Background
In the traditional web printing work, when a roll of paper is printed, the printer is stopped, a new roll of paper is replaced, the new paper and the old paper are manually bonded, the speed is low, tension changes due to the stopping of the machine, the registration of various color groups generates deviation, and the printed matter is unqualified, so that after restarting, a printing master is required to register again, and paper is wasted. The butt-joint type unreeling and paper-receiving machine solves the problems, and can automatically finish the bonding of new and old paper rolls under the condition that the printing machine is not stopped.

The invention aims at providing a non-stop coil receiving device aiming at the existing state of the art, wherein a machine set is automatically designed, and the production efficiency is comprehensively improved.
The non-stop coil receiving equipment comprises a frame, a tape pasting device, a cutter device, an adsorption clamping device, a paper pulling device and a lifting device, and is characterized in that the tape pasting device is arranged on the frame, a slicing device is arranged above the tape pasting device, the adsorption clamping device is arranged above and below the tape pasting device, the cutter device is arranged between the adsorption clamping device above and the tape pasting device, the pressing device above the adsorption clamping device is arranged on the frame, the lifting device arranged on the frame drives the tape pasting device and the cutter device to move up and down along a guide rail, and the paper pulling device is arranged at the left end and the right end of the frame.

The invention has the beneficial effects that the coil receiving equipment clamps the packaging base materials by using the upper and lower groups of adsorption clamping devices, then the new packaging base materials and the old packaging base materials are connected by the tape pasting device, and the equipment completes the replacement action of a new coil of packaging base materials under the condition of no shutdown, so that the equipment can continuously run, the coil exchanging process adopts mechanical automation, the design improves the precision and the automation degree of the equipment, thereby reducing the manpower and material resources of manufacturers and improving the production efficiency and the product quality of the equipment.

The driving motor drives each roller set to rotate through the gear wheel and the belt so as to pull the packaging film, and the controller is electrically connected with each mechanical part so as to control the mechanical parts to reasonably operate and effectively complete each mechanical action.
New and old packaging films are respectively pulled into the equipment from the feeding roller groups on the left side and the right side of the frame, the new and old packaging films are sequentially pulled to the lower adsorption clamping device, the adhesive tape pasting device, the cutter device and the upper adsorption clamping device, then the new packaging films are pulled to the paper pulling device on the same side, and the old packaging films are still continuously transported upwards from the top middle pressing device to the next station.
