The method for manufacturing the integrated board by utilizing the bamboo chip recombination basic unit comprises the steps of dividing the integrated board into a surface material and a square material;
The bamboo chip recombined basic units prepared by the same section of bamboo tube are integrated in a bamboo joint aligned mode, 25 groups of recombined basic units are assembled in width, 2 groups of recombined basic units are integrated in thickness, and then the ends of adjacent layers of recombined basic units are staggered and glued to obtain a surface material with a large-breadth flattened bamboo effect.

S2, performing hot-press forming on the first plate blank, wherein the temperature of the hot-press forming is 110 ℃, the hot-press process is mainly performed by the thickness of the plate blank, the time is kept for 30S every 1mm of compression, and finally the first bamboo chip recombination basic unit with the thickness of 5mm is obtained.
