本申请提供了一种移动性测量方法及装置,以有助于解决现有技术中终端设备移动性测量有效性问题。该方法包括:网络设备向终端设备发送消息,该消息包含多套测量配置信息;终端设备基于当前位置和/或当前时间,将来自网络设备的多套测量配置中的一套用于移动性测量。通过该方法,提高了移动性测量的有效性,从而有利于终端设备获得好的服务。
