The turnover box type combined tobacco weighing and packing machine of the embodiment is composed of a vehicle inlet slope table 1, a vehicle outlet slope table 40, a tobacco weighing device, a tobacco compression device, a tobacco loading lifting device 16, a tobacco transferring and discharging device and a tobacco loading descending device 33, wherein the tobacco loading lifting device 16 is the same as the tobacco loading descending device 33 (the tobacco loading descending device 33 will be described as an example later), and the vehicle inlet slope table 1, the tobacco weighing device, the tobacco compression device, the tobacco loading lifting device 16, the tobacco transferring and discharging device, the tobacco loading descending device 33 and the vehicle outlet slope table 40 are sequentially arranged into a whole.
The entrance ramp 1 and the exit ramp 40 are sloped so that the loading truck 53 is pushed up the tobacco compression device and down the loading truck descent device 33.
The tobacco leaf weighing device is composed of a weighing table 2 and a weighing display screen 10, wherein the weighing display screen 10 is arranged on the left side of the upper part of the tobacco leaf compression device, so that the tobacco leaf compression device is convenient for operators to watch.
The tobacco leaf compression device consists of a compression device frame, a compression device hydraulic system, a compression device tobacco loading vehicle driving component, a compression device tobacco loading vehicle positioning electromagnet component 7, a compression device tobacco loading vehicle auxiliary positioning oil cylinder component 11 and a tobacco loading vehicle truckle protection component.
The compression device frame is composed of a compression device top frame 15, four compression device stand columns 8 and a compression device base 4, wherein the compression device base 4 is a rectangular frame surrounded by a rectangular hollow pipe, an upper panel and a lower panel are added, the four compression device stand columns 8 are respectively vertically arranged at four corners of the compression device base 4, and the compression device top frame 15 is arranged on the compression device stand columns.
The hydraulic system of the compression device is composed of a hydraulic power component of the compression device and a hydraulic component of the compression device, the hydraulic power component of the compression device is arranged on the upper part of the top frame 15 of the compression device, and the hydraulic component of the compression device is arranged on the lower part of the top frame 15 of the compression device. The hydraulic system of the compression device is the same as the hydraulic system of the transfer hydraulic system, the hydraulic power component of the compression device and the hydraulic component of the compression device, and is respectively the same as the hydraulic power component of the transfer hydraulic system and the hydraulic component of the transfer hydraulic system, and the hydraulic power component of the transfer hydraulic system, the hydraulic power component of the transfer hydraulic system and the hydraulic component of the transfer hydraulic system are taken as examples.
The driving assembly of the compression device tobacco loading vehicle consists of a compression device reducing motor 13, a pair of compression device chain driving mechanisms 6, a pair of compression device chain transmission mechanisms 12 and a compression device chain connecting mechanism 9.
The pair of compression device chain driving mechanisms 6 are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the upper parts of the inner sides of the front side and the rear side of the compression device base 4, the right ends of the compression device chain driving mechanisms are respectively connected with the upper ends of the pair of compression device chain driving mechanisms 12, the lower ends of the compression device chain driving mechanisms 12 are respectively connected with the front ends and the rear ends of the compression device chain connecting mechanisms 9 arranged at the right ends of the compression device base 4, and the compression device speed reducing motor 13 is arranged at the front upper part of the right ends of the compression device base 4 and is connected with the right ends of the front compression device chain driving mechanisms 6 and the upper ends of the front compression device chain driving mechanisms 12; the compressing device reducing motor 13 is directly transmitted to the front compressing device chain driving mechanism 6 on one hand, and is sequentially transmitted to the rear compressing device chain driving mechanism 6 through the front compressing device chain driving mechanism 12, the compressing device chain connecting mechanism 9 and the rear compressing device chain driving mechanism 12 on the other hand; a plurality of T-shaped driving pushing blocks (all not labeled in the drawing) are uniformly installed on the chain in the chain driving mechanism 6 of the compressing device, and are used for pushing the chain pushing bearing plate 74 at the lower part of the cigarette loading vehicle 53, so as to push the cigarette loading vehicle 53 to move.
The positioning electromagnet assembly 7 of the cigarette loading vehicle of the compression device is arranged at the middle left part above the chain driving mechanism 6 of the front compression device, and the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate 76 at the middle part of the front left side of the cigarette loading vehicle 53 is rapidly adsorbed by utilizing the strong magnetic force generated by electrifying the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate, so that the cigarette loading vehicle 53 is positioned.
The auxiliary positioning oil cylinder component 11 of the tobacco loading truck of the compression device is arranged at the middle right part of the upper surface of the base 4 of the compression device, the component 11 utilizes the expansion and contraction of an oil cylinder shaft to push a stop lever to vertically and horizontally swing so as to realize the secondary positioning of the tobacco loading truck 53, and the accurate position of tobacco during compression is ensured.
The tobacco loading truck truckle protection assembly is composed of a pair of tobacco loading truck truckle protection beams 5 and four sets of truckle sedimentation mechanisms 3, wherein the pair of tobacco loading truck truckle protection beams 5 are respectively arranged at the middle front part and the middle rear part above the compression device base 4 in the left-right direction, and the four sets of truckle sedimentation mechanisms 3 are respectively arranged on the compression device base 4 at the left and right sides of the front edge and the rear edge of the pair of tobacco loading truck truckle protection beams 5 to form a rectangular shape. The working principle of the castor setting mechanism 3 is that the setting plate and the spring are used for supporting before tobacco leaf compression, the spring supports the setting plate and the tobacco loading vehicle 53, when the tobacco leaf is compressed, the compression force of the oil cylinder is larger than the elasticity of the spring, the setting plate is sunk, when the bottom plate of the tobacco loading vehicle 53 is placed on the castor protection beam 5 of the tobacco loading vehicle, at the moment, the compression force of the oil cylinder is transmitted to the castor protection beam 5 of the tobacco loading vehicle and then to the base 4 of the compression device, so that the castor of the tobacco loading vehicle is protected from being damaged by overlarge pressure.
The tobacco loading truck descending device 33 is composed of a descending device base 39, four descending device upright posts 37, a descending device top seat 32, a descending device lifting table, a descending device lifting chain system, a descending device tobacco loading truck driving component 42, a descending device tobacco loading truck positioning electromagnet component 41 and a descending device guiding component, wherein the four descending device upright posts 37 are vertically arranged at four corners of the descending device base 39 respectively, and the descending device top seat 32 is arranged on the four descending device upright posts.
The lifting table of the descending device consists of a lifting table base 38 and a railing 35; the lifting platform base 38 is arranged in a cavity formed by four lifting device upright posts 37, and is formed by a rectangular frame surrounded by a rectangular hollow pipe, a panel and a bottom plate; the railing 35 is in a shape of a pi (i.e. a shape of one transverse and two vertical, which is adopted in the example for facilitating the installation of the lifting chain), and the bottoms of the two vertical railings are fixed at the left end and the right end of the rear side of the lifting platform base 38; the descender truck drive assembly 42 is identical to the compression device truck drive assembly, and thus here the descender truck drive assembly 42 is likewise mounted on the elevator base 38, and the descender truck positioning electromagnet assembly 41 is likewise mounted thereon.
The lifting chain system of the descending device is composed of a lifting gear motor 27, a lifting chain shaft 30, a pair of left and right bearing seats 28 of the lifting chain shaft and two groups of symmetrically arranged lifting chain components.
The lifting gear motor 27 is installed at the rear part of one side of the top seat 32 of the descending device, a pair of left and right bearing seats 28 of lifting chain shafts (namely, one is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side) are respectively installed at the middle left part and the middle right part of the rear side of the top seat 32 of the descending device, two ends of the lifting chain shaft 30 respectively penetrate into the left and the right bearing seats 28 of the lifting chain shaft, one end of the lifting chain shaft penetrates out and is connected with the lifting gear motor 27 (namely, the output end of the lifting gear motor 27 is connected); the lifting chain assembly is composed of a lifting chain 34, an upper chain wheel 29 and a lower chain wheel 43, wherein the two upper chain wheels 29 are respectively arranged on the lifting chain shaft 30 in a penetrating way and on the inner sides of left and right bearing seats 28 of the lifting chain shaft, the lower chain wheel 43 is hinged on the rear side of the base 39 of the descending device through a lower chain wheel bracket and a lower chain wheel pin shaft, one end of the lifting chain 34 is connected with the upper side of the railing 35 (namely, the upper side of the railing 35 is two-horizontal and two-vertical), the other end of the lifting chain 34 upwards and bypasses the upper chain wheel 29 from front to back and then downwards, and the lower side of the railing 35 is upwards connected with the lower side of the railing 43 from back to front and bypasses the lower chain wheel 43 (namely, the lower side of the railing 35 is two-horizontal and two-vertical).
The guiding component of the descending device is composed of four guiding wheels 36, an opening slot in the up-down direction is arranged in the middle of the inner side surface (namely, two opposite surfaces) of two rear descending device upright posts 37 (rectangular hollow tubes), the guiding wheels 36 are arranged in the inner cavity of the descending device upright posts 37 (two descending device upright posts 37 are arranged in each descending device upright post), and the wheel shafts of the guiding wheels 36 extend out of the opening slot of the descending device upright posts 37 and then are connected with the outer sides of two sides 'I' parts (namely, two vertical parts) of the railing 35.
The tobacco leaf transferring and in-out device consists of a transferring frame, a transferring hydraulic system, a transferring tobacco loading and unloading vehicle driving component 18, a transferring tobacco loading and unloading vehicle positioning electromagnet component 19, a transferring tobacco loading and unloading vehicle positioning oil cylinder component 44, a vehicle bottom plate drawing and pushing component, a transferring device 48 of a transferring box and a transferring device 49 of the transferring box.
The turning frame is composed of a turning bottom frame 50, a turning top frame 20, a workbench 47 and four turning frame upright posts 69, wherein the four turning frame upright posts 69 are respectively and vertically arranged on the turning bottom frame 50, and the turning top frame 20 is arranged on the turning frame upright posts.
The front edge of the transfer chassis 50 extends forward, and an extension bracket 52 is further provided on the extension upright post 72 vertically provided on both sides of the front face thereof, and a front upright post 31 is further provided on the middle rear portion above the extension bracket 52.
The table 47 is disposed at the middle and lower part of the cavity formed by four turning and unloading frame posts 69, and has a discharge hole 54 formed in the middle and an auxiliary hole 63 formed in the middle of the right part. In the auxiliary hole 63, the truck positioning cylinder assembly 44 is installed. The positioning cylinder assembly 44 of the transferring and unloading cigarette loading vehicle consists of a cylinder and an extending cylinder shaft, and the working principle is that the extending and retracting of the cylinder shaft is utilized to block or release the lower right side part of the cigarette loading vehicle 53, so that the cigarette loading vehicle 53 is subjected to secondary positioning (namely, auxiliary positioning).
The truck drive assembly 18 is identical to the compression device truck drive assembly and, thus, here the truck drive assembly 18 is likewise disposed on the table 47 and the truck positioning electromagnet assembly 19 is likewise disposed thereon.
The hydraulic system for unloading is the same as the hydraulic system of the compression device, and consists of a hydraulic power assembly for unloading and a hydraulic assembly for unloading.
The hydraulic power unit for turning and discharging is arranged at the upper part of the top frame 20 for turning and discharging, and is composed of an oil tank 21, an oil pump 25 and a multi-way control valve 26 (in addition, an overflow valve, a pressure gauge, a travel switch, an oil inlet and outlet pipe, a control pipe and the like are not marked in the drawing).
The turning hydraulic assembly is composed of a hydraulic cylinder 23, two guide rods 24 and a tobacco leaf compression plate 22, wherein the hydraulic cylinder 23 is arranged in the middle of the turning top frame 20, the two guide rods 24 (the guide rods 24 pass through guide sleeves arranged on the turning top frame 20 and are not shown in the drawing or marked in the drawing) are arranged on the turning top frame 20 on two sides of the hydraulic cylinder 23, and the lower ends of the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the guide rods 24 are connected to the upper surface of the tobacco leaf compression plate 22 arranged on the lower part of the turning top frame 20.
The vehicle bottom plate pulling and pushing assembly consists of a lifting oil cylinder body 45, a pulling and pushing oil cylinder body 46, a lifting oil cylinder connecting plate 51, a pulling and pushing hook 64, a pair of pulling and pushing direction rods 66, a pulling and pushing guide sleeve 65 matched with the pulling and pushing direction rods and a control valve 17.
The lifting cylinder body 45 is vertically arranged at the middle lower part of the front vertical column 31, and the shaft end of the cylinder which extends out from the lower part is connected with a lifting cylinder connecting plate 51 which is arranged at the rear end of the pulling cylinder body 46; the front end of the pulling cylinder body 46 is hinged in the middle of the front edge of the extension bracket 52 by a support lug and a hinge pin shaft (both are not marked in the drawing) of the pulling cylinder body, the cylinder shaft extending out of the rear end of the pulling cylinder body 46 is connected with a pulling hook 64, and a "" groove for constructing and hanging the bottom plate of the cigarette holder 53 is arranged on the rear end of the pulling hook 64; the rear ends of a pair of drawing direction rods 66 are connected with drawing hooks 64, and the front ends thereof pass through drawing direction sleeves 65 arranged on both sides of the lifting cylinder connecting plate 51. At the left part above the extension bracket 52, a platen is laid to form a console, the control valve 17 is arranged on the console, and the lifting cylinder body 45, the pushing cylinder body 46, the control valve 17 and the turning hydraulic system are connected through oil pipes.
The transfer device 48 for transferring a transfer box is composed of a transfer box transfer gear motor 56, a pair of transfer brackets 62, a pair of transfer chains 61, a transfer chain main shaft 57, a transfer chain shaft 55, a plurality of transfer rollers 59, a pair of transfer roller brackets 60 and a plurality of transfer box driving rollers 58.
The transferring bracket 62 (rectangular hollow tube) is symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the transferring frame, the front end of the transferring bracket is straight with the front end (the extending part of the non-front side) of the transferring chassis 50, and the rear end of the transferring bracket extends out from the rear side of the transferring chassis 50; the transferring chain main shaft 57 and the transferring chain slave shaft 55 are respectively arranged at the rear end and the front end of the transferring bracket 62 by the respective bearing seats; the transfer chains 61 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the transfer brackets 62, and are wound on the transfer chain main shaft 57 and the sprocket on the transfer chain shaft 55 to form a ring shape, and the transfer box driving sticks 58 are uniformly arranged on the transfer chains 61 (the distance between every two transfer box driving sticks 58 is slightly larger than the width of the transfer box 70, and the transfer box driving sticks are used for pushing the transfer box 70 and can limit the position of the transfer box 70); the transferring roller brackets 60 are L-shaped angle steels, which are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the transferring chains 61, and the transferring rollers 59 (used for the turnover box 70 to slide on and reduce friction) are uniformly arranged on the angle steels; the transfer gear motor 56 of the transfer box is arranged at one side of the rear end of the transfer bracket 62, and the power output end of the transfer gear motor is connected with one end of the transfer chain spindle 57.
The transfer box withdrawing device 49 is composed of a withdrawing support 67 and a plurality of withdrawing rollers 68, wherein the withdrawing support 67 is a frame formed by symmetrically arranging L-shaped angle steels, the left and right sides of the frame are arranged at the bottom of the extending support 52, the right end of the frame extends out of the right side of the extending support 52, and the withdrawing rollers 68 are uniformly arranged on the withdrawing support 67 in the front-back direction.
When the device is used, the tobacco loading vehicle 53 is pushed to the weighing platform 2 from the vehicle-entering slope platform 1 on the left side, at the moment, the weighing display screen 10 is started, the tobacco loading weight parameter is set, then, the tobacco loading door behind the tobacco loading vehicle 53 is opened, tobacco is added into the vehicle, when the added tobacco weight reaches a set value, the weighing display screen 10 starts to give an alarm, at the moment, the tobacco loading door can be closed, and the tobacco loading vehicle 53 can be pushed rightwards. When the right side of the tobacco loading vehicle 53 is pushed into the tobacco compression device, an optoelectronic probe (all not shown in the drawing and the same applies below) arranged on the upright post 8 of the compression device detects the entering of the tobacco loading vehicle 53, then the reduction motor 13 of the compression device is started, the chain driving mechanism 6 of the compression device is driven, and a driving pushing block on the chain driving mechanism of the compression device pushes a chain pushing bearing plate 74 at the lower part of the tobacco loading vehicle 53 to move rightwards together with the tobacco loading vehicle 53; when the loading truck 53 moves to the right to a proper position, the compression device gear motor 13 stops rotating, at this time, the opening at the upper end of the loading truck 53 is just under the tobacco leaf compression plate, and at the same time, the four loading truck casters 76 are just above the four sets of caster sedimentation mechanisms 3. Then, the positioning electromagnet assembly 7 of the cigarette loading vehicle of the compression device is electrified to generate strong magnetism so as to rapidly suck the positioning electromagnet adsorption plate 73 at the middle upper part of the front left side of the cigarette loading vehicle 53, and the cigarette loading vehicle 53 is positioned once; meanwhile, the auxiliary positioning oil cylinder assembly 11 of the cigarette loading vehicle of the compression device acts, an oil cylinder shaft extending rightward pushes a stop lever to rotate anticlockwise to a vertical state, and the upper part of the stop lever immediately blocks the lower part of the right side surface of the cigarette loading vehicle 53, so that the secondary positioning of the cigarette loading vehicle 53 is realized. Then, starting the hydraulic system of the compression device, wherein the tobacco compression device cylinder 14 pushes the tobacco compression plate of the tobacco compression device to compress tobacco in the tobacco loading vehicle 53, and when the tobacco is compressed to a certain degree, the pressure is transmitted to the tobacco loading vehicle truckles 76 through the tobacco loading vehicle bottom plate 75 and then transmitted to the truckle sedimentation mechanism 3; when the pressure exceeds the spring force in the castor settling mechanism 3, the settling plate of the castor settling mechanism 3 can overcome the spring force to settle downwards, and then, the tobacco loading bottom plate 75 is placed on the tobacco loading castor protection beam 5, and at the moment, the pressure is directly transmitted to the compression device base 4 by the tobacco loading bottom plate 75 and the tobacco loading castor protection beam 5, so that the protection of the tobacco loading castor 76 is realized. When the tobacco leaves are compressed to a set degree, the tobacco leaf compression device oil cylinder 14 stops and retracts upwards to the original position, at the moment, on one hand, the positioning electromagnet assembly 7 of the tobacco loading vehicle of the compression device is powered off, the magnet adsorption disappears, on the other hand, the auxiliary positioning oil cylinder assembly 11 of the tobacco loading vehicle of the compression device acts, the oil cylinder shaft extending rightward retracts to drive the stop lever to rotate clockwise to a horizontal state, the secondary positioning disappears, on the other hand, the reduction motor 13 of the compression device is started, and further the chain driving mechanism 6 of the compression device is driven to push the tobacco loading vehicle 53 to move rightward continuously. When the loading truck 53 is pushed onto the lifting platform base in the loading truck lifting device 16, the loading truck 53 is immediately detected by the photoelectric probe of the loading truck lifting device 16, and then the driving mechanism is started, when the loading truck 53 is connected and transferred to a proper position, the positioning device is started, and the loading truck 53 is limited in position (meanwhile, when the photoelectric probe of the tobacco leaf compression device detects that the loading truck 53 is moved out of the tobacco leaf compression device, the compression device chain driving mechanism 6 is stopped, and the following is the same). Then, starting the lifting gear motor of the tobacco loading truck lifting device 16, stopping the lifting gear motor and the positioning device when the lifting platform base in the tobacco loading truck lifting device 16 and the tobacco loading truck 53 are lifted to a proper height, starting the driving mechanism to continuously push the tobacco loading truck 53 rightward and enter the tobacco turning-in-out device, starting the lifting gear motor of the tobacco loading truck lifting device 16 again, and descending the lifting platform base in the tobacco loading truck lifting device 16 to the original position; similarly, in the tobacco leaf transferring and in-out device, the entering tobacco loading vehicle 53 is immediately detected by the photoelectric probe of the tobacco leaf transferring and in-out device, and then the transferring and in-out tobacco loading vehicle driving component 18 is started to insert the tobacco loading vehicle 53 into a proper position, and at the moment, the tobacco loading vehicle bottom plate 75 is also just above the discharging hole 54 of the workbench 47; then, the positioning electromagnet assembly 19 of the transfer and discharge tobacco loading vehicle acts, the generated strong magnetic force forms the first positioning, and the positioning oil cylinder assembly 44 of the transfer and discharge tobacco loading vehicle also acts, and the oil cylinder shaft extending upwards blocks the lower part of the right side surface of the tobacco loading vehicle 53 to form the second positioning; meanwhile, the transfer speed reducing motor 56 of the transfer box is started, the transfer box 70 manually placed on the transfer roller 59 is conveyed from back to front by the transfer box driving rod 58, when the transfer box 70 is conveyed to the position right below the discharging hole 54, the transfer box is detected by the photoelectric probe, and then the transfer speed reducing motor 56 of the transfer box stops rotating, so that the transfer box 70 waits for the compressed tobacco leaves to fall. The positioning electromagnet assembly (7) of the cigarette loading vehicle of the compression device is arranged at the middle left part above the chain driving mechanism (6) of the front compression device;
