The lifting and descending of the invention are carried out by a lifting steel wire rope special for the steel-concrete fan tower tied on the suspension platform 1 during working. As shown in fig. 4, the expansion principle of the invention is that the windlass 8 rotates clockwise, the expansion force is transmitted through the steel wire rope I9, so that the sliding table 2 moves back along the guide rail on the suspension platform provided with the windlass 8, the distance between the adjacent suspension platforms 1 is increased, the integral expansion of the invention is achieved, and the expansion mechanism is suitable for the increase of the peripheral size of a fan tower.
As shown in fig. 5, the principle of the shrinkage of the present invention is that the windlass 8 rotates counterclockwise, the shrinkage force is transmitted through the wire rope II10, the two suspension platforms 1 adjacent to the suspension platform mounted with the windlass 8 are pulled to approach the suspension platform mounted with the windlass 8, the sliding table 2 advances on the guide rail of the suspension platform 1 mounted with the windlass 8, so that the interval between the adjacent suspension platforms 1 is reduced, the whole shrinkage of the present invention is achieved, and the present invention is suitable for the shrinkage of the peripheral size of the fan tower.
