Kitchen tableware sterilizing and cleaning cabinet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disinfection cabinets, in particular to a kitchen tableware sterilizing and cleaning cabinet.
Background
The application of high-temperature sterilization in various fields is quite wide, including kitchen appliances and the like, and sterilization cabinets carrying high-temperature sterilization technology are widely used for sterilizing bacteria, so that the sterilization capability of the high-temperature sterilization cabinet is obvious in a plurality of technical iterations, but from the aspect of the configuration of the high-temperature sterilization cabinet, there is a place to be perfected, namely, from the aspect of personnel feedback, when sterilization is carried out on different numbers of tableware in a limited and unchanged high-temperature chamber, the energy consumption ratio is different, for example, when only one tableware needs to be treated, the energy consumed by the tableware after proper sterilization is far greater than the energy consumed by a plurality of tableware during combined sterilization, so that personnel purposefully change the space size to reduce the energy consumption expenditure, but the mode of changing the space size is limited to the self-regulation of personnel, the level of the objects is not or is difficult to be combined with the order of the self-adaptation of the space size, and the high-temperature sterilization technology for a plurality of iterations is poor on the use level, and therefore, the kitchen tableware cleaning and sterilizing cabinet is proposed.

Detailed Description
In order that the manner in which the above recited features, objects and advantages of the present invention are obtained, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings. Based on the examples in the embodiments, those skilled in the art can obtain other examples without making any inventive effort, which fall within the scope of the invention.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In this embodiment, a kitchen tableware sterilizing and cleaning cabinet is provided, and the main body of the kitchen tableware sterilizing and cleaning cabinet is a cabinet main body 9 with diamond-shaped chambers, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the diamond-shaped chambers extend outwards to the cabinet main body 9 along the length direction of the cabinet main body 9 to form a second opening 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a space adjusting member comprising a plurality of frame plates 6 and a coupling buckle 7 is disposed in a diamond-shaped chamber, for the space adjusting member, first, each frame plate 6 corresponds to each wall of the diamond-shaped chamber, and in addition, the adjacent frame plates 6 are connected by the coupling buckle 7 and are allowed to rotate with each other, and it is noted that a gap is provided between the adjacent frame plates 6, thereby, two opposite and elastic curved plates 10 (curved plates 10 are arched to the corresponding frame plates 6) are disposed with respect to the center line of the diamond-shaped chamber, and the two opposite curved plates 10 are passed through the gap between the adjacent frame plates 6 located at the lowermost end portion and are coupled to the corners of the diamond-shaped chamber.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1-5, the second extension plate 8 is combined with the other ends of the two curved plates 10, so that the second extension plate 8 passes through the gap between the adjacent frame plates 6 at the second opening 5 and extends outwards, and thus, a carrier is erected between the two curved plates 10 to place tableware, so that the combined weight of the tableware and the carrier presses against the two curved plates 10 to adjust the included angle of the two curved plates 10, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of tableware (not shown in the drawings) are placed on the carrier, thereby, the weight is transferred to the curved plates 10, so that the curved plates 10 face the corresponding frame plates 6 to approach to bend, and in bending, the included angle between the two curved plates 10 is increased, and after the included angle is increased, the adjacent frame plates 6 touch the curved plates 10 to form a barrier, and the space adjusting member is adapted to the space corresponding to the weight by combining the conditions such as the spacing between the connecting points of the adjacent frame plates 6 cannot be changed.
The following describes how a kitchen ware sterilization and cleaning cabinet is combined with the principle that the weight is adaptive to the size of the space:
① The larger the number of the tableware is, the larger the combined weight of the tableware and the carrier is, and conversely, the smaller the number of the tableware is, the smaller the combined weight of the tableware and the carrier is, so that the core of the embodiment is that the space size is controlled by combining the weight of the tableware;
② The included angle between the curved plates 10 is a key parameter for adjusting the space, in this embodiment, the included angle between the curved plates 10 is positively related to the pressing weight of the carrier, so that the more the number of tableware is (the more the tableware is theoretically, the greater the weight is), the larger the included angle between the curved plates 10 is, the larger the space surrounded by the plurality of frame plates 6 is, until the amount of space is as shown in fig. 4, and conversely, the smaller the number of tableware is, the smaller the included angle between the curved plates 10 is, and the smaller the space surrounded by the plurality of frame plates 6 is;
③ The space size is the inverse relation with the air heating speed in the space, namely, the larger the space is, the slower the air heating speed in the space is, and conversely, the smaller the space is, the faster the air heating speed in the space is, so, when only a small amount of tableware needs high-temperature sterilization, the space volume adapted by the embodiment can rapidly heat the tableware, thereby reducing energy consumption.
Description of specific configuration of the vehicle:
Referring to fig. 6, the carrier is a rack 11 mounted on two curved plates 10 and a rod 12 mounted at the bottom of the rack 11 and penetrating the curved plates 10, and it should be noted that the rack 11 is in a flat plate structure, which is in line contact with the curved plates 10, so as to sensitively apply the perceived weight to the curved plates 10, and facilitate the corresponding configuration adjustment of the curved plates 10, referring to fig. 7, a rod slot 14 extending along the length direction of the curved plates 10 is provided at the position where the rod 12 penetrates the curved plates 10, and the rod slot 14 is used for limiting the rack 11 to slide along the length direction of the curved plates 10.
The carrier may also be a circular bracket, a V-shaped bracket, which is mounted on two curved plates 10, but which requires the installation of the insert rod 12, and also requires the insertion of the insert rod 12 into the insert rod slot 14, regardless of the bracket.
Description of the combination of the curved plate 10 and the second extension plate 8:
The second extension board 8 is a hard board, and is combined with the curved board 10 to serve as a supporting end of the curved board 10, so that the curved board 10 bows towards the frame boards 6, in addition, the second extension board 8 can be preferably made of heat insulation material, namely, the second extension board 8 with heat insulation effect can avoid taking away heat in a space surrounded by a plurality of frame boards 6 after being combined with the curved board 10, of course, the second extension board 8 can also be made of heat conduction material, namely, in actual use, an external heating task is adopted, for example, a filling appliance such as a bowl or basin is preheated in winter to keep the flavor of dishes, in addition, the rag can be dried in an external way, and the second extension board 8 can not be pulled out from a gap between the adjacent frame boards 6.
The embodiment is designed around the new design, and the cabinet main body 9 is correspondingly adjusted, the adjustment comprises the steps of arranging the first opening 2 communicated with the diamond-shaped chamber along the width direction of the cabinet main body 9, and installing the door frame 4 covering the diamond-shaped chamber at the first opening 2, wherein the door frame 4 is internally hinged with the door plate 3, and when the door plate 3 is rotated, the space enclosed in the space adjusting piece is communicated with the outside environment and is closed.
In addition, the first extension board 1 is installed at the door frame 4, so that the first extension board 1 covers the opening exposed when the space adjusting piece extends at the second opening 5.
In this embodiment, the heat plate 13 is embedded at the frame plate 6, and the heat plate 13 is directed into the space surrounded by the plurality of frame plates 6.
In the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature "above" or "below" a second feature may include both the first and second features being in direct contact, as well as the first and second features not being in direct contact but being in contact with each other through additional features therebetween.
