. The upper side of the box body 1 is provided with a gland 5, the lower side of the gland 5 is matched with the box body 1 and the bearing 2, the upper side of the box body 1 is provided with a pin, the lower side of the gland 5 is provided with a limiting hole corresponding to the position of the pin, the gland 5 is detachably connected with the box body 1 through a bolt, and a sealing rubber ring is further arranged between the gland 5 and the box body 1. A baffle 12 is fixedly connected to one end of the upper side of the gland 5, which is close to the roller 3. An upper sealing groove 6 is formed in the left side of the gland 5, a small inward-inclined chamfer is formed in the upper sealing groove 6, a lower sealing groove 7 corresponding to the upper sealing groove 6 is formed in the left side of the box body 1, a large outward-inclined chamfer is formed in the lower sealing groove 7, and the outward-inclined angle of the large chamfer is 45 degrees. The upper seal groove 6 and the lower seal groove 7 are internally provided with the same seal ring 8, and the seal ring 8 of the embodiment is made of a metal material.
The sealing ring 8 is in interference fit with the roller 3, an annular shutoff plate 10 is arranged on the circumferential side of one end, far away from the roller 3, of the sealing ring 8, and an inward inclined shutoff protrusion is arranged on the outer edge of the annular shutoff plate 10 on the side facing the roller 3. The sealing ring 8 and the annular shutoff plate 10 are integrally formed, the sealing ring 8 is composed of two semicircular sealing sub-rings 11, the two sealing sub-rings 11 are symmetrically arranged, and the two sealing sub-rings 11 can be enclosed into a complete sealing ring 8. Threaded holes 9 are formed in the middle of the two sealing subrings 11, and the sealing subrings 11 are fixedly connected with the rollers 3 through screws.
The sealed bearing housing of the present invention is used instead of the bearing housing in the range of injection of cooling medium (e.g., emulsion, rolling oil, water, etc.), and is installed in the above-described connection manner. In the use process, the sealed bearing box disclosed by the invention always maintains good sealing performance, can prevent external cooling medium from entering the bearing box, does not reduce the performance of lubricating oil, and can fully lubricate and maintain the bearing 2 and the gear 4.
The principle of good sealing performance is as follows:
1) The baffle 12 on the upper side of the gland 5 primarily blocks the cooling medium, so that the contact between the cooling medium and the sealing ring 8, the upper sealing groove 6 and the lower sealing groove 7 is reduced;
2) The sealing ring 8 is in interference fit with the roller 3, so that external cooling medium can be prevented from flowing in from a gap between the inner hole of the sealing ring 8 and the roller 3;
3) The sealing ring 8 is made of metal, so that emulsion corrosion can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the sealing ring 8 is prolonged;
4) The sealing ring 8 is fixedly connected with an annular shutoff plate 10, and the annular shutoff plate 10 is provided with an inward inclined shutoff protrusion which can block cooling medium flowing to the joint of the roller 3 and the box body 1;
5) The upper sealing groove 6 is formed in the left side of the gland 5, the upper sealing groove 6 is matched with the sealing ring 8, the sealing effect is further improved, the lower sealing groove 7 is formed in the left side of the box body 1, and the lower sealing groove 7 guides the flowing cooling medium to the outside of the box body 1, so that the cooling medium is difficult to stay at the joint of the roller 3 and the box body 1.
When the sealed bearing box is used for a period of time, if the sealing ring 8 needs to be replaced, the gland 5 is removed, then the screw is taken out from the threaded hole 9 of the sealing ring 8, the fixed state of the sealing ring 8 and the roller 3 is released, then the two old sealing sub-rings 11 are removed for replacement, and after the replacement is finished, the gland 5 is reinstalled.
