In addition, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, each material placing and conveying mechanism 302 may include a material placing rail structure 310 disposed at the top of the frame base 110, a material placing and conveying belt structure 320 disposed on the material placing rail structure 310, and a material placing and positioning structure 330 disposed on the material placing rail structure 310, where the material placing rail structure 310 and the tray storage bin 210 are disposed vertically and vertically correspondingly, and the material placing rail structure 310 and the material placing and conveying belt structure 320 are disposed vertically and correspondingly to the material storage and conveying mechanism 410. When the empty tray 10 is lifted to the material placing rail structure 310 through the tray ejection structure 234, the empty tray 10 can be positioned through the material placing positioning structure 330, so that the position of the empty tray 10 is aligned to correspond to the material adsorption mechanism 520 of the material grabbing and placing module 500, and at the moment, the qualified soft board or unqualified soft board can be taken through the material adsorption mechanism 520 and placed on the tray 10; then, the tray with the flexible plate can be transported to the material storage module 400 for stacking and storing through the material placing conveyor belt structure 320 on the material placing rail structure 310.
Specifically, the material placing rail structure 310 may include two material placing rails 312 disposed on top of the frame 110 side by side, a material placing sliding rail 314 slidably disposed on the two material placing rails 312, a material placing fixed rail 316 disposed side by side with the material placing sliding rail 314, and a rail moving driving structure 318 disposed on the frame 110 and/or the material placing rails 312, where the rail moving driving structure 318 is at least connected with the material placing fixed rail 316 and is used for driving the material placing fixed rail 316 to be relatively far away from or close to the material placing sliding rail 314. By sliding the material placement slide rail 314 on the two material placement rails 312, the spacing between the material placement slide rail 314 and the material placement fixed rail 316 can be adjusted to accommodate flexible plates of different sizes. Moreover, the material placement fixed rail 316 and/or the material placement sliding rail 314 can be driven by the rail movement driving structure 318 so that the two rails are relatively close to or far away from each other. Before the empty tray 10 is lifted above the material placing rail structure 310 by the tray ejection structure 234, the material placing fixed rail 316 and the material placing sliding rail 314 can be driven to be relatively far away by the rail movement driving structure 318, so that the empty tray is smoothly lifted above the material placing rail structure 310; then, the material placing fixed rail 316 and the material placing sliding rail 314 can be driven to be relatively close by the rail moving driving structure 318, so that the empty tray 10 is limited and placed on the material placing rail structure 310. The rail movement driving structure 318 may be provided as a cylinder driving structure.
Moreover, the material placement conveyor belt structure 320 may include a material placement conveyor belt 324 disposed on the material placement slide rail 314 and the material placement fixed rail 316, respectively, and a first conveyor belt driving structure 322 connected to each material placement conveyor belt 324. The material placement conveyor 324 is driven by a first conveyor drive mechanism 322 to operate to transport pallets 10 loaded with flexible sheets on both material placement conveyors 324. The first belt drive structure 322 may be provided as a drive motor.
Moreover, the material placement positioning structure 330 may include one material side positioning structure 332 respectively disposed in the middle of the material placement sliding rail 314 and the middle of the material placement fixing rail 316, one first material end positioning structure 334 respectively disposed at two ends of the material placement sliding rail 314, and one second material end positioning structure 336 respectively disposed at two ends of the material placement fixing rail 316. Through the material side positioning structure 332, the first material end positioning structure 334 and the second material end positioning structure 336 of the material side positioning structure 314 and the material positioning fixing rail 316, the empty tray 10 can be positioned from the periphery so as to correspond to the material adsorption mechanism 520, and the empty tray can be conveniently moved and positioned on the two material placing conveyor belts 324. Moreover, the material side positioning structure 332, the first material end positioning structure 334, and the second material end positioning structure 336 may each include a material positioning driving structure and a material positioning plate connected to the material positioning driving structure. The material positioning driving structure can be set to be an air cylinder driving structure.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the material storage and conveying mechanism 410 may include a material storage track structure 412 disposed at the top of the frame 110, a material storage conveyor belt structure 414 disposed on the material storage track structure 412, and a turnover positioning structure 416 disposed on the material storage track structure 412, where the material storage track structure 412 is disposed in front-to-back correspondence with the material placement and conveying mechanism 302, the material storage bin 420 is disposed at the top of the material storage track structure 412, and the material storage jacking mechanism 430 is disposed in the middle of the material storage track structure 412. The material storage conveyer belt structure 414 is correspondingly arranged in front and back of the material placing and conveying mechanism 302, and can be used for receiving the tray 10 loaded with the flexible plate (qualified product or unqualified product), and when the material storage conveyer belt structure 414 conveys the tray to the position right above the material storage jacking mechanism 430, the material storage jacking mechanism 430 can be used for jacking the tray 10 loaded with the flexible plate, and the turnover positioning structure 416 can be pushed to turn over in the jacking process, so that the tray passes through the turnover positioning structure 416 and enters the material storage bin 420. Moreover, when the material storage jacking mechanism 430 descends, the overturning and positioning structure 416 can overturn and reset under the pressure of the tray in the material storage bin 420, and the tray 10 in the material storage bin 420 is limited by the bottom of the material storage bin 420. By this circulation, the trays loaded with the flexible plates can be stacked in the material storage bin continuously.
Specifically, the material storage track structure 412 may include two material storage sliding tracks 4124 disposed on the frame 110 side by side, the material storage lifting mechanism 430 is disposed between the two material storage sliding tracks 4124, and the material storage bin 420 is disposed on the two material storage sliding tracks 4124. Two material storage slide rails 4124 correspondingly cooperate with the material placement conveyor mechanism 302 to receive and convey pallets loaded with flexible plates. Furthermore, two material storage rails 4122 may be disposed on the frame base 110 in a lateral side-by-side manner, and at least one material storage slide rail 4124 is slidably disposed on the two material storage rails 4122. By slidably positioning the material storage slide rails 4124 on the two material storage rails 4122, the distance between the two material storage slide rails 4124 can be adjusted, and the receiving size of the material storage bin 420 can also be adjusted to accommodate trays of different sizes.
Further, the material storage conveyor belt structure 414 may include one material storage conveyor belt each disposed on the material storage slide track 4124, and a second conveyor belt drive structure coupled to each material storage conveyor belt. The material storage conveyor belt can be driven by the second conveyor belt driving structure, so that the material storage conveyor belt receives the pallet 10 which is conveyed by the material placing conveyor belt and is loaded with the flexible plate, and conveys the pallet to the upper side of the material storage jacking mechanism 430. The second conveyor belt driving structure may be provided as a driving motor.
Moreover, the turnover positioning structure 416 may include one turnover limiting block 4162 respectively disposed at two ends of each material storage sliding rail 4124, and the material storage sliding rails 4124 limit the turnover limiting blocks 4162 from below, so that the turnover limiting blocks 4162 can only turn upwards and cannot turn downwards, and thus the tray 10 can only be pushed upwards into the material storage bin 410, and the tray 10 in the material storage bin 410 cannot fall downwards. Moreover, the material storage bin 420 may include a plurality of material storage plates 422 disposed on top of two material storage sliding rails 4124, the material storage plates 422 enclose a material storage cavity 424, the flipping limiting block 4162 is disposed between the material storage cavity 424 and the material storage sliding rails 4124, and the tray 41 may be stacked and stored in the material storage cavity 424.
Moreover, the material storage lifting mechanism 430 may include a material lifting driving structure 432 disposed on the frame base 110, and a material lifting platform 434 connected to the material lifting driving structure 432, where the material lifting platform 434 is located below the bottom of the material storage cavity 424. When the tray 10 moves above the material lifting platform 434 of the material storage lifting mechanism 430, the material lifting platform 434 and the tray 10 thereon can be lifted by the material lifting driving structure 432, so that the tray 10 pushes the turnover limiting block 4162 to turn over in the lifting process, and the tray 10 enters the material storage cavity 424. The material lifting driving structure 432 may be provided as a driving cylinder.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the module moving driving mechanism 510 may include a module transverse driving structure 512 provided on the top frame 120, a module longitudinal driving structure 514 connected to the module transverse driving structure 512, a module lifting driving structure 516 connected to the module longitudinal driving structure 514, and a module rotation driving structure 518 connected to the module lifting driving structure 516. The module moving driving mechanism 510 can drive the material adsorbing mechanism 520 to move transversely, longitudinally, vertically and rotationally, so that the material adsorbing mechanism 520 can conveniently grasp and move qualified soft boards and unqualified soft boards on other equipment into the tray 10 on the material placing conveyor belt structure 310. Moreover, the module transverse driving structure 512, the module longitudinal driving structure 514, and the module lifting driving structure 516 can be all configured as cylinder driving structures, and the module rotation driving structure 518 can be configured as cylinder driving structures or motor driving structures.
Further, the material handling mechanism 520 may include a material handling frame 522 coupled to the modular rotary drive structure 518, at least one suction lift drive 524 disposed on the material handling frame 522, and a material handling head 526 coupled to each suction lift drive 524. The material adsorption head 526 can be driven to move up and down through the adsorption lifting driving piece 524, so that the material adsorption head 526 can conveniently grasp and move the qualified soft board or unqualified soft board. In this embodiment, the adsorption lifting driving members 524 may be disposed on the material adsorption frames 522 side by side, and a material adsorption head 526 is disposed on each adsorption lifting driving member 524 correspondingly, so as to adsorb two soft board products simultaneously. Further, the material suction head 526 may be configured as a vacuum suction head structure, and the suction lift driving member 524 may be configured as a cylinder driving structure.

Claims (10)

1. A wobble plate machine apparatus, comprising:
the rack structure comprises a rack seat and a top rack protruding from the rack seat;
the material grabbing and placing module comprises a module moving driving mechanism arranged on the machine top frame and a material adsorbing mechanism arranged on the module moving driving mechanism;
the tray storage module comprises two tray storage bins arranged in the frame seat and tray jacking discharging mechanisms arranged on the two tray storage bins in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the material placing and conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame seat, each material placing and conveying mechanism is arranged corresponding to one tray storage bin up and down, and the two material placing and conveying mechanisms are arranged corresponding to the material adsorbing mechanism up and down; the method comprises the steps of,
the material storage module comprises two material storage conveying mechanisms, two material storage bins and two material storage jacking mechanisms which are arranged on the frame seat, wherein each material storage jacking mechanism is positioned at the bottom of one material storage bin, each material storage bin is arranged at the top of one material storage conveying mechanism, and each material storage conveying mechanism and one material storage conveying mechanism are correspondingly arranged front and back.
2. The tray arranging machine equipment according to claim 1, wherein the tray storage bin comprises a plurality of tray storage plates arranged in the machine frame seat, a plurality of tray storage plates are surrounded to form a tray storage cavity, and the tray storage cavity corresponds to the material placing and conveying mechanism up and down;
the tray storage bin comprises a tray support base arranged in the tray storage cavity, and the tray jacking discharging mechanism is connected with the tray support base.

A pan feeder apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the material placement and conveying mechanism comprises a material placement rail structure arranged at the top of the frame base, a material placement and conveying belt structure arranged on the material placement rail structure, and a material placement and positioning structure arranged on the material placement rail structure, the material placement rail structure and the tray storage bin are arranged in an up-down correspondence manner, and the material placement rail structure and the material placement and conveying belt structure are arranged in a front-back correspondence manner with the material storage and conveying mechanism.

The disc arranging machine apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the material arranging track structure includes two material arranging rails arranged side by side at the top of the frame base, a material arranging slide rail arranged on the two material arranging rails in a sliding manner, a material arranging fixed rail arranged side by side with the material arranging slide rail, and a track moving driving structure arranged on the frame base or/and the material arranging rails, wherein the track moving driving structure is connected with at least the material arranging fixed rail and is used for driving the material arranging fixed rail to be relatively far away from or close to the material arranging slide rail.

The disc arranging machine equipment according to claim 5, wherein the material arranging conveyor belt structure comprises a material arranging conveyor belt respectively arranged on the material arranging sliding rail and the material arranging fixed rail, and a first conveyor belt driving structure connected with each material arranging conveyor belt;
the material placing and positioning structure comprises a material side positioning structure, a first material end positioning structure and a second material end positioning structure, wherein the material side positioning structure is respectively arranged in the middle of the material placing and sliding rail and the middle of the material placing and fixing rail, the first material end positioning structure is respectively arranged at two ends of the material placing and sliding rail, and the second material end positioning structure is respectively arranged at two ends of the material placing and fixing rail.

A disc changer apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the material storage and transport mechanism comprises a material storage track structure provided at the top of the frame base, a material storage conveyor belt structure provided on the material storage track structure, and a turnover positioning structure provided on the material storage track structure, the material storage track structure and the material placement and transport mechanism are provided in a front-rear correspondence, the material storage bin is provided at the top of the material storage track structure, and the material storage jacking mechanism is provided in the middle of the material storage track structure.
8. The turntable machine according to claim 7, wherein said material storage track structure includes two material storage slide tracks arranged side by side on said frame base, said material storage jacking mechanism being arranged between two of said material storage slide tracks;

9. The disc arranging machine apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the turnover positioning structure includes a turnover stopper provided at each of both ends of each of the material storage slide rails, respectively;
the material storage bin comprises a plurality of material storage plates arranged at the tops of the two material storage sliding rails, a material storage cavity is formed by surrounding the material storage plates, and the overturning limiting block is positioned between the material storage cavity and the material storage sliding rails;
the material storage jacking mechanism comprises a material jacking driving structure arranged on the frame seat and a material jacking platform connected with the material jacking driving structure, and the material jacking platform is positioned below the bottom of the material storage cavity.

A wobble plate machine apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the module movement drive mechanism comprises a module transverse drive structure provided on the top frame, a module longitudinal drive structure connected to the module transverse drive structure, a module elevation drive structure connected to the module longitudinal drive structure, and a module rotation drive structure connected to the module elevation drive structure;
the material adsorption mechanism comprises a material adsorption frame connected with the module rotary driving structure, at least one adsorption lifting driving piece arranged on the material adsorption frame, and a material adsorption head connected with each adsorption lifting driving piece.
