It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and the technical features in the embodiments may be combined with each other without collision.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of a group chat-based message processing method according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the message processing method based on group chat in the embodiment of the invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: one or more group chat messages are received through the presented group chat interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, topic controls can be added to the group chat interface; and creating topics through triggering of topic controls. Specifically, responding to triggering operation for the topic control, and displaying a topic function information list; the topic function information list comprises any one or more of the following: topic completion information, topic newly-added information, topic deletion information; and responding to a selection instruction aiming at the topic function information list, determining selected topic function information, and carrying out corresponding topic processing according to the selected topic function information.
In this embodiment, the group chat user may create a new topic by triggering the topic control of the group chat interface and then selecting a new topic function from the presented topic function information list, which may be as shown in fig. 3. It can be appreciated that the topic branches and their corresponding functional information in fig. 3 may be displayed after the corresponding topic main line is triggered.
When creating topics, new topic branches can be added for existing topic main lines, and new topic main lines can also be created. When a group chat user selects to create a new topic main line, the user can select topic newly added information from the displayed topic function information list by triggering "+" below the topic main line (below a topic B shown in fig. 3), and then the group chat interface can display an input entry of topic main line information so that a creator inputs topic main line description information through the input entry, in other words, the message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire topic main line description information input by the user through the group chat interface and create a new topic according to the topic main line description information. The topic main line description information may be short and detailed description information of a new main line topic.
In addition, the group chat user can add new topic branches to the existing topic main line according to the requirement. Referring to fig. 3, when a group user triggers an existing topic main line, that is, determines a preset topic corresponding to topic branch newly added information, the group chat interface may display a corresponding topic branch list, and the user may construct a new topic branch by triggering "+" below the branch list and input corresponding topic branch description information. For example, the user may create a new topic branch for an existing topic A by triggering "+" under branch a3 shown in FIG. 3, or may create a new topic branch for an existing topic B by triggering "+" under branch B3 shown in FIG. 3.
It will be appreciated that any one of the chat users in the group may create a topic main line or topic branch as desired. After the topic main line or topic branch is created, the group chat interface can issue a topic newly-added prompt through the group chat interface, for example, a group bulletin mode is adopted to remind that the corresponding topic main line or topic branch is created, as shown in fig. 2, after the topic a is created, the topic a is issued through the group bulletin, so that the group user can speak to the created topic main line or topic branch in the subsequent group chat process. In addition, the topic main line or the topic branch of the @ whole person or the @ specific user can be subjected to red flashing display on the group chat interface so as to remind the user to view preferentially.
In addition, topic deletion information corresponding to the corresponding topic branches or topic main lines can be triggered to delete the corresponding topic branches or topic main lines. When an initiator of a topic main line or topic branch determines that the corresponding topic main line or topic branch is completed, topic completion information can be selected and a final conclusion is filled out, and then the message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can mark the corresponding topic main line or topic branch as "completed" identification, thereby indicating that the topic main line or topic branch is completed.
Step S102: and determining target topics corresponding to the one or more group chat messages respectively.
When a user inputs a group chat message through a group chat interface, the user can directly carry a target topic corresponding to the group chat message, as shown in fig. 2, when the user inputs the group chat message in an input box, the user can @ establish a published topic main line or topic branch, for example, when a certain topic main line needs to speak, the user can directly @ the topic main line is abbreviated, when a certain topic branch needs to speak, the user can @ topic main line-topic branch, and then inputs group chat content corresponding to the @ topic main line or topic branch. It can be understood that when the topic main line has a corresponding topic branch, the form of an @ topic branch is generally adopted, and when the topic main line does not have a corresponding topic branch, the @ topic main line is directly adopted. Thus, a group chat message received through a group chat interface may include a two-part— a topic main line or topic branch and a topic branch. The message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for each group chat message: determining whether the group chat message comprises at least one of a preset topic main line identifier and a topic branch identifier; in response to the group chat message including at least one of a preset topic main line identification and topic branch identification, taking a topic corresponding to the topic main line identification or a topic to which the topic branch identification belongs as the target topic. The preset topic main line mark or topic branch mark is the topic main line abbreviation or topic branch abbreviation which is established and released.
In the above example, it may be determined by a regular matching manner whether the message body corresponding to the group chat message includes at least one of the preset topic main line identifier and the topic branch identifier. If the topic branch identification is only included, whether the corresponding topic main line can be uniquely determined according to the topic branch identification or not can be determined, if the topic main line identification and the topic branch identification are included, the topic branch corresponding to the group chat message can be determined, otherwise, the group chat message is treated as a common message. It can be understood that the common message is a group chat message without a corresponding target topic. In addition to the regular matching method, the target topics corresponding to the group chat messages can be determined by means of semantic recognition, keyword recognition or the like, for example, the similarity between the group chat messages and the topic profile information is determined by means of keyword recognition, and the group chat messages are determined to be matched with topics corresponding to the corresponding topic profile information when the similarity is larger than a preset threshold value. Of course, if the corresponding target topic of the group chat message is not determined in the form of regular matching, semantic recognition, keyword recognition and the like, the group chat message can be determined to be a common message without specifying a specific target topic.
Step S103: and storing the group chat message corresponding to the target topic.
And storing the group chat message corresponding to the target topic corresponding to the corresponding target topic. For example @ topic main line abbreviation, group chat messages are stored in the topic main line. The method comprises the steps of @ topic main line-topic branch, and storing group chat messages by taking topic branches as starting points. In other words, in the case that the topic branch identification is included in the group chat message, the group chat message is stored in correspondence with the topic branch of the corresponding target topic. The group chat messages corresponding to the topic main lines or topic branches can be stored in time sequence. For example, the storage architecture of the group chat messages corresponding to the topic a may be as shown in fig. 4, where the group chat messages corresponding to the topic main line and the topic branches are stored correspondingly. When the topic is completed, a final conclusion can be filled out by the topic initiator, the topic is marked as completed, and a mark of 'completed' is marked at the topic, so that the user can view all communication records of the topic. The completed topics can be stored for a preset period of time, for example, reserved for 1 week, and deleted after expiration.
Step S104: and receiving a selection instruction of the target topic through the group chat interface.
Here, if the group user wants to view the group chat message corresponding to a certain topic main line or topic branch, the group user may input a corresponding selection instruction by triggering the corresponding topic main line or topic branch in the group chat interface. For example, if the group user wants to view the group chat message corresponding to the branch a1 under the topic a, the topic a-branch a1 is triggered sequentially from the topic function information list shown in fig. 3 by triggering the topic control of the group chat interface, for example, double-clicking the topic a and then double-clicking the branch a1 to input a selection instruction for the topic branch a 1.
Step S105: and displaying one or more group chat messages corresponding to the target topics through the group chat interface according to the selection instruction.
As shown in fig. 2, after receiving the selection instruction for the topic branch a1, a plurality of group chat messages corresponding to the topic branch a1 can be directly displayed through the group chat interface, without repeatedly turning pages of the user, so as to screen out the group chat messages related to the topics concerned from the discussions of the topics.
In another embodiment of the present invention, if the subsequent group chat message references the previous group chat message, the subsequent group chat message may be stored in correspondence with the referenced message, so that the user can quickly learn the relationship between the two messages without repeatedly turning pages. Specifically, whether a corresponding referenced message exists in any target group chat message in the one or more group chat messages can be respectively determined; in response to determining that any one of the one or more group chat messages has a corresponding referenced message, determining a next message corresponding to the referenced message in time sequence, and inserting the target group chat message between the referenced message and the next message.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, topic C has only a main line, and a plurality of group chat messages corresponding to the topic C are stored in time sequence. When the latest group chat message refers to the group chat message 1 corresponding to the topic C, that is, when a new group chat message exists a corresponding referenced message (group chat message 1), whether the new group chat message is @ topic short-identified, that is, whether the new group chat message exists a corresponding target topic, the new group chat message is inserted into the next piece of the referenced message. Specifically, when the back end identifies a new group chat message references the replied message, the back end can query the location of the message referenced by the back end in the memory table, and then insert the message referenced replied to the next row of the referenced message. In this example, although the new group chat message is sent after group chat message 2, due to its referencing relationship with group chat message 1, in order for the group user to view the relationship between the two more directly, the new group chat message is inserted between group chat message 1 and group chat message 2 (the next message to the referenced message). And then, the group chat interface can be updated according to the message sequence after the new group chat message is inserted, so that the group chat interface displays the group chat message according to the storage sequence, and therefore, group users can quickly acquire the series logic among the group chat messages according to the message sequence displayed by the group chat interface, and the user experience is improved.
It can be appreciated that when a new group chat message is subsequently received, the new group chat message can be automatically stored/inserted under the corresponding topic main line or topic branch in the manner described in the above embodiment, so that the real-time performance of the message is ensured. And if the message body of the new group message is judged to accord with the @ topic-branch', storing the new group message into the topic table on the one hand, and updating the group chat interface on the other hand so as to display the new group chat message to a user opening the interface.
Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the selection instruction of the target topic for the first time, the method further includes: caching one or more group chat messages corresponding to the target topics from a hard disk to a memory type database; and reading one or more group chat messages corresponding to the target topic from the in-memory database under the condition that a selection instruction for the target topic is received again. Here, the first user opening the topic interface (e.g., the message interface corresponding to the branch a1 shown in fig. 2) in the group chat interface queries the topic table of the database according to the selection instruction (e.g., the selection instruction for the topic branch a 1) selected by the user, updates the data corresponding to the topic branch a1 to the cache (e.g., the in-memory database), and when the selection instruction for the topic branch a1 is input again by the subsequent other users, the background can directly walk the cache to read one or more group chat messages corresponding to the topic branch a1, thereby accelerating the query speed. In addition, in order to ensure real-time performance, the cache can be synchronously updated every time a new message conforming to the rule is inserted into the database topic table.
The message processing method based on group chat provided by the embodiment of the invention is further described below by taking a medical health scene as an example. As shown in fig. 6, the method comprises the steps of:
step S601: and adding a topic control through the group chat interface, and responding to triggering operation for the topic control, and displaying a topic function information list.
Step S602: responding to a selection instruction aiming at topic main line newly-added information in a topic function information list, acquiring topic main line description information through the group chat interface, and creating a new topic according to the topic main line description information.
For example, the group chat interface may be a community chat interface for health application, and the user may select a new topic function from the displayed topic function information list by triggering a topic control in the community chat interface, and then may input relevant main line description information, such as "baby does not drink milk powder" and relevant symptom description information, through the group chat interface, so as to newly increase a topic main line about "baby spleen and stomach weakness". Of course, in addition to the newly added topic main line, the user may create a new topic branch for the existing topic main line, for example, after creating the topic main line of the above-mentioned "baby spleen and stomach weakness", a branch "baby pathological milk anaerobic" of the topic main line may also be created. It can be understood that the creation process of the topic main line and the topic branch is basically the same, and the group chat message is stored according to the topic main line or the topic branch and displayed according to the topic main line or the topic branch in the following process, so for convenience of explanation, the message processing method in the medical health scene is mainly described by taking the topic main line creation as an example in the embodiment.
Step S603: and issuing a topic newly-added prompt on the group chat interface.
For example, a group announcement may be issued through a group chat interface as shown in fig. 7, so that a newly created prompt for "spleen and stomach weakness of a baby" is issued through the group announcement, which includes related symptom description information such as "baby does not drink milk powder", so as to facilitate prompting a group user that a new topic main line has been created, and speaking can be performed on the topic of "spleen and stomach weakness of a baby" in the subsequent group chat process.
Step S604: receiving one or more group chat messages through a presented group chat interface, determining target topics corresponding to the one or more group chat messages respectively, and storing the group chat messages and the target topics in a corresponding time sequence.
When a user inputs the group chat message in the input box, the user can directly@the topic main line of 'baby spleen and stomach weakness', and then input the corresponding group chat content. Then, the message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can determine the group chat message@topic main line in a regular matching mode, and correspondingly store the group chat message@baby spleen and stomach weakness under the topic main line.
Step S605: determining whether a corresponding referenced message exists for any of the one or more group chat messages, respectively.
Step S606: in response to determining that any one of the one or more group chat messages has a corresponding referenced message, determining a next message corresponding to the referenced message in time sequence, and inserting the target group chat message between the referenced message and the next message.
Still referring to fig. 7, after a plurality of users send out a plurality of group chat messages respectively for the topic of "baby spleen and stomach weakness", if the subsequent user refers to the previous group chat message, for example, the subsequent user 3 refers to the group chat message, "can speak with milk powder test" has recommendable milk powder ", then whether the new message refers to the topic of" baby spleen and stomach weakness ", the new message" has recommendable milk powder "is inserted to the next row of" can replace milk powder test ", thereby facilitating the group user to directly check the reference relationship of the two messages.
Step S607: receiving a selection instruction of a target topic through a group chat interface; and displaying one or more group chat messages corresponding to the target topics through the group chat interface according to the selection instruction.
As shown in fig. 7, after receiving a selection instruction for the topic of "spleen and stomach weakness of babies", a plurality of group chat messages corresponding to the topic may be displayed through the group chat interface. And the group chat messages are displayed according to the sequence of the reference relation of the group chat messages, so that the group users can quickly acquire the series logic among the group chat messages according to the message sequence displayed by the group chat interface, and the user experience is improved.
According to the message processing method based on group chat, according to the embodiment of the invention, the target topics corresponding to the group chat message are determined, and the group chat message is stored corresponding to the corresponding target topics. Thus, when receiving a selection instruction of a target topic through the group chat interface, one or more group chat messages corresponding to the target topic can be displayed through the group chat interface. Therefore, the user can directly view the group chat message aiming at a certain target topic through the group chat interface without searching the message related to the target topic by turning pages up and down, so that the user operation is reduced, and the user can conveniently and quickly acquire the information related to the target topic.
