Description

Medical anti-infection collecting bag with good sealing performance and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging bags, in particular to a medical anti-infection collecting bag with good sealing performance and application thereof.
Background
Hospitals are well known places for doctors to cure diseases and rescue people, and are also places where various patients are gathered, and patients suffering from infectious diseases are not spent. A large number of contaminated (body fluid, blood, excrement, germs) medical articles (such as patient's washcloths, bedclothes, nursing articles, medical appliances, etc.) are also produced in the treatment and nursing of patients. These medical articles, if not handled properly, can easily cause cross-contamination between patients, between patients and medical personnel, and even to the public. The best method for disposing the contaminated medical articles is to sterilize the production place and to perform sealing, packaging and isolation treatment on the contaminated medical articles in place, and the packaging bags of the contaminated medical articles are opened as little as possible after the contaminated medical articles are carried out. Workers should wear special anti-infective clothing and protective clothing when touching non-enclosed and packaged polluted medical articles so as to minimize the infection and spread of diseases. The infection problem also exists during the collection and washing of hotel guest clothing.
When medical staff collects contaminated medical articles, the medical staff usually adopts cloth bags or common plastic bags for packaging, however, when the cloth bags or the common plastic bags are used as the packages of the contaminated medical articles, great pollution hidden danger is brought to the medical staff (1), the dry cloth bags do not have tightness, so germs or viruses can still diffuse and spread through air in the process of collecting, transporting, washing and sterilizing the contaminated medical articles; (2) When the common plastic packaging bag is used for packaging the polluted medical articles, medical staff need to open the plastic packaging bag to take out the polluted medical articles when washing and sterilizing the polluted medical articles, and the process can increase the infection to the medical staff and the pollution opportunity to workplaces.
Patent CN2008201895201 discloses a sewage treatment bag, which comprises a bag body for containing objects, wherein the bag body is formed by mutually bonding a water-soluble PVA film and a common plastic film, can effectively treat sewage in public places such as hospitals or hotels, and prevent cross infection and secondary pollution, but the PVA film is exposed on the outer surface of the bag body, so that the bag body is easily influenced by contact of external wet objects, and has poor reliability. Patent CN2009200590450 discloses a fabric washing disposal bag, the bag body is formed by sewing one or more than one tubular or sheet-shaped water-insoluble film with water-soluble thread, the bag is made by sewing the edge with sewing thread, and the leakage of pollution source in the bag inevitably occurs because the bag body cannot be sealed. Patent CN2009200590465 discloses a fabric washing disposal bag with binding bands, the bag body is a full water-soluble film material bag body, which is unfavorable for containing fabrics which are biased to be moist or polluted by water liquid. Patent CN201120227164X discloses a polluted fabric treatment bag, the bag is a double-layer structure, the bag body of the outer bag is sewn by a sewing machine, the bag body of the inner bag is made of a water-soluble film material, and the bag body of the inner bag is leaked and spread by the pollution source in the bag as long as the content of the bag slightly wets the inner bag.
Therefore, the development of a collection bag particularly suitable for the collection of contaminated objects of a heavily infectious, air-borne infection source is an urgent problem to be solved at present.

Further preferably, the length of the film strip is consistent with that of the film bag body.
The film narrow band with a certain width can effectively keep the firmness of the bag body, can be quickly dissolved when being cleaned, and has good use effect. The inventors have found that if the film is too narrow, it may cause the bag to break at a slower rate during cleaning; the narrow band of film may affect the firmness of the bag during storage. Only in the narrow band of the film with a specific width range, the collecting bag has better firmness when being stored and can be broken when being put into a washing machine for cleaning, thereby being convenient for cleaning clothes and the like.
Further preferably, the number of the thin film strips is 2.

The two sides of the bag body film are respectively folded inwards, and the water-soluble film narrow band is arranged between the folded parts of the two film bag bodies, and the two film bag bodies are bonded through the strip-shaped film adhesive layer to form the collecting bag. The inventor finds that, because the two sides of the film of the bag body are folded inwards, and the film narrow band close to the inner part of the bag body is covered by the folded part of the water-insoluble plastic bag body, when the collecting bag collects articles, the film narrow band can be prevented from being directly contacted by wet articles in the bag, and the strength of the bag body is ensured not to be damaged. When the collecting bag is in the washing machine, the bag generates tension due to the outward acting force of the internal wet matters, the connecting part of the bag body is further unfolded, water is further eroded by the water-soluble film narrow band, the water-soluble film narrow band contacted with the water loses mechanical property after absorbing water and is gradually unfolded, and then the two layers of non-water-soluble film bag bodies of the collecting bag are separated, so that the wet matters run out from the cracks, and the using effect is achieved.
Further preferably, the film strip is located at a middle position of the folded portion of the film bag body.
Preferably, the adhesive at the connecting structure A is a strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a with the width of 1-200 mm; the length of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a is consistent with that of the thin film bag body; the width of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a does not exceed the width range of the thin film narrow band.
Further preferably, the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a extends upwards to the bag opening along the bottom of the thin film bag body.
Further preferably, the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a is positioned at the middle position of the thin film narrow strip.
Further preferably, the width of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a is 1-4mm.
Further preferably, the connecting structure A is located on at least one side of the film bag body.
Further preferably, the film bag body is two pieces of water-insoluble films, the connecting structures A are positioned on two sides of the film bag body, and the bottom of the film bag body is heat-sealed in a hot-melting and heat-sealing mode to form the bag.
Further preferably, the film bag body is formed by two rolls of flat unfolded single-layer films before bag making, and two sides of the film are folded inwards for 5-20cm in width for gluing after the film bag body is put on a machine; both sides of the film bag body are required to be coated with an adhesive with good water resistance.
Further preferably, the heat sealing line at the bottom of the film bag body is positioned at 1 cm to 20cm above the bag bottom.
Preferably, in order to solve the problem of poor sealing performance caused by material difference during heat sealing, the bonding structure of the film bag body further comprises a connecting structure B; the adhesive at the connecting structure B is a strip-shaped thin adhesive layer B; the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b extends upwards along the bottom of the thin film bag body and is at least 1mm higher than the position of the heat sealing line at the bottom of the bag.
Further preferably, the connecting structure B is located on at least one side of the film bag body.
Further preferably, the film bag body is two pieces of water-insoluble films, and the connecting structures B are positioned on two sides of the film bag body.
Further preferably, the length of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b is 5-10cm.
Further preferably, the length of the ribbon-shaped thin adhesive layer b is 10cm.
Further preferably, the edge of the adhesive layer on the inner side of the bag body of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b exceeds the edge of the thin film strip on the inner side of the bag body, and the other side of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b is connected with the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a in a seamless mode.
When the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer structure is heat-sealed at the bottom of the bag body, the problem of poor tightness is generated due to the difference of materials of water-soluble materials and water-insoluble materials and the thickness caused by different layers, air leakage points are easily generated at the difference junction during heat sealing of the bottom, and the firmness of the bottom of the bag is possibly caused to be insufficient, so that the possibility of penetrating the bag is generated. The inventor surprisingly found that the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b is used at the position of the heat-sealing position of the bag bottom, the width of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b is required to be larger than that of the narrow water-soluble film band, both sides of each film need to be coated and scraped, the joint of the water-insoluble film bag body and the narrow water-soluble film band can be very beneficial to the joint, the air leakage point can be avoided during heat sealing, the sealing performance of the collecting bag is improved, and the firmness of the bag bottom is further enhanced. When the anti-infection collecting bag washes medical articles, on one hand, the bonding strength can be kept when wet articles are contained, and the collecting bag is kept in a closed state; when the collecting bag is immersed in water, the collecting bag needs to be quickly disassembled to release the content for washing, and the conventional collecting bag cannot meet the two conditions. According to the bag, on the basis of a specific collecting bag structure, the edge of the adhesive layer on the inner side of the bag body, which is close to the adhesive layer, of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b exceeds the edge of the thin film on the inner side of the bag body, the other side of the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer b is seamlessly connected with the strip-shaped thin adhesive layer a, so that on one hand, the bonding strength of the collecting bag is ensured when dry and wet matters exist, the moisture resistance of the collecting bag is improved, on the other hand, the disassembly time of the collecting bag can be shortened, and the bag can be quickly disassembled within 5 minutes of immersing in liquid.
Further preferably, the edge of the adhesive layer b on the inner side of the bag body exceeds the edge of the adhesive layer on the inner side of the bag body by 3-10mm.
Further preferably, the edge of the adhesive layer b on the inner side of the bag body exceeds the edge of the adhesive layer on the inner side of the bag body by 5mm.
Preferably, the adhesive is at least one of polyurethane hot melt adhesive, EVA hot melt adhesive, polyester hot melt adhesive, polyamide hot melt adhesive and rubber hot melt adhesive. The preferred gluing agent of this application coats in the anti-infection collecting bag of specific structure, and the anti-infection collecting bag of gained can keep sealed effect under non-washing condition, can disintegrate fast, no colloid remains under the washing process, all presents best effect at different action stages, to the suppression of epidemic situation under the new crown epidemic situation background, the blocking of virus all has positive meaning.
The second aspect of the invention provides the application of the novel anti-infection collecting bag, comprising the application of the collecting bag in sealed transportation, sealed washing and sealed storage.
The beneficial effects are that:
(1) The two sides of the water-insoluble film of the collecting bag body are respectively folded inwards, the water-soluble film narrow band is arranged between the two water-insoluble bag body film bag bodies, the water-soluble plastic narrow band close to the inner parts of the bag bodies is covered by the folded parts of the water-insoluble plastic bag bodies, and when the collecting bag is used, the water-soluble film narrow band can be effectively prevented from being directly contacted by wet matters in the bag, the strength of the bag body is ensured not to be damaged, and the collecting bag has high firmness.
