工作原理:在实际使用过程中,通过输入台3表面的电动履带4的运行可以将其表面的3C产品进行输送,然后输送的时候,输入台3中间位置的第一红外发射器5以及红外接收器6会持续进行作业,当产品经过两者所在的区域时会阻挡红外信号的传递以及相应的接收,此时会触发后方的识别摄像头7对产品进行照射取样,然后照射获得的照片能够与控制器12内部存储的不同3C产品的外形进行匹对分析,以此来判断出目前所述的3C产品的具体类型,接着在判断完成的同时会触发第二电机14运行一定的时间,使得其底部的产品托盘9表面符合检测出来的产品的凹槽会转动到与电动履带4向抵接的位置,此时在产品移动的过程中会落入到对应的凹槽内部实现收纳固定,方便后续的检测使用,接着在产品落入到凹槽内部之后,位于产品托盘9上下两侧的吸气盘13同时进行运行,使得风机15持续运行来将气体从吸气盘13处进行抽出,通过气体的流动来带动产品周围的气流波动,进而通过气体的活动来将产品表面附着的灰尘等杂质进行吸出,避免杂质的残留影响后续的检测精度,能够有效的提高整体的检测效果,接着通过第一电机10的运行能够带动产品托盘9移动一定的距离,使得其移动到检测腔35的中间位置,此时根据上述检测到的产品类型能够控制第四电机36运行相对应的时间,使得第二丝杆34带动移动板17相对进行移动,进而改变3D检测机构18之间的距离,以此来适应不同尺寸大小的产品的检测需求,避免不同产品所采取相同的检测距离,造成检测数据偏大或者偏小,以此来适应多种产品,提高装置的适用范围,接着在检测完成之后,第一电机10继续运行将产品托盘9移动到输出台33位置,此时固定板20顶端的第一液压杆22顶起,以此来将产品托盘9内部放置的产品进行抬起,使得产品的一端接触到输出台33表面的电动履带4,通过电动履带4的运行来将产品携带出去,实现产品的卸料作业,由于产品的类型以及产品是否属于瑕疵品在上述的检测过程中已经被判断出来,接着在后续的移出过程中,当产品移动到对应收集箱29所在的位置时,会首先被其前端的第二红外发射器25检测出来,使得第二液压杆26推出带动推板24移动,通过推板24可以将产品推入到对应位置的导板32处,使得产品由于重力滑入到对应位置的收集箱29内部,实现不同产品的瑕疵品的收集作业,当产品检测合格时,产品会一路顺畅的进行输送,直接通过最后一组第二红外发射器25处,此时产品会被判断经过这个区域,接着触发第三电机27转动一定的时间,使得与其相连的输送板31的角度发生变化,进而与不同位置的引导板30进行接触,使得产品在最后移动的过程中会受到输送板31的阻挡,被迫沿着输送板31进行规则的移动,直接进入与输送板31相抵接的引导板30处,最终落入到对应位置的收集箱29内部,实现对不同产品的合格物的收集作业,装置整体通过产品拍照比对能够将装置调整到适合不同产品运行以及检测的位置,能够实现自主进行多类型产品检测的目的,并且产品的上下料通过电动履带4的运行进行实现,不再需要人工手动操作,能够有效的降低人员的劳动强度,进而提升整体的作业效率,装置整体具有多类型检测、区分收集、作业效率高的优点。Working principle: In the actual use process, the 3C products on the surface of the input platform 3 can be transported by the operation of the electric crawler 4 on the surface, and then when transporting, the first
