Based on embodiment 1, this embodiment describes a specific structure of a liquid spraying assembly in a polishing table for pump processing, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the liquid spraying assembly includes a side plate body 13 and a liquid cylinder 14 disposed on the surface of the side plate body 13, a pushing mechanism and a spray pipe 15 are respectively mounted at the upper and lower ends of the outer side of the liquid cylinder 14, the pushing mechanism is connected with a crankshaft matched with a suction fan 18 through a belt transmission, a spray nozzle 16 is detachably mounted on the free end of the spray pipe 15, the spray nozzle 16 at the position can be replaced, and the spray nozzle 16 is prevented from being blocked by scale after long-time use;
the top end of the liquid cylinder 14 is provided with a liquid injection port 17, the inner cavity of the liquid cylinder 14, the pushing mechanism and the spray pipe 15 are all kept in a communicated state, a user can open the liquid injection port 17, water is added into the liquid cylinder 14, and after the pushing mechanism is opened, the water in the liquid cylinder 14 can be pushed into the spray pipe 15 until the water is sprayed out from the spray head 16, so that dust fall treatment on a grinding area is completed;
the pushing mechanism comprises a rotary table 20, a pressing cylinder 22 and a piston rod piece 23, wherein the rotary table 20 is rotatably assembled on the surface of the side plate body 13, a transmission column 21 is welded at the edge position of the upper surface of the rotary table 20, the pressing cylinder 22 is assembled on the surface of the liquid cylinder 14, the piston rod piece 23 is telescopically assembled in the pressing cylinder 22, and the free end of the piston rod piece 23 is rotatably connected with the transmission column 21; the piston rod piece 23 comprises a inserted link and a connecting rod which are connected through a rotating shaft, the inserted link is positioned in the pressure cylinder 22, the connecting rod is connected with the transmission column 21 through the rotating shaft, and the specific structure of the piston rod piece 23 can be seen by referring to fig. 5;
the rotary table 20 rotates to drive the transmission column 21 to integrally rotate, the distance between the transmission column 21 and the liquid cylinder 14 is circularly shortened and lengthened, the transmission column 21 at the moment can drive the piston rod piece 23 to reciprocate, and then the extrusion treatment of the water in the pressure cylinder 22 can be completed, and finally the water in the pressure cylinder 22 is pushed into the spray pipe 15;
by adopting the technical scheme:
the polishing motor 10 drives the polishing ball head 11 to finish polishing treatment on the pump, and meanwhile, the polishing motor 10 drives the suction piece 12 to rotate and simultaneously drives the rotary table 20 to rotate, so that the piston rod piece 23 moves in the pressing cylinder 22 in a reciprocating manner, pushing treatment on water in the liquid cylinder 14 is finished, dust fall treatment on a lower polishing area is finally realized, and the practicability of the whole design is embodied.
Example 3
Based on embodiment 1, this embodiment describes a specific structure of a clamping assembly in a polishing table for pump processing, as shown in fig. 6, the clamping assembly is mounted on a surface of a workbench 1 and is located right below the polishing assembly, and the clamping assembly includes a slideway 5 and a clamping table 7 for assembling the slideway 5 surface, the clamping table 7 is used for positioning a pump to be processed, and ensuring stability of the pump in the processing process;
the surface of the clamping table 7 is provided with a plurality of rotating rods 24 provided with torsion springs, clamping pieces 25 are welded on the outer surface of the rotating rods 24, the clamping pieces 25 are always positioned in the upper area of the clamping table 7, one side of the surface of the clamping pieces 25, which faces the center of the clamping table 7, is provided with V-shaped grooves, and the V-shaped grooves are used for positioning matched connecting plates on a pump body;
by adopting the technical scheme:
the clamping table 7 surface of the clamping table is used for placing the pump body, the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring is utilized for folding each rotating rod 24 to deflect, the V-shaped groove of the clamping piece 25 is utilized for positioning a matched connecting plate on the pump body, and the position stability of the pump body during polishing treatment is ensured.
As can be seen from the above embodiments 1 to 3:
through the polishing subassembly, suction piece 12 and the hydrojet subassembly of design mutual transmission formula connection, the motor 10 that polishes in utilizing the polishing subassembly can drive suction piece 12 and accomplish the suction that produces the dust when polishing and handle, also can drive hydrojet subassembly simultaneously and accomplish continuous type spraying and handle, avoid the dust that produces too much and pollute the environment, whole course of working all is in the cover body 2, further guaranteed working process's security, the problem that the dust catcher or atomizer need be set up and cause whole equipment cost too high when polishing the platform when removing dust has been solved to the tradition, the integral design benefit of this application has practiced thrift equipment cost.

Claims (9)
1. A polishing table for pump processing, comprising:
a work table (1);
the cover body (2) is covered above the workbench (1), and a control mechanism (4) for controlling the whole grinding table is arranged on the surface of the cover body (2);
the polishing assembly is arranged on the surface of the workbench (1) and comprises a driving mechanism and a polishing motor (10), a suction piece (12) in transmission connection with the polishing motor (10) is arranged on the side of the polishing motor (10), and a polishing ball head (11) is arranged at the output end of the polishing motor (10); the driving mechanism comprises a portal frame (3), a transverse driving mechanism (8) and a longitudinal driving mechanism (9), wherein the transverse driving mechanism (8) is arranged on the surface of the portal frame (3) and is used as a power source of the longitudinal driving mechanism (9), and the longitudinal driving mechanism (9) is used for driving a polishing motor (10);
the clamping assembly is arranged on the surface of the workbench (1) and is positioned right below the polishing assembly, and comprises a slideway (5) and a clamping table (7) for assembling the surface of the slideway (5), wherein the clamping table (7) is used for positioning a pump to be processed;
the side of the driving mechanism is also provided with a liquid spraying assembly, the polishing motor (10) is in transmission connection with the liquid spraying assembly, and a spray head (16) matched with the liquid spraying assembly faces the polishing ball head (11).

A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the area formed between the inner cavity of the cover body (2) and the workbench (1) is used for placing a pump to be processed, the front side of the cover body (2) is provided with a processing opening (6), and a transparent cover body is arranged on the processing opening (6).

A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the transverse driving mechanism (8), the longitudinal driving mechanism (9) and the slideway (5) respectively correspond to an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis in a three-axis coordinate system; the horizontal driving mechanism (8) drives the longitudinal driving mechanism (9) to linearly move on the X axis, the longitudinal driving mechanism (9) drives the polishing motor (10) to linearly move on the Y axis, and the clamping table (7) can linearly move on the Z axis.

A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 1, wherein: a dust box (19) is arranged between the suction piece (12) and the polishing motor (10), a suction fan (18) is arranged in the suction piece (12), and a crankshaft matched with the suction fan (18) is connected with an output shaft of the polishing motor (10) in a transmission mode through a belt.

A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the spray assembly comprises a side plate body (13) and a liquid cylinder (14) arranged on the surface of the side plate body (13), wherein a pushing mechanism and a spray pipe (15) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer side of the liquid cylinder (14), the pushing mechanism is connected with a crankshaft matched with a suction fan (18) through a belt transmission, and a spray head (16) is detachably assembled on the free end of the spray pipe (15).
6. A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the top end of the liquid cylinder (14) is provided with a liquid injection port (17), and the inner cavity of the liquid cylinder (14) is communicated with the pushing mechanism and the spray pipe (15).

A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the pushing mechanism comprises a rotary table (20), a pressing cylinder (22) and a piston rod piece (23), wherein the rotary table (20) is rotatably assembled on the surface of the side plate body (13), a transmission column (21) is welded at the edge position of the upper surface of the rotary table (20), the pressing cylinder (22) is assembled on the surface of the liquid cylinder (14), the piston rod piece (23) is telescopically assembled in the pressing cylinder (22), and the free end of the piston rod piece (23) is rotatably connected with the transmission column (21).

A pump machining polishing table as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the piston rod piece (23) comprises an inserting rod and a connecting rod which are connected through a rotating shaft, the inserting rod is positioned in the pressing cylinder (22), and the connecting rod is connected with the transmission column (21) through the rotating shaft.
9. A polishing table for pump processing as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the clamping table (7) is provided with a plurality of rotating rods (24) provided with torsion springs on the surface, clamping pieces (25) are welded on the outer surfaces of the rotating rods (24), the clamping pieces (25) are always located in the upper area of the clamping table (7), and a V-shaped groove is formed in one side, facing the center of the clamping table (7), of the surface of each clamping piece (25).
