The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when a cold header steel piece raw material penetrates into an upper raw material conveying belt 10 and a lower raw material conveying belt 17 through a cleaning barrel 6 and a raw material aligning clamping mechanism 7, the driving aligning clamping motor 701 drives an adjusting screw rod 702 to rotate, the adjusting screw rod is in threaded fit with an aligning adjusting block 704 through the cleaning barrel, then the aligning adjusting block 704 is enabled to horizontally move on the adjusting screw rod 702, namely, two groups of aligning adjusting blocks 704 move oppositely through mutual matching with threads, the adjusting blocks 704 are close to each other or are in mutual principle, the moving distance is equal, so that the cold header steel piece is clamped and prevented from being offset when the adjusting blocks are matched with each other, the supporting guide rail 706 is arranged so as to ensure the stability of the movement of the aligning adjusting block 704, no shaking or offset is generated, then the two groups of aligning adjusting blocks 704 are close to each other so as to drive corresponding aligning and correcting guide wheels 705 to synchronously move until the aligning and correcting guide wheels are abutted against the cold header steel piece raw material, the aligning and limiting are prevented from being offset in the feeding process of the cold header steel piece raw material, the cold header steel piece raw material is prevented from being subjected to high-efficiency and operation, and the practical operation is not hindered.
