5. The water quality testing and sampling device of claim 4, wherein: each supporting leg (11) is provided with a protective plate (13), and the protective plate (13) is fixedly connected with a blade (14).
6. The water quality testing and sampling device of claim 5, wherein: the protection plates (13) are all sleeved on the support legs (11).
7. The water quality testing and sampling device of claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the sampling rod (1) below the storage mechanism (3) is provided with threads; the inner disc (211) is connected with the sampling rod (1) in a sliding way; the upper side and the lower side of the inner disc (211) are positioned on the sampling rod (1) and are engaged with threaded sleeves (15) through threads, and the threaded sleeves (15) are used for fixing the inner disc (211).
8. The water quality detection sampling method is characterized in that: sampling with a sampling device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, by:
s1: when the sewer sewage is sampled, firstly, a worker opens a sewer cover, then a sampling mechanism (2) and a storage mechanism (3) are placed in the sewer through a sampling rod (1), and then the worker fixes the top of the sampling rod (1) on the wall of the sewer by using a half hoop and a bolt;
s2: when the sampling time is up, the control system controls the motor (33) to rotate firstly, finally the L-shaped plate (37) and the L-shaped pipe (39) correspond to each other, then water in the L-shaped pipe (39) flows into the liquid guide pipe (38), then enters the collecting bottle (35), and then the water pump (25) is stopped;
s3: when the sampling time period is reached again, the operation is repeated, the control system controls the motor (33) to rotate, and the unused collecting bottle (35) is replaced to collect the sampled sewage, so that the circulation is realized;
s4: after the sample, the staff retrieves sampling equipment to open storage lid (36), can take out collecting bottle (35) and detect sewage.
