1. The hot-pressing composite board production equipment comprises a frame (1) and is characterized by comprising a hot-pressing frame (2), a hot-pressing assembly (3), a driving motor (5), a conveying assembly, a lifting base (10), a lifting cylinder (11) and a lifting table (12);
the hot pressing frame (2) and the lifting base (10) are arranged on the frame (1); the hot pressing frame (2) is positioned above the lifting table (12); the hot pressing assembly (3) is arranged on the hot pressing frame (2);
the conveying components for conveying the materials (18) are arranged on the frames (1) at two sides of the lifting table (12), and are driven by the driving motor (5); the lifting base (10) driven by the lifting cylinder (11) is arranged on the lifting table (12) in a sliding way;
the material (18) is arranged on the conveying assembly, and the material (18) is positioned between the lifting table (12) and the hot pressing assembly (3).

The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hot-pressing assembly (3) comprises a hot-pressing cylinder (19), a rotary seat (20), a hot-pressing plate (24) and a hot-pressing plate handle (25); the cylinder body end of the hot-pressing cylinder (19) is arranged on the hot-pressing frame (2), and the piston end of the hot-pressing cylinder (19) is rotationally connected with the rotating seat (20); the hot pressing plate (24) is arranged on the rotating seat (20), and the hot pressing plate (24) is positioned above the lifting table (12); the hot pressing plate handle (25) is arranged on the hot pressing plate (24); the hot pressing frame (2) is provided with a hot pressing groove corresponding to the hot pressing plate (24).

The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the hot-pressing assembly (3) further comprises a hot-pressing plate mount (21) and a fixing bolt (22); the hot pressing plate (24) is detachably arranged on the hot pressing plate mounting seat (21) through a fixing bolt (22); the hot pressing plate mounting seat (21) is arranged on the rotating seat (20).
4. The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hot-pressing assembly (3) further comprises a protective baffle (26); the protection baffle (26) is arranged at one end of the hot pressing frame (2) close to the lifting table (12).

The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveying assembly comprises a drive sprocket (6), a drive roller (7), a driven roller (8) and a drive belt (9); one end of a driving chain wheel (6) is arranged on the driving motor (5), and the other end of the driving chain wheel (6) is arranged on the driving roller (7); the driving roller (7) and the driven roller (8) are respectively and rotatably arranged at two ends of the lifting table (12); the two ends of the driving belt (9) are respectively arranged on the driving roller (7) and the driven roller (8).
6. The hot-pressed composite board production equipment according to claim 5, wherein two transmission belts (9) are arranged, and the two transmission belts (9) are respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting table (12).

The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a buffer frame (13) and a buffer seat (14); the buffer frame (13) is arranged at one end of the lifting table (12) close to the hot pressing frame (2); the buffer seat (14) is arranged on the buffer frame (13).

The hot-pressed composite board production apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an adjusting cylinder (15), a carriage (16) and a guide roller (17); the cylinder body end of the adjusting cylinder (15) is arranged on the lifting base (10); the sliding frame (16) is arranged at the piston end of the adjusting cylinder (15), and the sliding frame (16) is arranged on the lifting base (10) in a sliding manner; the guide roller (17) is rotatably arranged on the sliding frame (16).
9. An apparatus for producing a hot-pressed composite board according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the steps of:
s1, preheating a hot-pressing assembly (3), and conveying a material (18) to be hot-pressed onto a transmission belt (9) through a front-end conveying production line of production equipment;
s2, when the material (18) is driven by the driving motor (5) and the driving chain wheel (6) to drive the material (18) to reach the lower part of the hot pressing groove of the hot pressing frame (2), stopping the driving motor (5), starting the lifting cylinder (11) and driving the lifting table (12) and the material (18) to rise;
s3, starting the hot pressing assembly (3), and driving the hot pressing plate (24) to be close to the material (18) by using the hot pressing cylinder (19), so as to hot press the material (18) between the lifting table (12) and the hot pressing plate (24);
s4, after the hot pressing is finished, resetting the lifting table (12), and rotating the transmission belt (9) again to drive the material (18) to pass through the guide roller (17) and then to be conveyed to a downstream material outlet assembly line of the production equipment;
s5, adjusting the position of the hot pressing plate (24) by utilizing the rotating seat (20), so that the position between the hot pressing plate (24) and the material (18) corresponds.
