The fine grading device consists of a grading machine 10, a grading finished product collector 82, a finished product bin and a packaging machine 9, wherein an inlet of the grading machine 10 is connected with the buffer bin 7, an outlet of the top of the grading machine is connected with the grading finished product collector 82, an outlet of the bottom of the grading machine is connected with the screw conveyor 11 through a precise air locking blanking valve 101, a discharging end of the screw conveyor 11 is connected with the bottom of a third bucket elevator, the upper part of the third bucket elevator is connected with a finished product bin II and a finished product bin III, and the grading finished product collector 82 is connected with a finished product bin I through a rigid air locking blanking valve 81.
The finished product powder after grinding treatment by the vertical roller mill 5 is conveyed to a buffer bin 7 and further conveyed to a classifier 10 for fine treatment of the finished product. The high-quality fine powder is conveyed to a classified finished product collector 82, flows into a finished product warehouse I through a rigid air locking blanking valve 81, and is packaged into bags through a packaging machine 9 below; coarse powder flows into the screw conveyor 11 through the precise air locking blanking valve 101, is conveyed through the third bucket elevator, flows into the second and third finished product bins, and is packaged into bags through the lower packaging machine 9.
A second pulse bag type dust collector 83 is arranged at the inlet of the finished product bin and is used for filtering impurity dust in the finished product powder; the wall of the finished product bin is provided with a vibrator 84 for preventing powder from being attached in the bin; the outlet is provided with a rotary blanking device 85 for controlling the flow rate of the finished powder.
