Abstract
The invention discloses a jig frame strut column head structure which comprises a support bowl, a ball column head and a contact panel, wherein the support bowl is connected with a strut, the ball column head is embedded in a groove of the support bowl, and the contact panel is fixed at the top end of the ball column head and is contacted with a ship body segmented outer plate. When the ship hull sectional outer plate is used, the spherical column head is adjusted to freely rotate in the supporting bowl groove, the contact panel is attached to the ship hull sectional outer plate, the contact area between the pillar column head and the ship hull sectional outer plate is increased, the outer plate structure deformation and damage caused by point contact are reduced, and the smoothness and the attractiveness of the ship hull sectional outer plate are ensured.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ship structure design and construction, and particularly relates to a jig frame pillar head structure.
Background
The jig frame is a sectional outer mold for manufacturing the ship body, the ship body has a majority of linear shapes, the jig frame can ensure that the linear shapes of the curved surface sections meet the design requirements, and the welding rod assembly can be improved, and the application range of automatic and semi-automatic welding can be enlarged.
Common jig frames include template jig frames, frame-type jig frames, and strut-type jig frames. Wherein the strut-type jig is formed by supporting the segmented outer plate or the plate frame by a plurality of struts, and the jig line type is determined directly by a coordinate type value without scribing by a sample plate. The support bowl is of a bowl-shaped structure with hemispherical grooves, and the bottom of the support bowl is connected with the jig frame support.
The whole ball column head is of a sphere-shaped structure, the size of the sphere is matched with the size of the groove of the support bowl, and the ball column head can freely rotate in the support bowl.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the technical scheme of the invention provides a jig frame pillar post structure, which comprises a support bowl 1, a ball post 2 and a touch panel 3.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the support bowl 1 is provided with drain holes 5. In the embodiment, the arrangement of the drain holes 5 ensures that sewage enters the supporting bowl 1 and cannot be discharged when the ship body section is built, so that the problem of difficult cleaning is solved, and the building efficiency of the ship body section is further improved.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the contact panel 3 is provided as a curved panel, and the curved panel having a large curvature can further contact the contact area of the panel 3 and the hull section outer panel 4, further dispersing the load between the stud and the hull section outer panel 4.
In one embodiment of the invention, the touch panel 3 is welded to the ball stud 2 and is integrally formed.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the support bowl 1 has an internal recess which extends beyond the height of the hemisphere of the knob head 2. In this embodiment, the inner groove of the support bowl 1 extends beyond the hemispherical area, so that the ball stud 2 can be locked, and the ball stud 2 is not easy to jump out or detach when the line shape of the hull section outer plate 4 is large.

the whole ball column head (2) is of a spherical structure, the size of the ball is matched with the size of the groove of the support bowl (1), and the ball column head (2) can freely rotate in the support bowl (1);
a plane is processed at the top of the sphere head (2), and one end of the contact panel (3) is fixed on the plane of the top of the sphere head (2);
the other end of the contact panel (3) is in contact with the hull section outer plate (4) and is used for supporting the hull section outer plate (4).
